Parker and Sons

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I finally received the response from P[redacted] & Sons that I expected, when Mr. Bret [redacted], Water Treatment Director, telephoned me and scheduled a personal meeting at my residence regarding this matter. I found Mr. [redacted] to be very professional, polite and apolagetic during our visit. This whole fiasco could have been avoided had someone at Parker & Sons just taken the time to contact me after I repeatedly complained to their first line employees about my concerns.  Unfortunately, the response I expected never materialized until I took the time to write and mail my complaint letter, a copy of which was sent to the Arizona Revdex.com. As a result of my complaint letter, Parker & Sons have rectified the issues, thanks to Mr. [redacted].  But, I can't help but think that the letter that was forwarded to the Arizona Revdex.com had something to do with the end result. Parker & Sons' initial unresponsiveness only served to aggravate my anymosity toward them.  But now that I have Mr. [redacted]'s direct phone number for future reference, we all can hopefully avoid a similar situation in the future; otherwise, I will not wait as long next time to write another complaint letter.I thank the Arizona Revdex.com for their assistance in this matter, which can now be considered closed.

merely looking out for the customer’s best interest.  However, because we failed in delighting our customer, we will respectfully reimburse them the $198.00 that they paid for our service

We experienced some sewer damage at our home. Parker and Sons was our choice for services. We were so happy we chose them. One of the workers they sent out was Zach H[redacted]. It was amazing how he worked. He really got down and dirty in the plumbing and digging process. What an AWESOME worker this guy is. Him and Jake Haney worked so well together. I would highly recommend Parker and Sons to anyone.

I had a very good experience doing business with Andy. He is an excellent teacher. He is able to explain the process in words that non tech people like me can grasp.

Parker and Sons have serviced and repaired our two ac units for over 10 years. The technicians we have had are knowledgeable, polite, and hard workers. Any concerns we have had have been worked through quickly and fairly. Gavin, our last tech, was outstanding and we highly recommend him .

Over the past few months I have had my Air Conditioner replaced, My osmoses system replaced, and all new toilets installed along with some outside plumbing. I have dealt with Joshua C[redacted], Jonathan B[redacted],,Brett R[redacted], and all three of the workers for my air conditioner install. I award all these guys with 5 stars for there cleaness, spirit, knowledge of the job, and overall profesionalism You guys ar truly great. Thank you Parker and Sons.

Henry T. Was extremely helpful to my husband and me. He came out on a minor call and it turned out to be major after checking some other appliances for us. He called 2different companies to help us out on these major issues and they came out the same day! He also suggested we get in touch with our homeowners insurance, which I would never have thought to do because we'd never had to use it before! All in all we are definitely happy with Henry--he did his job well, and was very kind to us old folks! [redacted]

Being a senior citizen I am always afraid of being taken advantage of, but not in this case. Alex was very kind and patient. He listened to what I had to say and spoke respectfully to me. After checking my air conditioner he explained to me that it would still get by even though it is 20 years old. He made recommendations on things that could be done, that it isn't as engery efficient as it could be. He didn't push anything on me, he tried to suggest but never pushed. I so appreciated his honesty, he could have sold me a bunch of things and I would have never been the wiser. So, to be treated honestly and fairly with kindness, I will use this company and Alex L[redacted] again. Thank you!

Great product, I had to purchase a new AC unit, and Fabulous service ! I highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning stop blowing cold. We called Parker & Sons and they sent out a tech. The technician Frank R. was very friendly. He explained all our options and answered all our questions. It was late in the day and he didn't rush us or try and pressure us into any decisions. He got our air conditioning working again and was very professional while doing so. If you have heating or cooling problems call Parker & Sons and request Frank R.

Ken was courteous, professional and informative when he checked our AC. He is willing to explain what is going on with the system when asked. He found the freon leak in our AC system after a thorough and tiring investigation. I always request Ken because he does an excelant job every time.

We are very happy to have Parker and Sons as our HVAC service company. Ricky was our latest tech but everyone who has helped us before was very knowledgeable and efficient. Seriously will recommend this company to others.

Had the dreadful diagnosis of a slab water leak and George H. came to our rescue!

We had used Parker and Sons before with air/heat, but never plumbing. This technician is a real asset to the firm--- thank you.

Henry T. (plumbing) came to my home yesterday after I called Parker about a leak in my water heater. He surely upheld the high traditions of Parker and Sons. Not only did he find the REAL leak (I thought it was coming from another location on the heater) in just a few seconds, but promptly fixed the problem. Then he went the extra step and connected an extension drain in case a similar problem happens again. This is what I call GREAT SERVICE!! THANK YOU, HENRY!!!!! I appreciated your knowledge, problem solving skills, and good natured attention to my problem. I have been using Parker for the past 10 years and surely will continue to do so

As always, our a/c went out on a Sat afternoon.. Called 3 different A/C companies.. All were useless, one even gave me an electric company to call. My husband came home and said Parker and sons. Called them, Ethan came out Sunday, spent about 90 min on roof. came down checked inside then told us all problems.. Was very knowledgeable, answered lots of our questions, gave us ball park figures on all.. Would have Ethan back anytime and would highly praise him to all friends and family members.

So far Parker & Sons has been a great company to do business with. I own two houses and I call Parker & Sons to take care of the air conditioners. I always ask for Wes M[redacted], he is always on time and does a great job.

Today was my 6-month Tune-up/Safety Inspection from Parker & Sons. The technician who came, Clemence Y[redacted], was awesome. Very professional, very polite, very knowledgeable. He gave me 3 recommendations for important service that I will look into further when I become employed again. Great company!

Jay V[redacted] is a very thorough business man. He is a very honest and sincere person.

Ramesh was wonderful. He helped us understand our new water treatment system and went well above the standard in setting it up. He made sure everything including faucets were operating perfectly... Even in 104 degree temps and smiling all a long.
