I Don't owe this company any money I was told when I paid them in full in March that I wanted the service canceled and they told me that it would be canceled and that's the reason I paid them in full so they could cancel the service and on April they emailed saying the service was reactivated and I called them and told them I canceled service in March and that I didn't want the service reactivated and the representative I talked to told me the service was canceled so I don't owe them anything they are trying to rip people off and I'm not giving them anymore money and all the record phone calls that was made with the conversation I had with the different representative need to be pull and listened to this company is trying to scam people out of their money

thing but do something different. Since I sent the letters I have received calls telling me that my account will be closed and the past due amount taking off the account. However, I also received calls telling me that the company wanted the past due amount and that they would taking action with the credit companies

this response because: Protect America (PA) has billed me for additional months past the month contract. When I called in early March and asked to make sure the contract ended on April 20, I was told it did. They failed to mention that the contract was infinite and I had to email *** to cancel it. It was not until I was billed a month that they told me this small print itemThe contract is over on April 20. The phone number on the alarm has been changed so it will not contact PA. PA should honor their sales persons word that months is months. Waiting a response on what they want to end this

I am rejecting this response because:Hello MrsBrauer, I am rejecting the response from protect America because on the 23rd I called them and *** from Protect America Told me that if I pay $they would send me a document stating that they would cancel my service that I would not owe after March and that would end my contract as of April for June July and that my contract will be canceled after I pay the II never received the contract so I called back and then I believe I spoke to a manager named begins with O she told me on the phone it would take hours to send me the contract and I told her that I was willing to pay the after I get the contractI still have not seen it as of today!
