 Business responded and said I falsified report.  This is not true.  I received a refund from my credit card company because the credit card company is familiar with complaints on Opticfast.  I repeat that this company does not do good business. I have kept and taken pictures of their responses and their work and my returned glasses.  I have proof of all I have said.  These are not good people.  BEWARE. [redacted]

 I contacted the business the day I received the glasses.  They said they would refund me partial credit for the unsatisfactory job.  I never heard from the company again and this I why I contacted the Revdex.com.

They did not confirm whether or not they will stop harassing me. I'm now getting texts at midnight; this is getting out of control. I've responded via text MULTIPLE times asking for them to stop texting me and I get responses like "why?", "stop what"?, "why can't we go with another style instead to complete this order", etc. after I've told them at least 20 times to cancel the order. The latest response from the rep is attached.

There are no refunds on RX/Repair Jobs.

Once a customer puts in a order, we send the a prepaid shipping label.  We await the frames to arrive and get them processed in.  After a few days, if not received, our system sends a reminder tat the order is still pending and active and to advise on when they mailed so we can track them...

for the customer.  We have not received anything from the customer to date.

Not sure what the complaint is about but the customer never sent in a job for us to repair.  Thus there is no shipping costs to send anything back after the repair is complete.

We reviewed the inquiry , and to rebut any issues, we see none that exist. We sent customer an estimate and he bargained it down to a price both parties agreed to repair his frames

What mistake was made.  You ordered a pair of glasses and not sure what the mistake was

This company did not ship me the prodcut I ordered.  They shipped the wrong style/color AND THEY WERE USED SAMPLES which was NEVER DISCLOSED on thier website.  There is no way I should pay return freight.  This is simply a jike at this point and I have alerted the Attorney General of the State of New York regaring their business practices.
