Our consultant, Eric V showed up on time and was so helpful in getting the ball rolling to get us heat! He was very professional and friendly at the same time. Our unit arrived when promised and was installed as promised. The whole experience was so not stressful. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Without question, my experience with Parker and Sons services absolutely ranks higher than ANY HVAC service I have received since 1978. Marcos was an outstanding technician. He was prompt, polite and courteous; helpful; answered all questions and gave great explanations; left the site cleaner than when he arrived; assisted me in scheduling a plumbing service call for the NEXT DAY!

Matt showed up right on time. Did an amazing job, and was very friendly. He was very profeessional and explained everything he did.

I have used Parker and Sons for multiple homes for years, but was disappointed recently with a sharp change in their business practices. I purchased a home and quickly asked Parker and Sons to service the two home AC units (service date 4/4/2013, work order [redacted]). The technician ([redacted]) told me both units were bad and that he could patch them up for $1657.90, but the patch would only last a week at best before the units would fail. The only solution was to replace both units--$7k for the downstairs unit and $5k for the upstairs. I had him perform a basic unit service at $118.00 and called the home warranty company. Their contractor came out, declared both units in fine working shape and guessed that I had Parker and Sons give me the story about the units' imminent failure. He stated that Parker and Sons is now giving their technicians 25% of the total ticket above what the customer's called-in complaint was, strongly encouraging technicians to up-sell customers in the field. Incredibly surprised at what I was hearing about Parker and Sons, considering I had used them for years, I called another AC contractor on my own to have them take a look. They agreed--the units are absolutely fine. Further, as proof, we're almost exactly a year from the service date and neither unit has given us any issues. This is a bad business practice on the part of Parker and Sons, and has certainly caused me to not trust them to perform services on my homes. A $12k price tag for two units when the units were actually completely fine--unacceptable business practice.

Inflated prices!!!! Don't even bother to call them for any work. They will overcharge you for repairs and parts. Cindy T[redacted]

Amazing company. Did a great job and was super friendly. I heard so many good things about them before I hired them, but wanted to get several quotes just in case. They were the lowest price, and were the only ones who guaranteed their work for 10 years. I won't use anyone else.

I have used Parker & Son's several times now and have become a "family" member. No matter when I call I get same day service! Truely professional, friendly and caring service people. I will be a customer for life!

Living in an older house with things needing repairs done from time to time, I always call Parker and Sons. We have used other companies in the past but have found this company to be very honest and prices very reasonable.
