Professional, very efficient and did great job. A+

Anthony G[redacted] serviced my OR system today with professionality and expertism. He arrived right on time, was very personable. He not only changed the filter, but replaced other parts that needed to be replaced, before it became a leak. He was very dog friendly (my dog really liked him). The explanation of the bill was simple and easily understood. The cherry on top was when he was leaving he uprighted a big plant in a pot that had blown over in last night's wind storm. [redacted]

Todd came out to service my air conditioner. From the time I called Parker & Sons to the time it was fixed was about 35 minutes! It was 102 degrees out that day and so the prompt service was very appreciated.

Todd was very professional and courteous and explained everything fully. I sincerely appreciate his service.

I purchased my AC unit about 7 years ago and cannot be more pleased with the great customer service I have received. I would recommend Parker and Sons to anyone.

I highly trust this company for their honesty and quality of workmanship. They value the customers time and needs for service. Prices are reasonable and quotes honest without hidden scams. I have renewed my home service contract for the next three years recently as they have earned my TRUST!

We had a very positive experience today with Parker and Sons. We had a leak in our r/o ice line. Very knowledgeable about repair and follow up care for questionable moisture in our wall. Joe is a great Plumber.

I always have received exceptional service from Parker and Sons. Wether it concerns plumbing or AC. The most recent technician Antonio was for AC.

Shane G. was outstanding. He came and repaired our problem in the middle of the night. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and the repair to me even when it was 3 AM. Parker and Son kept me as a customer because of the friendly professional service I received from Shane.

Adam and Aaron did an excellent job installing our new water treatment appliance. They explained it's use thoroughly and answered all our questions. And went out of their way to deliver potassium to help us get started.

it's unfortunate that the customer felt it was necessary to submit a complaint to the Revdex.com. Yesterday 6/30/15 at 12:10pm we agreed to refund the $1132.60 back to Mr. [redacted]. While we do not agree with the findings of the other HVAC company, we wanted to make sure that the customer was satisfied...

so we agreed to settle for the $1132.60.

I have reviewed the response...

made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The only discrepancy in the letter is that the $413 was refunded for the massive overcharge of the plumbing work, NOT due to the upselling of a water softener--although that may have factored in as well.

I have read Mr., [redacted]'s letter and it made me sad. I contacted him and asked if I could personally visit with him at his home- He was very gracious, and we had a great visit. The events were a few years ago, so he relayed his recollection of what he remembered, and passed on his daughters...

concerns as well.  We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers, yet as Mr. [redacted] relayed his concerns- I could sense his frustration, so I apologized and asked what we could do to make him feel we had resolved his concerns- In regards to his Drinking System and the cost, there had been miscommunication, we had actually upgraded his reverse osmosis, not just changed the filter, he now felt satisfied with this knowledge. In regards to his daughter, I  asked what he felt was a fair amount to refund, again it was sometime back- so hard to put an exact amount, but said $100.00 sounded fair-  I had our office refund $100.00 back to his daughter, and had the plumbing department reach out to let her know we would give her a P[redacted] Family Maintenance Plan that entitled her to several courtesy services at no charge for the next year. I also credited Mr. [redacted]'s Parker Family Maintenance plan(  he was currently subscribed and billed for) for the next year for taking the time to contact me, give me the chance to see him, and utilize the experience to learn and improve. I also gave him my personal number to contact if he ever needed help at any time in the future. Anthony H did a great job tuning up my air conditioning system.

He called to let me know he was on his way and upon arrival got right to work. He gave me an honest and accurate evaluation of my aging system. There was no hard sell - just the information I need to make a decision about repair or replacement of my system. Anthony was professional and efficient. Parker Brothers is lucky to have such a great employee.

In September '16 a team from Parker & Sons replaced my sewer line and drain lines and installed a vacuum breaker for an irrigation line. They took what could have been a traumatic experience and made it really good. The team leader repeatedly took the time to show me what he found, explain the available options, and update me on the progress of the work. Throughout the process they were all very considerate with me and my dogs. The entire team was hardworking, patient, and transparent about the work they were doing. I would not hesitate to ask any/ all of them back for any future work.

The technician Accursio is professional, punctual and considerate (covered his shoes before entering). He clearly communicated the services he performed, and his expertise was evident in his responses to our questions. He also discovered dirty coils that were missed by another company and explained to us what that company should do to easily access the dirty coils.

A few weeks ago, on a very hot Sunday, our AC quit, and a friend suggested we call Parker&Sons. Soon, Elliott Tretiak arrived and quickly found the problem, and replaced a motor in the heat pump; he checked everything, and also repaired a leak in the condensate pipe. Elliott was courteous, clean, very competent, and friendly. He's a cool guy, and so is our house now!

Just had a water softener installed. Dealt with two really great guys, Andy the sales rep and Adam who did the work. Both very professional, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

My tech did an excellent job. He was on time, very thorough and professional.
