I am rejecting this response because: they have stated several times on the phone we are not able to use our existing equipment and our window sensors which is the reason we bought the system in the first place for our windows to be secureThey can’t keep our house secure so we would like our contract cancelled.

I am rejecting this response because: This is a lieThey say all calls are recorded yet now say they didnt get a call from me until SeptemberI called numerous times in June, July, and August when my contract was expired and they were still taking out monthly money from meAt those times they tried to talk me into continuing the service and said there was a day wait before they would cancel contract They still deducted the amount every month since until I went to my bank to have it stoppedMonths later they said I had to write to cancel I wrote and wrote but it was ignoredThen they said I must have sent it to the wrong department but never gave me the information My bank agreed with me and returned the over-paymentThis Company called me day and night just to argueI told them my health was bad and they were harassing and making me ill, but that didnt stop them eitherI never got a copy of the contract that I asked for until December They made me fulfill the year contract even tho I did not use the service the last year and still are trying to get more money from meI am a sick, elderly lady I understand that numerous people complain about this same thing Writing to the CEO didnt help either Regards,

Protect America has received the complaint submitted by Mr*** ***As per Protect America's contract terms and conditions, a day written notice is required to process cancellation of the accountThis information was provided to him when he initially set up the account on August 19,
We received his day written cancel request on April 14, and processed the cancellation of the account accordinglyWe ask that he allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns

Protect America, Incwould like to apologize for the event that took place with Ms*** place of residenceWe are currently researching the account and will be in contact with Ms*** to provide information regarding her security account

I am rejecting this response because: I was advised by the last representative that she would review my claim regarding not being provided service when the alarms were triggered and no one contacted me to from Protect America to ensure that I was okay or the alarms were triggered by accident, etc. Basically, Protect America just sent a box out to my home that was connected to my home Internet Service (using my data plan)but was not connected to anything else that would go out to any fire, police, etc to secure my home from burglaries, theft, etc. Anytime the alarm was triggered, the alarm sounded but no one responded.I have received no further contact from Protect America after they looked into this and found that they had not provided service in the past and continue to not provide service. I am requesting that the contract be cancelled and no further fees be taken from my credit card. What does the Revdex.com suggest that I do to handle this issue. Should I contact an attorney or is this something that the Revdex.com can handle?

I am rejecting this response because:I received a phone call from the business (Mrs ***) she offered
some resolution that I though I that moment it was ok.When I went to set up my cellular monitoring, I find out that now I have to pay for additional equipment (add A-Wave) that will allow me to perform other function.Again, this was no explained to meStarted free, and things are getting added upNothing but a rip offCall the office several times and received no calls back.Now, I stocked on a years contract.They have numerous complaintsHow they still in business.

Protect America, Inchas received the complaint filed by Ms***In reviewing the initial sales call with Ms*** we found that during the terms and conditions it was explained to her that she’s responsible for contacting her local police department to inform them that she has an alarm
systemPlease see below:“In the meantime we advise that you call your local police department to see if they require any registrationsSome municipalities may require a registration or permit and they may not dispatch emergency personal if the proper permit is not obtained”Ms*** asked, understood “You said I have to contact the police department?” It was then explained thoroughly that she would need to contact the police department to let them know she has a security system to see if there is a permit required because some counties require a permit on fileMs*** acknowledged that she understood At this time Ms***’s account will be eligible for cancellation 2/19/
