I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I called Avon and the battery they have is nearly year old as well, I contacted the autocraft store in medina and they have a April of batteryCan you please set it up so I could exchange the battery there? I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

*** *** P.S Since the test equipment software upgrades it continues to be extremely difficult for your associates to provide adequate customer serivce. The "charge required" test reults is frustrating everyone including your employees. Just ask a few of your front line folks and they will tell you sometimes they are forced to test another known bad battery in the back room just to get a failure code to allow them to provide their customers a replacement to an obviously bad battery

researching Mr***’ order, placed on March 1, 2014, we show that the AC Compressor purchased has a “year replacement with related parts purchase.” Unfortunately, since it has passed the warranty timeframe and the related parts were not purchased, we are unable to provide our customer with a refund
Our receipts clearly state that related parts need to be purchasedIf the parts are not purchased it can result in making the compressor not operate properly as contaminates will be circulated within the AC systemThis will cause the part to fail if the above is not done at the time of installation. We do not require the related parts to be purchased from us; however, the customer does have to have a proof of purchase for the related parts in order for the warranty to be valid To read more on our warranty policy, Mr*** can visit ***

The district manager over the store, ***, has spoken with the customer regarding her issue with her wiper motor*** advised the customer that when installing wiper blades it is not possible to damage the linkage or motor to the wiper*** also spoke with the store and *** who both confirmed they did not mention to the customer the team member could have damaged the motor upon installationHe also explained the motor's are typically damaged when they are used during heavy snowstorm or when there is ice or frost on the windowDuring ***'s conversation with the customer, he stated, she became upset and began to raise her voice, not allowing him to continue the discussionStating she also used unprofessional language during their phone call which then prompted *** to end the callWe consider this matter resolved as the customer has been informed by both the district manager, as well as ***, there is not a possibility we damaged the linkage or motor

*** called me and left a message only the day after I received a response from Advance Auto Parts through Revdex.com, *** didn't ask for any information prior to this as he said in his conversation with his managerOn August I mailed photos and an invoice to ***; however, I got the mail back on September from the post office; they couldn't deliver the documents because they were "unable to forward." On September 7, I went back to the post office and they told me that they had made a mistake and were going to resend the envelope with photos and the invoice to ***I expect for *** to receive the information by September 9,
