Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
[redacted]

We have reviewed the telephone calls related to this complaint as well as the account information.  As the information is confidential, I am not able to provide details of the account through this public means. I can advise that no wrong doing was found by the representatives on...

the calls as alleged by the Complainant, who is also a former employee of NRA Group, LLC.  In addition, as a former employee, the Complainant should be aware that the [redacted] does not require verification of identity to the degree that she would have liked. In a number of calls the Complainant became irate and demeaning to the representatives instead of the other way around as the complaint states.  The manager she spoke to did provide her name at least three times during their call. The Complainant did file a dispute with our office on May 6, 2015 as dated on her own letter.  The letter was received outside the validation period and therefore there was no legal requirement to provide verification as the complainant states.  However, I have requested information from the creditor and it will be forwarded upon receipt in our office.  In addition, the complainant’s account has been marked not to be called and is marked as disputed as required by federal law. Should the consumer wish to resolve this matter with our office she may contact us at ###-###-####, via mail at P.O. Box [redacted], Harrisburg, PA [redacted], or via email to [email protected].  Sincerely, Ashley *. C[redacted], Esq.

Dear [redacted],On August 2nd, 2017, a letter was sent to the consumer providing her information regarding the account.  This would have arrived in a white envelope with a PO Box address from Harrisburg, PA in the upper lefthand corner. In addition, we reached out to the creditor and requested documentation which would provide the consumer with additional details relating to this matter. That information should be received from the creditor shortly and will be mailed to the consumer as soon as it is received. At this time the consumer's account remains marked as disputed and has been placed in a do not call status while this matter is reviewed.Should the consumer have any questions she may contact our office directly by calling ###-###-####, via email to [email protected], or via mail to P.O. Box [redacted], Harrisburg, PA [redacted]-7015.Sincerely,Ashley ** C[redacted], Esq.Director of Legal and Compliance

Dear [redacted], Our office is in receipt of your correspondence regarding the above-referenced complaint. As previously stated, our office has forwarded the requested supporting documentation from the creditor directly to the consumer. Service provided by creditor is not one where consumer would have signed a contract. The verification that our office received from the creditor and forwarded to the consumer is what we are required to provide. Our office has reviewed consumer’s rejection and is willing to attach a copy of the letter sent on 3/20/17 to our Revdex.com response provided that we receive an authorization and release from consumer to disclose this document. Consumer can submit the authorization and release via fax to our fax number [redacted] or by mailing it to P.O. Box [redacted], Harrisburg, PA [redacted].Best Regards,Benjamin C[redacted]

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I don’t believe this debt is valid or at least I was not the one transported again this is becoming an issue that is ridiculous in nature because for $88 I would have never let that go into collections, I was told that they contacted me on November 15,2016 and that I said I was not paying, well I beg to differ because between November 7th, 2016 and March of 2017 I was paying off debt that was accrued during my illness and if I was contacted I would have paid it along with the other $5,000 in bills I paid, again it makes no sense. I did further research and  apparently this account in question was on my reports last year for6 months then was removed from all credit reporting bureaus on December 4, 2016 that’s why I never saw it on my file yet 9 months later it reappeared “mysterious “. As for removing a negative item off someone’s report it is not against the law it is at the  discretion of said reporting agency to remove/delete a paid account if they are willing to do so especially in special circumstances like mine, again to resolve this unfortunately upsetting situation even though I am not admitting this debt is mine I again am willing to work something out, my credit report was  pristine until this happened and I worked very hard for that and it is very upsetting that $88 is  causing so much grief. If no agreement can be met then I will escalate this through the proper channels if need be, but it would be easier for both parties to come to an agreement, as I understand that this affects my credit score, the account is 2 years old and again no notification I will not pay for something I don’t believe is justified

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Errors happen all the time. This is why I have asked numerous times for validation of this debt. They have continuously and purposely failed to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence, bearing my signature, showing the account is being reported accurately. I have yet to see a contract with my signature on it. No court in America considers a statement as evidence of accurate reporting. All courts require a signature on a contract. As an attorney, she should know this. In addition, the FTC also does not consider a printout as validation. An opinion letter from another attorney at the FTC, [redacted], states that a printout of a bill or itemized document does not constitute verification.I am again formally requesting a copy of any documents, bearing my sig-nature, showing that I have a legally binding contractual obligation to pay you the alleged amount.Otherwise, remove this collection from all credit bureaus.

Dear [redacted]:We are in receipt of the consumer's complaint and offer the following as our response to same.Upon receipt of the complaint, our office contacted the creditor and advised of the consumer's dispute.  The creditor advised our office on...

April 17, 2015 that the account was placed in our office in error and that we should close the account. The account was closed and returned on the same date as the creditor's request.  A closure letter has been requested to be sent to the consumer's address as provided in his Complaint. This will arrive in a white envelope with a Harrisburg, PA post office box number in the upper left hand corner. If the consumer has any additional questions, he may contact our office ###-###-#### or via email at [redacted]Sincerely,Ashley A. C[redacted], Esq.Compliance Officer

Dear [redacted]:Upon receipt of the complaint, our office reached out to the creditor to obtain the additional information requested by the consumer. The request was sent to the creditor on June 11, 2014.On June 16, 2014 a payment was made by the consumer. ...

This resolved this account with our office.According to the consumer's complaint she requested a receipt and was told one would not be sent. A receipt will be sent after a self addressed stamped envelope is sent to our office. This is due to the numerous requests for receipts that our office receives and the high cost of sending one out on all accounts. A confirmation number is provided on all accounts where payment is received. As a courtesy I have requested a receipt be sent to the consumer in this case for her records.Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.Sincerely,[redacted], EsquireCorporate Counsel and Compliance Officer

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I emailed to Revdex.com last week as requested copies of payments made for March, April and May - the person responding has again failed to acknowledge these payments were made and report said payments accordingly.  [redacted] has been notified directly about supposedly not reporting my payments to this collection agency.  They were supposedly looking into it as of a week ago.   I want proof payments have been reported to all 3 bureaus from this collection agency.  If it expedites the reporting, payments made out to [redacted] can be sent to this collection agency.

I am rejecting this response because:
No we have not filed an official complaint at this time with the Attorney General's Office that I can think of.  That is the reason for the delay, we looked in our records to see if we had.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: this collection agency has NEVER sent me anything via mail. Also how can I prove I never lived somewhere, what proof do I provide for that? I know I never lived there but how do I prove it. They still havent responded to my emails or my mail correspondence that I sent requesting proof that the account belongs to me. Where is my signature on anything????? Where is the proof and validation I requested???? This company is a pain in my rear and its a disgrace that they are still in service. I still have the emails where I requested info and no one responded but yet they said I could contact them via mail from the responses sent through the Revdex.com. Because they have yet to provide me with a signature or proof of validation they need to remove their name and this collection from all of my credit reports.Regards,
