I read what the company said in their responseIf it is true that they mail me a check for the amount owed..I will be satisfiedI guess I will have to wait until Augto find outBut I don't believe this was an oversight like they mentionedI spoke to them on occasions about this refundI truly believe they didn't have any intenson to send me a refund check

On several occasions our driver called in, and it was noted in our system, that he was unable to service the customer due to a locked gate Because of this, we were unable to access their property The total amount owed by the customer is $and we have offered to credit $of that as a courtesy The balance of $would still be owed as we did incur cost when attempting to service

The customer’s complaint is valid and documented in our system We have contacted the customer and issued a credit for $for missed trash piand will issue a credit for $for a month of recycle service missed We have also brought this issue to the Operations Manager who will complete a root-cause analysis of this issue to ensure that the issue is resolved and the customer is serviced reliably going forward We apologize for the lack of service and also gave the customer the customer service manager’s direct phone number in case the customer had any further questions or concerns

We apologize for the oversight in getting these containers removed. There was a lack of clear communication between the representatives who took the calls and our operations team. The first correct notice of what needed to be done got to us at the local office around 3:30... pm on Friday, 11/4. At that point it was far too late to get the containers removed.If Mrs. [redacted] were our customer, we would obviously be in a position to do more for her in the way of credits, etc. As it stands, what we can do is assure that the containers are removed. We will have a truck at her home to take them this Friday. If the containers are out at 7 am, we will most definitely remove them during the course of the day.Thank you.

From reviewing the customer account, he should actually receive a refund in the amount of $120.83, which is more than the credit balance he was expecting I spoke with him on the phone and informed him that we could not credit his card, but that I could issue a refund and have the payment expedited He was agreeable to this I’ve also emailed him my contact info in case he has any other questions or concerns
