Parker and Sons

We had a hot water tank start leaking while we were out of town. Jerry, our service tech, was very cordial and knowledgable. He went beyond the call of duty to get the tank installed so there would be hot water that night. We are extremely pleased with the service Jerry provided and would highly recommend Parker and Sons. We have used Parker and Sons for other AC, plumbing, and electrical issues with the same high level of service!

What a great experience. David P and Xavier M of Parker and Sons installed a new air conditioning unit in our house on 6/14/2016. They showed up on time (which is a treat for anyone living in AZ) and got to work. The temperature in the attic was in excess of 125 degrees but they worked through the day to complete the job. Both gentleman demonstrated excellent knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. Their communication skills were top of the line as they kept me informed through out the entire process. When they finished after 11-12 hours of hard work they thoroughly cleaned the work area . They did a final check of everything then explained how it all worked and made sure that any questions I had were answered and that I understood how to operate my new system. They told me that if over the next couple of weeks I had any questions or something didn't seem right to call and they would come back and make it right. When the job was finished I received all of the correct paperwork for the job and they left about 8:00 that night. I would definitely recommend Parker and Sons and if you are lucky you may get the two gentlemen I had to do your work. G.H.

I needed air conditioning repair and called Parker and sons. Beginning with the call all people I had contact with were excellent. Dustin was my service technician and although I was not happy with the diagnosis, he was professional and courteous. I needed a couple of major parts and they needed to be ordered. My day of service was Saturday and on Monday I received a call from Parker and Sons and they schedule the repair for the same afternoon. Dustin returned and performed all the repairs. It was a pleasure dealing with him and Parker and Sons. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I need additional service in the future.

Michael was professional, knowledgeable and provided service that was above and beyond.

The technician acted very professionally. I recommend this Company to all my friends and family.

Parker's technician, Jake, performed a system inspection at my residence on November 1, 2016. He was prompt (calling to alert me he was on the way), courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. He is an asset to his company.

Wes is professional, friendly and honest - all traits to make the perfect person to be on your roof and in your home.

We had major plumbing problems, Andy sealed the deal more

than fair cost, same day turnaround and excellent technicians. This was over 5K

with of work and we are very happy.

before we could believe and began work, besides providing exceptional technical

Jay V. from Parker and Sons did routine maintenance on our air-conditioner in September 2016. It is difficult to remember a more courteous and professional service visit. Jay explained a potential problem with our unit but did not try to force us into panic mode or pressure us to replace a part before it was necessary. His honesty, friendliness and courtesy were deeply appreciated.
