Parker and Sons

Just had them install a new Lennox AC/Furnace system. The whole process, from quote to installation, went very smoothly. The system works great. I bought the system through Costco and am very happy.

We have used Parker and Sons for several years and just love them. They are always courteous and helpful. They are a little pricey but if you want quality work done and quality people doing the work it is worth it. Thank you for giving me the chance to give this review.

We have had Parker & sons put in a new refrigeration unit plus a air scrubber. The techs who installed the units were both professional and friendly. We are happy to give a positive review to both Parker & sons and to the TECHS.

The visit was in accordance with a semiannual maintenance agreement. The service person arrived within the forecast time frame, calling about 10 minutes prior so we would be expecting him. He was courteous and thorough. I expect to continue this service agreement in the future. The agreement is not cheap (nor outrageous), but I believe is worthwhile to know the condition of the system. The discount on other Parker & Sons services due to having this agreement is also a nice benefit.

Very professional company. We've been extremely satisfied with Parker and Sons and would highly recommend them.

We have found Parker and Sons to be honest, reliable, and timely. If you are looking for the cheapest way to go they may not be your choice, but if you are looking for honesty and integrity, this is the company to deal with.

Had major plumbing issue. After two other attempts from another company called Parker and sons and from hello to the end of the job I received great service and they fixed it and did great job. So happy with plumbing. Signed up for heating and cooling service. Can't believe I am now 2 for to for great service. Did winter service on heater and provided friendly great service.

The service man came on time after he phoned to let me know he was ten minutes away. He was professional in his Demeter and dress, he checked our heaters and thermostats. He also performed a safety check on our water heater, smoke alarms and soft water, he left extra test strips for the soft water. When he left everything was clean. I was very satisfied with the service call and would recommend them to my neighbors.

The plumber arrived on schedule. He was professional, quick, competent and courteous. The price was reasonable, the work was good.

The professionalism of the employees and their high quality of work is unsurpassed.

The employees always take the time to review the work that they are going to do, followed up by an exit interview of the work that they did do.

Their honesty and integrity are phenomenal.

Purchased a new heating and cooling system. Most pleasant transaction I have ever done. Extremely professional with no sales pressure. Our options were thoroughly explained, pricing was explained, and the full extent of the work to be performed was explained from step 1 to finish. The sales person Justin Bieber (not the Canadian it) was highly knowledgeable and provided information in detail as to what we wanted and how they could improve our system. I recently had my water softener, water heater and fan in my air conditioner all go out about the same time. I have to say I am very, very impressed with the services Parker & Sons provided me. They installed everything very quickly and they were extremely courteous. [redacted], the individual who repaired my air conditioner took extra time to explain to me what exactly the problem was and what I can do to help my air conditioner last a little longer. I felt he took extra time to ensure I understood what he was telling me. Even the gentleman (I forgot his name) who helped with the water heater gave me instructions on what to do to help the water heater last a lot longer. I really appreciate the time they take to ensure I am comfortable and knowledgeable about the systems they repair or replace for me. I would recommend them to anyone!

Parker and Sons was at our home within half an hour of our call to them. We had a real problem with water backing up into our sink and coming out of the washing machine drain. If they had not responded as quickly as they did, we would have had a flood in our home. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful and fixed our problem in short order.
