Tech Robert O. thoroughly explained his findings and upon completion of the job he pointed out repairs and insured system was operational prior to departing. He conducted himself in a professional manner; excellent employee to represent Parker and Sons.

Damien arrived on time and performed the installation of our new water heater in a clean and very professional manner. He walked me through the operation and explained the minimal annual maintenance requirements. He removed the old water heater and cleaned up the area after he completed the new installation. we were very satisfied with his service.

Marcos G. HVAC Tech. Came to my house for 2 days in a row to perform a very laborious, and intense service for my failing AC system, requiring many various skills welding etc., He worked very efficiently, knowledgeably, and when finished my system ran like new. He was professional and courteous and answered a lot of my questions fully explaining things I didn't understand. I have had negative experiences with other companies so as a new customer I was Leary. I established trust with Marcos and am happy that I chose Parker and Sons to repair my AC and do a maintenance agreement with them.

Jim F. was the plumber who was sent from Parker and Sons for the service call. He quickly identified the source of the trouble, explained the options and did the necessary work to solve the problem. He thorougly explained the work he was to perform and how the equipment worked. As a homeowner I like to understand these things. He was very pleasant and cordial and definitely as asset to Parker.

Most people would consider any technician a hero when they save you from an air conditioner meltdown but Randy did more than just fix the problem. He took the time to not only thoroughly explain the problem and educate us, but he also identified potential upcoming problems and the expected timeline and expenses involved so we could actually plan for them. Imagine how beneficial that education was! Randy promptly fixed the problem and had us cooling back down. We will definitely request him for future service.

AC went out, called Parker and Sons, Ray and Doug came out and were an amazing team to work with, very professional and had the new system installed in no time.

Yesterday we had a new water heater installed and the experience was outstanding. Our plumber was named Nick P. and he could not have been any better. Besides being very friendly, he took all the time required to write up our options in detail. He then took the time to go over them in language we could understand. He answered all our questions and while providing whatever help was needed, he left the decision to us. He then gave us frequent updates as he was installing the new water heater and when finished, did a great job of telling us all we needed to know about operation. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He will become our plumber of choice! And, this is from a company, Parker and Sons, where we have had many positive experiences in the past. He is the best of the best!

Our AC Tech Marcos G. was amazing and went above and beyond in his explanation of the issue and his recommendations on repairs. The repair was done quickly, along with the professionalism and great customer service received from Marcos will have us returning as customers.

We regret that, in this case, we failed to satisfy our valued customer's request in an appropriate timeframe.  Our Supervisor, [redacted], contacted Mr. [redacted] this afternoon to discuss the details of the complaint and to seek an agreeable resolution.  After discussing the...

details, we agreed to refund Mr. [redacted] $153.90 for the funds that he paid for the maintenance contract and we will replace two relays to ensure that any mechanical issues related to the work we had previously done would be resolved and would not reoccur.  Mr. [redacted] agreed that this would be a satisfactory resolution.

Parker and Sons employee Stephen Trejo really went able and beyond to diagnose and fix a problem with our A/C unit and did so in just one day. He was courteous, explained all that was happening while he diagnosed this issue and tiik proactive measures to enure the fix occurred the next morning. Thank you for the great job Stephen - your focus on the customer really impressed me.

Parker &sons installed my 50 gal. Hot water heater & replaced both toilets when I bought my home several years ago. This year, I had the hot water heater drained, flushed, & new anode rod installed. I was very pleased with the technician & the work. He was courteous, informative, knowledgable, and had the work completed in a timely manner.

Kory came out to do the semi-annual check on our HVAC. He was pleasant to interact with, thorough, and very customer service oriented!

John D. took the time to explain everything to me. Great job, ask for him by name.

We have spoken to customer and assured him the paperwork has been filed. We put in a request to APS to rush the rebate. However, it is up to them on whether they will or not. The rebate was submitted last week when he initially called us, and it is in the payout phase on Aps website. Customer...

stated that we have satisfied his complaint and would rescind his complaint once he receives the rebate check.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Courteous, fast, efficient, informative!

I've had the pleasure of having Jacob Pierson, Parker and Sons Technician, in my home to help me with my air conditioning unit. Not only was he efficient in his job, but was very patient and kind, and explained the details of what he was doing, as well as provided me with advice to get the best from my unit. I feel this young man is a great asset to his employer and his hard work and dedication should be recognized. As far as Parker's and Sons, I am very happy to have called them and had them do the work that I needed done. They are very professional and honest and saved me money in the long run. I really appreciate their help.
