Mike was prompt , arriving within 45 min. of my service request At 10:15 pm last night. He was clean, courteous and very professional . He answered all my questions politely, patiently, and completely. He had my a/c functioning within 45/50 min.of his arrival, and explained followup to take place within 24/48 hours. I could not ask for finer service !! Ed Randall

Ben M[redacted] was one of two plumbers working on a bathtub drain repair which entailed jackhammer in the floor and going through a bedroom wall. He and partner, Jake Haney, we're extremely professional and personable. The job was top notch and they left the rooms in excellent condition. Without a doubt, we will use Parker and Sons for all future plumbing issues and would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

We have had Parker & Sons out to our home for AC, plumbing and water treatment issues. Each time, they are professional and honest. I never feel like they are taking advantage of me, and they stand by the quality of their work. I highly recommend this company!

We just had a very good experience using Parker and Sons and one of their plumbers, Josh. We are part time residents in Scottsdale, AZ who are gone for the summer, and yesterday received a call from our neighbor that he saw water running down our driveway. I got the emergency after hours service for Parker and Sons who put a call in to Josh C, the plumber on call. Josh called me right away, and then called me once he arrived at our home. He continued to contact me as he diagnosed the problem, got pricing for repair work, when he was starting the work, and when he and another plumber finished the job. Furthermore, he sent me before, during and after photos of the job before taking payment. Josh was very professional, and patiently answered all our questions about the job. I would highly recommend using Josh C, and Parker and Sons for plumbing issues!

Dan W[redacted] showed up exactly on time . He greeted me with a smile and stated his name, and told me he was Parker and Sons. He was professional and friendly. I told him that the water conditioner was not working properly. He told me I should have called and had it fixed , instead of waiting. He found the problem right away. I was extremely happy with his attitude and how great of a job he done. When he was done working on everything , he cleaned up and left everything perfect. In this day and age , it is so nice that you hired a person like Dan W[redacted]. If it wouldn't be much trouble I would like him to service , our water treatment from now on. [redacted]

Several months ago, when I was under a contract, Their service man came for the annual check up. He was here about a half an hour and and presented me with an estimate of over $1400 that he said would get my unit up to "snuff. I chose not do it.
I contacted a neighbor of mine who gave me the name of a service man who had done some of the furnace/AC installations where I live. He came next day and checked out my unit. His only suggestion was to make sure that all my vents were open.
For his check up he presented me with a bill for $35. The unit has been running perfectly ever since.
I believe the estimate from Parker and Sons was incorrect and perhaps "padded". How else can you account for a difference of over $1300?
I waited to report this until I saw that the unit would work well.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Parker and Sons for sending Eric in our time of need.

This young man was extremely proficient at his job and caring about the very hot situation we were in without AC working.

I can't say enough about this young man who was resourceful and caring.

He was smart enough to take a bucket of ice up on the roof with him so I did not have to worry about him working in the over 100 degree heat that day !

I told my husband I want to adopt him :<)

Patrick H was professional and efficient. I haven't needed plumbing services in 13 years, so I was shocked at the high price to change out a kitchen faucet. However, I do believe you get what you pay for and feel comfortable that if there are any problems with it in the future, they will make good on it at no charge. I like the guarantees of a solid company.

Had issues with my ac, Bryan H, was not only a true professional, but was a very nice hard working guy. Got the job done and at a fare price.

The customer was misinformed by our CCR department so as a courtesy we are refunding 100.00 and performing the camera service again to provide a quote for repair.

AC technician was very fast and friendly. He even sat and listened to my father who suffers from dementia tell a story about his farm days.

The day after my wife was discharged from the hospital for open hart surgery, my rusted out hot water tank made a flood in the garage. The wounds from surgery did not have any dressings or antiseptic treatment. Instructions were to shower daily and expose to the air. We felt a great sense of urgency to have our water system fixed. Within a couple of hours Parker and Sons had Brian W. out to install a new tank-less hot water system of my choice. Brian stayed for a very long day so we could use the shower on schedule. The next day Aaron installed a new water conditioner also badly needed and arranged for a new main line water pressure valve replacement. The fast, courteous and professional services provided by Parker and Sons at a very stressful time were greatly appreciated.
