Parker and Sons

Henry T. (plumbing) came to my home yesterday after I called Parker about a leak in my water heater. He surely upheld the high traditions of Parker and Sons. Not only did he find the REAL leak (I thought it was coming from another location on the heater) in just a few seconds, but promptly fixed the problem. Then he went the extra step and connected an extension drain in case a similar problem happens again. This is what I call GREAT SERVICE!! THANK YOU, HENRY!!!!! I appreciated your knowledge, problem solving skills, and good natured attention to my problem. I have been using Parker for the past 10 years and surely will continue to do so

Parker and Sons technician, Adam R[redacted] replaced my water softener today. He was excellent. Very professional. Very efficient. Adam really did a great job,

I had a backwash of my garbage disposal and thought that my reverse osmosis was contaminated, well Dan Webb came out access the situation and then tested my water and to my surprise, there was no contamination and my osmosis water was good. It could have cost me, but I just love this guy, because, he told me 0 charge. Then the plumber came out, I forgot his name, but he put on the seal that Kohler had sent me for replacing, the old one, because the toilet would not stop running, and he did not charge me either. I am singing Parkerandsons praises, because they were such a blessing to me. If I have anymore issues with my plumbing or air conditioner, they are the one I will call with out hesitation.
