On 6/**/the customer sent in there frames for us to repair the frames. We received the frames and sent both to the lab to get worked on. Upon completion we shipped the item to the customer’s confirmed billing address via *** tracking number *** We are now
in receipt of inquiry attached and are disputing the inquiryCustomer claims they were not as described, in which case they left here in perfect conditionNot sure what she means by not as described, but all we did is repair a broken pair of frames cardholder sent in. In any situation we strive to have 100% satisfaction, but if the customer is not happy, they have days to return the order and receive a refund. As we state on our website below, which I have included. We never received anything neither back, nor did cardholder contact us that they are returning anything back or of any issue to resolve They cant keep the money for services performed without sending back the item so we can resolve Since no return was ever made, no credit is due here

Your original order was in March of 2016. Since we could not repair that order, we offered you a brand new pair of Tiffany's with prescription and shied to you on May *, 2106. You have no orders with us in July

We did issue a shipping label to customer in which case she did not use after it was generated, but we were able to get a refund for that label and cancelled the invoice estimate

customer was problematic from the very startshe mistakenly didnt indicate she was sending pairs & called after she already shipped to adviseshe flooded us with calls & emails to make sure we received both pairswe finally received them sent her an estimate quote where she complained
was too expensivewe resent her a new invoice for the return shipping to have the glasses returned back & still havent received paymentuntil the shipping is paid, we cant NOT send back the glassesIn addition every time customer called we have each & every representative complaining the customer was condescending & cursing

As the customer stated, they sent in to repair a "frame leg" That is the same thing and used interchangeably as a frame templeThis case is closed

We replaced the lens with a Costa Permit lens code TPT which is a blue mirror. if the customer has an issue the can send it back and we will redo

Since you have filed a dispute we will deal with *** for the resolution. You were told if there is something wrong send it back under warranty as the website states

The customer did send in pairs of eyeglasses with missing rhinestonesWe sent them to the lab and did our best to match up rhinestones that were missing totallyThe rhinestones obviously are not from the manufacturer, since the frames are old and discontinued but we did our best to match them
