Very happy with Parker & Sons and will use them again. My tech, Jason D., was respectful in removing his shoes upon each entry into my home. I had 2 separate (unrelated) repairs; one indoor and one outside my city water meter. They were transparent about the potential cost and extend of repairs; no surprises when the bill was tallied. I will use Parker & Sons again and recommend their services to anyone who wants to completely trust in the work quality of their plumbing technician.

A/C checkup today. Matt E. was very courteous, clean and professional. Arrived on time, answered all my questions, and provided knowledgeable feedback on the condition of my equipment. Gave me options for preventive care without being pushy.

I had 3 quotes to replace a water heater. A local guy for 1400, George Brazil for 2400, and Parker for 4300. Parker bought the one from a supplier that my local guy had found, so my local guy could not do it until he found another one. I ended up going with Brazil since they could find one from their supplier and replace it that day. 4300 for Parker? The cost of the water heater could not have been more than 1200. How much do they really think their time is worth?

A Parker and Sons Tech completely disassembled my hose reel and left it strung all over my yard, called [redacted] and left. A second Tech installed a new water heater for which I paid $851 to Porker and Sons. [redacted] was successful in drying out the floor but left without restoring the flooring or replacing the water heater cabinet cover. It seems as though nobody wants to take any responsibility. Since we contracted with Parker and Sons and they initiated the services of [redacted], we believe it is Parker and Sons obligation to solve this problem

I had the occassion to contact Parker & Sons in February regarding an issue with my Hot Water Heater. When I called to request service, they were extremely helpful and told me they would have a Tech here by end of the day. I also decided to purchase the 3 Year service plan with includes Spring and Fall Maintenance on Heating and Air Conditioning. In addition to the Maitenance, when you have a Service Contact with Parker and Sons, you also receive discounts on parts and work that need to be done. They did and excellent job. When they did my Air Conditioner Maintenance in April, we found it was time to replace the units which we did in early May. Then we had an issue with the Sewer Pipe from out house to the street that needed to be replaced. Parker & Sons is staffed with technicians and the equipment to handle all these issues. And, the staff that handles their calls are very easy to talk with and whatever commitments they make regarding time of arrival, call ahead of arrival, etc exceed all my expectations. They are a fantastic company and call about their customers.

I had a badly stopped up kitchen sink and due to my past

I would call. Oh, by the way, it was a Sunday. [redacted], came

out and fixed it in no time and did a great job of cleaning up the mess.

A few years ago Parker installed a new AC and heating unit. Did a fantastic job.

Parker is the only AC/ Heating company we would use. They are professional, on time and know their stuff. No hype just gets the job done whenever we have had to call.

My first experience with Parker and Sons occurred 12JUN2015 and was most satisfactory. [redacted] took care of my A/C problem in short order - replaced the defective part, verified that no other components were getting ready to fail, and left with my house nice and cool! My unit is 13 years old and I will be seeking a bid from Parker for replacement. I would recommend [redacted] and Parker and Sons to anyone.

Robert was timely and professional. He repaired a leaky faucet in the kitchen sink and helped with a couple other issues .He answered all my questions with a smile and I did not feel as those he was rushing to leave . Robert was tidy and knowledgeable and someone I would call again. I also appreciate the shoe covers ,great job.

My name is Carol Culp, I had major issues with clogged drains and leaks in plumbing. Parker and Sons, Inc. sent out "Ralph" this morning. I am very impressed, Ralph was on time, very knowledgeable in his field, and very nice. He explained everything where I could understand, gave me prices, and went to work. My plumbing is good again thanks to Ralph. He also gave me a lot of good maintenance information how to keep things running smoothly. Thank you Parker and Sons, and Ralph.
