Our AC unit broke & Parker and Sons came out to service it. They did a great job & the service tech was friendly & knowledgeable. We would use Parker and Sons again.

Mr. Antwiler assisted with the service of my water heater, and was very efficient and knowledgeable. He offered valuable suggestions, and I appreciated his calm and professional attitude. The service with Parker over the last 12 years has been excellent, and I have used Parker and Sons for AC, Plumbing and Heating. All service persons, without exception, have been very good.

After Eric K. left I was concerned who would be sent out on our every six month maintenance visit. Much to my liking Ken P. was sent and I sincerely appreciated his candidness and personality. It is essential that you have trust in the person who is taking care of your home as you want it taken care of, and Ken lived up to my expectation. His no nonsense attitude and expertise put me at ease. I can highly recommend this fine technician and Parkers Brothers without reservation.

Jon and Mark came out to check over our system in preparation for the winter. Both were attentive and presentable. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Been using this company for years, have never had a bad service tech show up at my home!

Todd has been our preferred Technician. He is very polite and very knowledgeable. He has always been on time. We like a very detail oriented technician and he meets our expectations. He takes time to answer any questions that we may have. He never leaves any messes around in the areas that he works. He is a trust worthy person.

Scott B. was courteous and professional. He explained what needed to be done and contacted another company to assist with work that needed to be done. He also had a sense of humor.

Dear Parker and Sons,

I am one pleased customer!!! Roger R[redacted] and Justin H[redacted] came and spent hours diagnosing my 1955 home's plumbing with Orangeberg pipe. They had to use a camera to determine the extent of the mess . they had to give me the unfortunate news that my pipes had collapsed! I had been planning to attend my 55th High School class reunion in Price, Utah and being able to make the event really meant so much to me. But, with my shower bubbling and my commode not flushing right, I was worried that I would not be able to attend.

In tears, I called to cancel my hotel reservation. Roger and Justin heard me crying and said, " Go to your reunion, this problem will be here come Monday. We can tell this means a lot to you." However, I was worried that my son-in-law , who would be house setting and pet sitting while I was away, would not have the use of the shower or the commode. They assured me everything will be ok. And, if he were to have any problems, he could call them. Well, my son, daughter in-love and I packed and left for Utah. We had a fabulous trip and enjoy the beauty Utah has to exhibit. My class reunion was so much fun and I was so glad I did not have to miss it!!!

We arrived safely back in Phoenix Sunday night. My two son in laws had removed the laminate flooring and furniture from one bedroom over the weekend. David J[redacted] and Justin H[redacted] arrived early Monday morning and went right to work. We all just got out of the way as they worked hard all day. They were so considerate being careful to not tear up the tile that was not replaceable. They removed the cement and dirt that had been jackhammered up at the end of their work days. There wasn't one pile of dirt or mess in view; the floor swept clean. Roger and Justin completed the installation of the new Plumbing pipes in record time.

My loving family helped in so many ways; my bill has been paid in full. Thanks to Roger and Justin from Parker & Sons Plumbing, I am happy to know my house's plumbing is now in great shape and I was able to enjoy my 55th High School reunion. Craig B. did a great job on my plumbing repair, very neat, professional and efficient. He explained every step so I completely understood the problem. Wish Parker's prices weren't so high tho, and pretty inflexible.

Dan performed a whole house plumbing review. Found a water pressure problem due to water softener which was beginning to fail. Explained all the problems he found and what was required to correct them. Even taking time to explain how water softener operates (we are new to Arizona). He flushed the water heater and replaced a rod. He was friendly, professional and courteous at all times.

Antonio was very friendly and professional. He had to troubleshoot my problem, and did so quickly and efficiently. I would welcome Antonio into my home again at any time in the future.

Bryan W. provided professional and thorough plumbing service. He was most knowledgeable and efficient. I found him to be personable and patient in addressing my questions.

I recently was provided service by Parker & Sons through their HVAC serviceman, Robert O[redacted]. He provided me with notification of his arrival and began to perform timely and efficient service. He answered many of the questions I had on the repairs in a professional and informative way. He also was courteous and explained the costs and billing process. Because of his performance, I would not hesitate to recommend Parker & Sons for any repairs to my friends or anyone else.

Parker and Sons are fast, reliable and very professional. I called Parker and Sons in the morning about my a/c unit not blowing air out and by early afternoon John D. (technician) was here and quickly found the problem and fixed it. John was polite, knowledgeable and very professional.

I have dealt with Parker and Sons on several issues and have never been disappointed in their service or professionalism.

My experience with Parker and Sons has always been great satisfaction in the quality of work they do, in a timely manner, very courteous and never leave a mess. Special thanks to Joe C[redacted] in plumbing for the recent job he did, also Brendon B[redacted] in air conditioning for maintenance on my two AC units for heat this winter.

I am writing a review versus filing a complaint because I did get a second opinion from another company and already had the work completed, so there is nothing to refund or needs to be resolved.

I had a maintenance contract through Parker and Sons. It cost several hundred a year and didn't provide any benefit. It's cheaper just to schedule an inspection on your own time versus paying it up front as it will cost you double or more to have it pre-paid.

Note I say inspection because that's all you receive. They check your system and provide you a list of repairs. It's not a tune-up as they aren't actually performing a single task on the AC units.

This past year they provided me an invoice for $2500+ in repairs after this years inspection. I declined the repairs and decided to get a second opinion. The second opinion showed that all but one of the line items on the invoice was warranted and necessary, the other line items were unnecessary. The tech from the second company went line by line with me over Parker's invoice and we went around and checked on all items they recommended to be replaced. At the end of the day, Parker had 10 line items for greater than $2500, and the second opinion was only able to substantiate 1 line item, even then it was a stretch.

2 of the lines were for leak tests and resolution to the tune of $425 per repair. One unit had no sign of leak as freon levels were perfect. The second was down a few % points from normal indicating there may be a potential leak. In the 10 years of operation of these units, Freon has never been added. In the end I had the second opinion top off the freon in the one unit as that was the only recommended course of action as none of the other repairs were substantiated. We'll watch to see if it continues to leak or if it was tampered with at some point.

The previous year, first year of my maintenance contract. I was present for that inspection. there was only one capacitor that needed to be replaced as it literally burst and failed and I had it completed to the tune of $300. This year, which would determine me renewing my maintenance contract, I had to work and my wife stayed home for the tech to perform the inspection. I went from a good working A/C units, when I'm home, to needing $2700, when my wife was home, of which a second opinion failed to substantiate any of them. I'm not sure if Parker & Sons was padding the invoice because my wife was home alone hoping to get an easy, expensive sale, or if it was incompetence. Either way I will never do business and will recommend to my friends and family to go elsewhere.
