Parker and Sons is excellent. They are on time, keep you posted of arrival times. Do not charge for the little things. When they come and can't fix the problem they will not charge for a visit. Would recommend highly

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Parker and Sons. They replaced a rod on our water heater that was not even installed by them. We would highly recommend them.

The technician that came to check everything out was very polite and used his shoe protectors when he came in the house. He covered everything that he was tasked to do as he went over the checklist before leaving. I did ask if he could provide information on controlling my A/C remotely and he said he would have someone get back to me about it but so far, and I understand it has only been one day but no one has gotten back to me.

I had a issue with a drain pipe that was not a real easy fix but [redacted] came out and accessed the situation and explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote with the best case scenario and worst case scenario. I scheduled a appointment to have the repair done and [redacted]. came out to do the repair. He was very polite, cleaned up after the job was complete and was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Parker and Sons because of the two guys I dealt with.

I had a man named [redacted] come out today and fix my A/C unit. My puppy had chewed on the wiring outside of the unit. It was only $163 to fix it and they were at my house within a couple of hours of me calling! [redacted] was very quick and friendly, he even threaded the wiring through PVC pipe to protect it from our pup. It's the extra thought that matters and Parker and Sons does just that! 5 stars!!!

Tired of being scammed by your A/C company? I was...after 20 years of $$$ wasted, I followed a friend's referral..and was so pleasantly surprised. Skeptics, there is an ethical company that hires/trains workers that first have a moral compass..they are almost reverent about the work..it's fast and good..but it's the people over process that eliminates the trumped up problems$$...I love their maintenance program.

Try them if you are having that uneasy feeling about your company. One visit and the contrast is clear..I felt like [redacted] was my personal technician..and then [redacted] was wonderful,too.

Parker and Sons are fabulous. They are on time, professional, and get the job done the first time. Never have had to call them back to repair something they just had fixed. I recommend them highly.

We've been using Parker & Sons for the last few years for all of our AC & Plumbing needs. It all started back in the summer of 2010 when we needed someone to come out and check our AC when it quit working on a Saturday afternoon. I was working and my wife called them because of their TV ads. Well the service was great and they didn't charge us any extra for a weekend call. We were very impressed. So when we decided to replace our AC unit we made one call..we have been happy ever since.

We have had plumbing leaks twice within a year. We had a different company repair the first leak, and while the leak did not re-appear, we were not particularly pleased with the service and the plumber who did the job.
We just had another hot water leak, and called Parker and Sons. What a different experience. [redacted] and [redacted] arrived on Tuesday morning. We discussed the problem with [redacted], and told him we were thinking about just having the re-plumbing done to avoid having to deal with this time and again. We are retired, do not have a bundle of money, and at this point we are definitely limited regarding the tasks we are able to complete independently. Anyway, after discussing this, we told [redacted] what we preferred. He gave us a bid (which was approximately $3,000) less that the previous company, and asked when we would like to have it done. I told him "right now." He contacted his co-worker, left to get supplies, came back, and began the project. When the second plumber arrived ([redacted]), they really got to work. They finished the project the following day, cleaned up all of their mess, were more than pleasant to work with, and extremely professional. They worked well together (it was obvious they had done this before), and were a joy to have in our home. An extra thanks to [redacted] & [redacted]! I would highly recommend Parker & Sons for all your home needs! I purchased new AC units for my home a few years ago and I have been on a routine maintenance plan each year. Each time they visit, they are extremely professional and very thorough. On a recent visit to service my units for the upcoming summer, the technician recommended that I should replace the anode rod in my Hot Water tank. WOW, was he right! The anode rod was nearly gone and his reminder probably saved me from a bigger repair. Thanks

The first thing that comes out of anyone's mouth that I mention "we use Parker for our needs" is the response "they're so expensive.". Well, maybe so, I've not done the research, but I do know that they stand behind they're work. Apparently there is no time limit on the standing. We had a water valve replaced but the darn thing leaked. We let it go as it was mid summer. We channeled the drip to the pine tree and made the leak useful. Been a long time as now it's April. (didn't want the usual hassle about who's responsible). During an appointment scheduling for our A/C, the representative asked if I had any other issues and I mentioned the valve. She scheduled a visit, the repairman appeared as scheduled, fixed the leak and did not charge us a dime. No Muss, no Fuss, no hassle. They may be expensive but the job is covered. All other jobs they have done did not need to be redone. This was just an opportunity to support the commitment they advertise is the real thing.

On 3/12/14 we had Parker & Sons replace our old central A/C system. They helped us purchase the equipment through another retailer where we would receive a rebate on the equipment purchase price; Parker & Sons would do the installation. This was a split A/C system with the condenser outside on the ground and the air-handler located in the attic craw space.

Parker & Sons showed-up on time with a crew of 3 men who first protected the pathway through the interior of the house to the attic access. They then started disassembling the old equipment and placing it out in front of the house. While this work was going on, a delivery truck arrived and unloaded the new A/C equipment.

A short while later, while the new equipment was being installed, a salvage truck came by and picked-up all the old equipment and the packing materials from the new equipment.

The 3 men worked quietly and efficiently and had the new system up and running in about 7-hours. This installation also included an additional vent to an office area, a new return air grill, and a new thermostat.

When the men departed, the area was left clean with no evidence (even fingerprints) that they had been here.

The equipment has been in operation for a month now. It is oh so quiet and it’s a “set it and forget it” operation. Our old equipment was noisy and we were frequently adjusting the thermostat to try and get comfortable.

We have used Parker & Sons before for plumbing and A/C services. We’ve always been pleased with their service and were pleased this time too.

Great service. [redacted] came out on short notice, fixed a leak that was dripping into our ceiling as well as discovering and fixing a piece of metal that was allowing the unit to drip oil. [redacted] was very informative and knowledgable. Because of the great service we elected to pay them a yearly fee for two annual maintenance checks on the AC unit. Matt B. with Parker and Sons is an excellent plumber and we would highly recommend him. He is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and provides excellent plumbing services. We requested service as soon as possible for a leaking water softener to be removed. While on site, he provided an inspection of a one year old hot water heater. The hot water heater was also found to be leaking. He removed the water softener and provided necessary plumbing connections for future use. He also removed old hot water heater and installed a new one. Both services were provided in a timely fashion. This is the second time Matt has helped us with plumbing services at our home. All experiences were positive.
