Parker and Sons

I have called Parker and Sons twice now since I moved into my new home. Both times, the serviceman was there quickly and eager to help me solve my problems. I was not pressured to buy anything unlike other companies I have used in the past. I appreciate the quick efficient friendly service. And yes, they really do put shoe covers on when they enter your home! :)

After it was determined that our 18 year old unit was dead, Parker and Sons had a sales person to our house the next day to show us available products to replace our unit. They did a walk thru of our home to determine the correct sized unit to suggest and once we settled on our choice, the next morning a 3 man crew was arrived about 10 minutes prior to start time given and ready to go! These guys were amazing and hard workers. It took 13 hours with our cramped attic space, but these guys never complained...nothing but complete professionals. Regularly updated us on progress of job...they even were able to make friends with our dog who was very inquisitive about their presence in our home! The install supervisor made a suprise stop in to see how things were going as well. Can't say enough about how diligently these guys worked and how great they were in their people skills. [redacted]. of Parker & Sons is a top tier HVAC technician and diagnostician. He is able to detect failing trends before there is a failure, thus avoiding a breakdown. [redacted] is a true professional in all respects; courteous, extremely knowledgeable, always recording key performance data, and he provides clear and understandable answers to my questions. It is a pleasure and comforting to have such a fine professional person working on my HAVC system.

Air conditioner went out last night in the middle of the night, on one of the hottest days of summer, called Parker and Sons at 3:30am in the morning and they were out to our house by 4:30am and our house was cool again by 5:30. What a relief! I am totally happy with their service and surprised at the low cost. Our tech was very polite and professional. He arrived on time as scheduled and didn't waste any time getting started to work. He was friendly and professional and when he finished the job explained to me what I needed to know about the System and was on his way.

We had a plumbing leak under our kitchen sink. We called Parker & Sons on 2/15/2016 in the late afternoon. We were told that someone would be out between 8:00am and 12:00pm on 2/16/2016. We had a call from Patrick Halling 1st thing this morning advising he was on his way! Patrick was great. He had the piping needed in his truck and the job was done quickly and professionally! The Service man showed up quickly and assessed the problem. He was able to repair the problem in a few minutes and checked our other AC unit and both air handlers. Wes was friendly, competent, and we enjoyed talking with him. He did a great job.

Parker and Sons have been caring for our cooling/heating needs for several years now. We have found them to be reliable, inexpensive and honest. We have referred them to our neighbors and friends because they have always done a great job of taking care of our unit. We would recommend them on Angie's list as well.

I have been a customer of Parker and Sons for many years now. They are professional, friendly and thorough in their dealings with me. I have used them to service and install my air conditioning/heat pump as well as their plumbing service. I have been pleased with everyone I've dealt with. They came out on the Sat. before Christmas to lay a new water line when mine burst. Within 6 hours the water was working and I had a Merry Christmas.

We moved to AZ 14 years ago. When we inquired who should call for furnace/AC problems Parker and Sons was recommended by a neighbor. Needless to say they have remained our contact no matter what time of day or night. We would never not call Parker and Sons. Their service is tops and they have NEVER sent a [redacted] to our house.

We just had our fall maintenance for our air conditioner/heat and the technician was above and beyond at being helpful ,courteous and knowledgeable. This is why we have stayed with Parker and Sons for years .The service is great .
