Mr. *** We do see where the District Manager was the main contact to resolve this issue and that his resolution only an exchange of the partThe procedure for when a part has caused damage to a customer’s vehicle is to start what we call a Damage Claim and that would be the best way to proceed if possibleWe need several things to start this process which would include the part that caused the damage, install invoices from a certified mechanic, and an invoice of repair from a certified mechanic or if possible two estimates of repairWe also have a form that we require to gather information on the vehicle, part, and damage done which I will attach to this response. Once all information is gathered we would consult our Warranty Claims team and then if the information is approved it is then sent to the manufacturer of the part to test the part and review the information provided at which time they would approve or deny the claimThis process can take up to days once the manufacturer receives the part and information sent to them Please attach any invoices/estimates or you may fax them to *** and also email to *** and include your reference number ***Our promise is to provide superior customer service and offer high quality products when you need themThank you for allowing us to respond

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If Auto Part review the ordered clearly, it does show that I have two items to be pickup at two different location. I got the wheel cylinder where it suppose to be pickup. The complaint is for the second item and the second location. Auto Part still think that it is my fault for picking it up at the wrong location. It is amazed, Auto Part did not even analyze the order. If Revdex.com agrees at online order always have errors that I am satisfied with AUTO PARTS RESPONSES.

I am a SpeedPerks member and, as a result, the subject store has my purchase record in their system, under cell phone number ***, including the subject battery.With respect to the *** battery, that purchase is irrelevant to my complaint I'm not asking Advance to cover that.I'm asking Advance refund my Advance battery purchase, since they did not honor their warranty and lost my battery.Any warranty provision requiring that a battery "test bad" is likewise irrelevant, because it was tested at least twice by Advance and they failed to detect the battery's failure (the fact of which is obvious, since my replacement of the battery at *** instantly cured the problem), because they didn't report to me the results of their overnight test (when I left it with them for recharging and testing), and because they lost the subject battery, which now makes testing impossible

We would like to obtain proof of purchase, and then send his brake fluid to the manufacturer for inspection. This is our standard procedure for customer damage claims. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.To follow up, no, our warrantied alternator was not honored at the Advance Auto Parts location on *** ** *** *** ** We were forced to prchase a new alternator and no compensation was received for the old warrantied oneThis was the part we tried to swap after the whole fiasco with the serpentine belt and tensioner, that alerted us to the issue with Advance Auto Parts' warranty process. Thank you for your time in researching this issue as a lack of resolve on this matter has since deterred me from making a purchase with AdvanceI look forward to this not being an issue in the future as we continue to purchase new vehicles and perform our own maintenance

After reviewing my statements from my bank and speaking with the corporate office of advanced autoI made a few purchases using my debit card. Apparently they did worse then I originally thoughtThey said I paid all in cash and returned all the items on sept, 9th which is not the truthI do
have receipts that are not too visible at all and I had way more but I trusted *** and let him take them that day I was in thereI am going to request that they send me copies off all the receipts they have for my account and I will send copies of what I have as well as my bank statements That will corroborate and reveal actually what they did and how much they actually took from me hopefully or at least a better view of what actually happenedThey requested I send them all I have as wellI am a little skeptical on sending them everything I have simply because I don't know from a legal stand point where I sit and as far as getting my money back honestly for obvious reasons being the prior dealings with their company and the mistrust incurred during that time. The Woman I spoke with on the phone from their virginia office said that in her system it says I paid all in cash and they refunded me all in cash she also stated that I returned all the items and that's not even the truth and with my receipts that can easily be shown not trueI will gather all I have in receipts and statements from my bank but I know this for certain they did not give me any cash back or a military discountThey did treat me horribly and I honestly still can't believe itThe woman I spoke with said that those two men that were involved are both no longer working there.
