I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with several people from the company and nobody was able to resolve the issuesWorking with another person will not make a differenceNobody called me within the first two weeks like I was told to check if I liked the serviceI will not be paying off the contract and I will not be switching serviceI need to know where to return the equipment and I will continue to make Revdex.com complaints as well as complaints on other sites and be contacting my attorney

I am rejecting this response because: it is the same response as yesterday. I spent two hours on the phone last night of them explaining that I would need new equipment in order for my service to work. That new equipment involves drilling holes into each and every one of my windows. When I moved I asked if my specific sensors would work and they promised me they would. Now they are telling me I need all new equipment that would have to be physically drilled into my walls. I would like my contract cancelled due to them not being able to hold up their end of the contract by my sensors working in any house that I moved into

They have not offered any solutions, I have called in for months trying to resolve my issues I was forced to work with another company, ADT, as they were able to offer me the services I requested I spome on the phone with another lying individual earlier in the week from protect America The rep again stated that the services I requested are not available thru proect america Because of protect america' s failure to resolve my issues I had to sign up with a different company Protect America Claims They Are Helping Me, But All They Are doing Is trying To Get Me Too find someone else To take Over My contracts Protect America needs Too waive My cancellation Fees Now! This Is Absolutely Absurd How Much Time And Money If Mine They Are wasting They AreNot trying To Help Me one Bit! They are only trying too keep making pay for services that they promised the company was capable of They ripped me off and are continuing to do so!

I am rejecting this response because: when I sign up with protect America I was already getting service from ADTAs I said previously, I informed the agent I would be moving in to months and I would stay with my current provider if there were going to be any cancellation fees. He said there would be little or no fees if I stayed with the company that long. I needed very little equipment from protect America as ADT provided the majority of the equipment. ADT charged me less than $to cancel early. With little equipment purchased the cancelation fee should be minimal. It is a shame companies like this resort to misleading and deception of new customer in order to gain business. I definitely will not get there service in my new home when it is built.

Monitoring Agreement extension, to which he acceptedEnclosed is a copy of his Monitoring Agreement for his further review. Mr*** also requested a price quote for the alarm equipment emailed to him so that he could forward the information to his Insurance companyIn October 2017, Mr*** contacted us stating that, he had received an invoice from us and he wanted to terminate the agreementThe representative provided the options available to him regarding termination of the account to which he declinedThe balance on the account is validSeveral attempts have been made to contact Mr*** regarding his account, to no availWe ask that he allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns

Protect America, Incwould like to apologize for the previous response to Ms***We are currently trying to reach out to Ms*** about this matter to come to an amicable solution

I am rejecting this response because: I requested an apology for the rude treatment I received due to the fact that my email could not be located as well as the absurd amount of time this has taken from me in an attempt to resolve the matterAs I stated an apology as well as the credit which you have given me is what was requested to resolve this matterI was never in the wrong and should've never been treated so terribly and that should be acknowledged for public recordOnce an apology is given to me through the Revdex.com for my troubles then I will accept your responseThis apology should include the fact that I was belittled over the phone and also that it was not the customers fault that we didn't have the email he sent us on fileI have proof it was sent, how can that be denied?
