refunded if the equipment is physically returned within the first three days following the signing of the Agreement, or postmarked date on the package, is within three days following the signing of the AgreementAccording to the FedEx tracking information on file, the equipment was delivered to the address providedOn the recorded calls dated June 23, and July 05, 2017, the representatives provided Ms*** husband the necessary information required to cancel the account, including the requirement for them to return the equipmentProtect America has not received the equipment nor has he signed the email link required to cancel the account as of to dateWe ask that they allow Protect America to assist with any further concerns

I am rejecting this response because: The timeline and sequence of events are not accurateI was misled in the whole sale process and would like for Revdex.com to investigate further and audit this companyAn audit and web search referencing many other consumer based review websites will show that this company continues to engage in misleading business practices when selling their services.I am not the only victim

to the end of the termSince there was no notice received, the service continued on a month to month basisWe have since received Ms***'s written cancellation notice and her account has been processed for cancellationThe remaining balance on the account are for the last four months of serviceWe are willing to clear half of the balance if Ms*** is willing to pay the remaining halfAttached is a copy of the agreement

*** *** I will not call the same phone numberIt only calls a representative and goes nowhereOn hold, talk to someone that does nothing, put on hold for a different dept, and round and round you go againMore time spent on hold than talkingI have received a hard copy of the contractSeven pages long and my forged signature is on every pageI have never seen this contract or have I ever signed itThey could put my name on anything and call it a contractIf this is legal I live in the wrong countryIf I get a different phone number I will call themThey know my number also

I am rejecting this response because:Protect America hired a third party to act as its agent and solicit new business The third party promised certain benefits as enticement to sign up including but limited to:a reduced directv bill$for installing the system on our ownThe enticements were not providedTherefore due to the fraudulent means to obtain the new business I believe the contract is void and anything other than termination of the agreemen is unacceptable
