After it was determined that our 18 year old unit was dead, Parker and Sons had a sales person to our house the next day to show us available products to replace our unit. They did a walk thru of our home to determine the correct sized unit to suggest and once we settled on our choice, the next morning a 3 man crew was arrived about 10 minutes prior to start time given and ready to go! These guys were amazing and hard workers. It took 13 hours with our cramped attic space, but these guys never complained...nothing but complete professionals. Regularly updated us on progress of job...they even were able to make friends with our dog who was very inquisitive about their presence in our home! The install supervisor made a suprise stop in to see how things were going as well. Can't say enough about how diligently these guys worked and how great they were in their people skills. I have called Parker and Sons twice now since I moved into my new home. Both times, the serviceman was there quickly and eager to help me solve my problems. I was not pressured to buy anything unlike other companies I have used in the past. I appreciate the quick efficient friendly service. And yes, they really do put shoe covers on when they enter your home! :)

The visit was in accordance with a semiannual maintenance agreement. The service person arrived within the forecast time frame, calling about 10 minutes prior so we would be expecting him. He was courteous and thorough. I expect to continue this service agreement in the future. The agreement is not cheap (nor outrageous), but I believe is worthwhile to know the condition of the system. The discount on other Parker & Sons services due to having this agreement is also a nice benefit.

The plumber arrived on schedule. He was professional, quick, competent and courteous. The price was reasonable, the work was good.

One of your employees installed a Water Softner in my home this morning and did a great job. His name is Aaron B.

He arrived on time as scheduled and didn't waste any time getting started to work. He was friendly and professional and when he finished the job explained to me what I needed to know about the System and was on his way.

Parker and Sons was at our home within half an hour of our call to them. We had a real problem with water backing up into our sink and coming out of the washing machine drain. If they had not responded as quickly as they did, we would have had a flood in our home. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful and fixed our problem in short order.

The service man came on time after he phoned to let me know he was ten minutes away. He was professional in his Demeter and dress, he checked our heaters and thermostats. He also performed a safety check on our water heater, smoke alarms and soft water, he left extra test strips for the soft water. When he left everything was clean. I was very satisfied with the service call and would recommend them to my neighbors.

Technician was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.

I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needed this type of service. Technicians are very helpful and explain what they are doing and what needs to be done.

I recently had Parker & Sons replace my Hot Water Heater and repair a few leaky faucets. [redacted], the Technician that completed the insulation & repairs was very efficient & informative. The instalation went very smooth and as I asked questions throughout the process, [redacted] was very good at explaining his work.
He arrived on time and was professional & courteous. Not only would I use Parker & Sons if needed in the future, I would request [redacted] to do the job!

Mike G. was very professional and very nice to our 6 month old puppies. He didn't act negative when they were bothering him and after I put them outside he said "its too hot our there for the little guys. let them back in". A pleasant experience for all. And my sink is now running freely.

We have used Parker and Sons for many years to care for our air conditioning and heating needs. The men that come out on a regularly scheduled basis are professional, neat in appearance and very careful with our belongings in the home and yard as well as always looking neat and clean.
With having this care of the AC/Heating units, it has prevented large expense from repairs.

Craig B[redacted] and Paul from Parker and Sons came to my home for the first time Monday, July 20, 2015 in response to my call for service on one toilet and two outside water faucets that needed repairs. They were both very professional and took care of the repairs needed in a professional and efficient manner. I was very happy with the results and will definite call back for future needs.

Completely professional. Timely and efficient. Diagnosed problem in a matter of minutes and ensured that the repair was completely operational prior to his departure. The repair cost was fair, given the nature of the failure and was exactly what was quoted, after the initial assessment was made. I would recommend them again, without hesitation.

We just had our fall maintenance for our air conditioner/heat and the technician was above and beyond at being helpful ,courteous and knowledgeable. This is why we have stayed with Parker and Sons for years .The service is great .

One(1) year ago in on July 1st, I had a new tenant moving in to our rental condo at [redacted] E. Brown Rd., Unit 37. She couldn't get the air conditioning to work. Parker & Sons tried to repair it but after over $900.00 charged it wouldn't work. The service manager/supervisor was very helpful and tried to get it fixed the next day which was a Saturday. They still couldn't make it work. My complaint comes toward the sales department who sold us what appears to be junk. In June of this year she had no air conditioning once again. They fixed this under warranty. Last Saturday, the 10th it went out again. This time it is not under warranty. I am more concerned about future breakdowns than the $260 part which was replaced. When we bought this unit we were told that it was a carrier. I have since found out it is a off brand of carrier. I want some assurances that this is not a piece of junk and that they will stand behind this.

The salesman conveniently forgot to deduct the $900.00 service bill from the price until I reminded him. He checked with management and said they will honor this due to their good heart. The unit was installed nearly a week later than promised. I am lucky the tenant didn't walk out on her lease. I could go on but I think you get the message. Professional service, very thorough and explained everything that needed changing/upgrades. Also did a checkup and uncovered other issues not related to AC but plumbing and was able to schedule a plumbing service same day!

I have never had a AC system installed before.Work was completed by two workers but it seemed to me a very long time to complete; about 12 hours. Workers did a good job.
