When I realized my water tank was leaking, I thought of all the ads I have seen on TV. Kind of liked the happy attitude coming through from Parker and sons. They were quite efficient, but now after the fact, should have called a friend for a referral, maybe saved some bucks. They did a great job though and now it is on to the restoration team to tear out walls etc.

I have been with Parker and Sons for 2 years now and I am very pleased with the company. If I have a problem I know without a doubt they are going to be there for and on time. All of their technicians are neat clean and take a lot of pride in their work. I am very happy with them. If something does go wrong with my A/C they listen, and they seem to know exactly what is wrong and repair it right away. I recommend to anybody to buy a 3 year maintenance agreement because then your A/C gets a free check up every 6 months and you don't have to pay 65 dollars every time they come out. It really has saved me money. They keep it in top notch running order every year, and they really care about their customers. Best company I have ever found to do business with. If they have any good A/C tips they pass it on to their customers. I like that, like spraying hair spray on your a/c filter helps keep more dust in the filter, and it works. If you go with Parker and Sons you won't be sorry. Very professional and they love what they do and it shows.

Within less than one month we called Parker & Sons twice. First was for a new hot water heater, then this last weekend our a/c went on the "fritz".

[redacted] (water heater) and [redacted] (a/c) were awesome. Each knew what the problems were and within 3 hours for each appliance our issues were resolved to our great satisfaction.

We are so very pleased with everything about Parker from initial phone calls (only one call on each problem was needed - on a Sunday, at that for the water heater). My first call was taken by [redacted] who really knew her business about water heaters. The second call on our air conditioner was taken by [redacted] who was also very knowledgeable about a/c units. The promptness, service and professionalism we received from the technicians was more than we'd experienced in past dealings with another company.

We were also very pleased when we received a letter after the water heater installation that Parker & Sons donated to Special Olympics.

After many years dealing with another company who was a bit pushy and did not keep appointments on time along with extra charges they included, there is no way we will ever leave Parker & Sons and hope all of our AZ friends and family will also utilize their excellent treatment of a customer.

on his service call to our home on Monday August 11th.

I needed repairs on the outside water supply line and shut off valve to my house. When I went to the mail box to get my mail I saw a Parker & Sons Truck parked at a house across from the mail box. I talked to a young man installing a new Air Conditioning unit.([redacted]). He gave me one of his cards and suggest that I call for service. I did when I got home and made arrangements to have a plumber come out and look at the problem. [redacted] came out within 2 hours and quoted me a price which I felt was fair and gave him the OK to do the job. He completed the work very efficiently and promptly. Parker and Sons have maintained my HVAC and plumbing equipment for several years. I have found them to be competent, business-like, and friendly.

Saw water leaking from unit, not down drain pipe, called and was told they would be out that day and what time would be convent for me. I told them anytime since I'm retired. They were here at 4:00, found the problem, ordered up new part and came back the next day and installed. Couldn't ask for better service. Parker & Sons are my Plumbing and AC people.

I have been a customer of Parker and Sons for many years. Ken P. has been my AC technician for most of that time. He is honest, professional and proficient. He takes the time to explain how my system is operating, and if there are concerns, he explains all my options so I can make an informed decision. I have always felt that he is an advocate for the customer, not a salesman. Most importantly, I trust him.

Parker and Sons AC Technician [redacted] has done our six month "checks" for the past several years. He is always professional and courteous. [redacted] takes the time to do complete inspections and explains what he has done, as well as the "readings" and what they mean. While we have always gotten great service from Parker and Sons, the only company we call for our AC/heating/plumbing needs, when it comes to our ACs we always have and will continue to request [redacted] as our technician.

I have been a customer of Parker and Sons for years and have used them for AC, various plumbing jobs, water softener and R/O. [redacted] has been my AC Tech for as long as I can remember..... I ALWAYS request him! In this day and age, Customer Service really seems to go by the wayside, but not with [redacted]. He takes the time to explain everything and always does a great job. And always with a smile on his face!

Kyle M[redacted] installed a new faucet for my bathroom sink. He was fast and efficient and very down-to-earth. He gave me several tips about having hard water and the fact that it's becoming harder every year! He took his time to explain the answers to my questions and did not try to pressure me into getting a water softner, etc. Very pleasant young man!

On time, found the problem and gave me great information all around.

Service Technician, Mike J., was very professional and thorough with his work. He showed a sincere concern for troubleshooting the problem and getting it resolved.

Alex A completed our dry wall repair yesterday. He was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone who needs dry wall repair.

Victor O. Showed up exactly when he said he would and was very knowledgable and very professional. Went directly to the problem and checked out other potential issues. All else was good other than the original problem. He also showed dedication while in the HOT attic checking and changing the part necessary. Very pleased with the price and service.

Luke W[redacted] of Parker and Sons, Inc. investigated our hot water tank leak, listened to my requests for a limited repair, investigated everything relevant, wrote up a recommendation, and was always mild and smooth in his manner. I make it a habit not to trust first impressions and smooth talk, but he came across as as a knowledgeable, nice man who would be a nice catch for an unmarried daughter. But surely he must be married.
