My original experience with Parker & Sons was good. I even purchased 2 HVAC units form them and service contracts. However the last 2 visits have been horrible. The new co policy is to quote total labor cost for a repair job. Parts are covered under warranty. The most current is a hole in the inside coil. The quote is $1577 for labor no charge for parts. At & 100per hour that means the job would take almost 16 hours. I spoke with several HVAC repair men and they told me the repair should take no more than 6 hours. That works out to be over $260.00 per hour or annualized it would be over $ 540,000 per year. we know the tech doing the work is not making that much pay. I understand overhead, but this is a rip off. I'll take my business elsewhere and recommend you all do the same.

Michael A[redacted] is the consummate professional. He completed his assignment promptly

and in good cheer. He knew exactly what he was doing and I was surprised at how quickly he completed the job. It would be a pleasure to have Michael return next year to check out and replace elements of our reverse osmosis system that require attention.

Dan H. was the best service person we have ever had to take care of our airconditioner. He was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable.You will not go wrong with Dan on the job.

Jay with Parker and Sons did an annual service check on our air conditioner. In spite of the 115 degree temp, he had a great attitude, was very friendly, and took his time checking everything out. We have been using Parker and Sons for several years now and would definitely recommend to others.

Jason G[redacted], electrician, did an excellent job for us. He did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and why. He was very reasonable about not asking us to do more than we could afford at the time. He didn't pressure us at all. He has a very pleasing personality and is easy to talk with as well. Jason finished the job in a timely fashion in spite of the terrible heat today. He even cleaned up after himself--the trash went into the trash--he didn't leave a mess at all as some will do!

My air conditioning stopped working at 6PM one very hot night in June and I called Parker and Sons right away. I was told it would be the next day before anyone could come out but within an hour someone called me to say they would be there within 30 minutes. Manny E. came and was very knowledgeable and polite and explained everything that was not working on my A/C unit. He had the unit working within 1/2 hour. I have trusted Parker and Sons for awhile now and would definitely recommend them.

We just had Mike, from Parker & Sons, service our R/O system earlier today. The system needed annual replacement filters, and he also provided very helpful information regarding the refrigerator's water filter system, which has been rendered useless due to the R/O system.

As usual, Mike was very professional and polite in our interaction. He even had a little time to talk about cars with me before he left my house (apparently, Mike is also a car guy).

In the future, I will always ask for either Mike or Dan to service my R/O system. They are both a pleasure to deal with.

Mitch came to help us with an electrical problem. Parker and Sons has been our go to business since we moved to Arizona in 2010. Mitch was professional, courteous, and very pleasant to work with. His knowledge of his field was amazing. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and asked if there was anything else he could do to help us. If you need anything done in your home as far as plumbing air conditioning electrical please don't hesitate to call Parker and Sons!

No complaints - The service was as good as it gets.

Adam installed a water treatment system in our home. Adam was polite/professional and very efficient. Adam answered all of our questions and displayed patience as we asked many questions. He left our home clean and returned all items to the proper places. Adam provided exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend Parker and Sons to my neighbors, family and friends.

I was very impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism of my serviceman.

He kept me informed of what he found by use of his smart phone, fixed each problem, and didn't leave until everything checked out. He also pointed out that the unit was under warranty and would perform the work under it. This has not been the case with other service companies I have dealt with.

I am always impressed with the service I receive from Parker & Sons and my newest experience was no different! Tommy was amazing and I will definitely be requesting him from here on out! Highly recommended!

I want to take the time to personally recognize your company for always coming to my aid when needed. Last night our water heater caught fire and without fail your plumber, Justin H[redacted], was here by 9am to install the new one. As with all your staff, he was well educated about the different options and was able to help us decide which model would best meet our needs. He worked very diligently to get it installed quickly and efficiently, without making or leaving any mess behind. Thank you Justin for all your hard work today. You are part of the reason we keep coming back to Parker & Sons!!

We regret that we have lost the trust and confidence of our customer in this case.  Intermittent issues like those experienced on this AC unit are often the most difficult to accurately identify and diagnose. We believe that our technicians acted appropriately and professionally, and we’re...

merely looking out for the customer’s best interest.  However, because we failed in delighting our customer, we will respectfully reimburse them the $198.00 that they paid for our service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I finally received the response from P[redacted] & Sons that I expected, when Mr. Bret [redacted], Water Treatment Director, telephoned me and scheduled a personal meeting at my residence regarding this matter. I found Mr. [redacted] to be very professional, polite and apolagetic during our visit. This whole fiasco could have been avoided had someone at Parker & Sons just taken the time to contact me after I repeatedly complained to their first line employees about my concerns.  Unfortunately, the response I expected never materialized until I took the time to write and mail my complaint letter, a copy of which was sent to the Arizona Revdex.com. As a result of my complaint letter, Parker & Sons have rectified the issues, thanks to Mr. [redacted].  But, I can't help but think that the letter that was forwarded to the Arizona Revdex.com had something to do with the end result. Parker & Sons' initial unresponsiveness only served to aggravate my anymosity toward them.  But now that I have Mr. [redacted]'s direct phone number for future reference, we all can hopefully avoid a similar situation in the future; otherwise, I will not wait as long next time to write another complaint letter.I thank the Arizona Revdex.com for their assistance in this matter, which can now be considered closed.

Professional service from the second they answered our phone call. Dean Parker assured us that everything would be diagnosed the next day! Carlos M a technician calls us the next morning to explain the issue in full detail at 8:45 a.m. After explaining the issue it was determined that maybe for at an additional cost we could have a brand new air conditioner heating unit, but there was no pressure at any point! Then shortly thereafter James R[redacted] called as promised a sales representative and even drove out to our home in Wittmann to expedite the process and explain everything. The whole thing is going to cost about $6200 and the work is not even completed yet but at this point we already feel like we are in good hands with Parker & Sons due to your amazing staff who are over and beyond professional and courteous. We are looking forward to a long lasting relationship with this company!!!
