I recently had Parker & Sons replace my Hot Water Heater and repair a few leaky faucets. [redacted], the Technician that completed the insulation & repairs was very efficient & informative. The instalation went very smooth and as I asked questions throughout the process, [redacted] was very good at explaining his work.
He arrived on time and was professional & courteous. Not only would I use Parker & Sons if needed in the future, I would request [redacted] to do the job!

I hired Parker & Sons to completely replace my two outdated and poorly installed residential air conditioning units and associated furnaces. This was a massive undertaking requiring deinstalling and removal of all my existing equipment. Their service was provided the next day after my request. Four installers started the project and rose to about eight during the afternoon. A supervisor appeared several times during the day to monitor the progress. All of the installers seemed to know their role and we're not only competent, but cordial and respectful. They used extreme care to prevent any damage to our floors and walls. There was a tremendous amount of hardware and metalwork that had to be carried through the house in and out of our attic. It took about 10 hours to complete the project and test both the heating and cooling performance of the two systems. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience and would definitely recommend them.

[redacted] from Parker & Sons came to my home on Tuesday March 4th to do the semi-annual maintenance check-up on my heat pump. He was extremely courteous, patient and helpful. My unit needed a new part and [redacted] took the time to look into the warranty coverage on my heat pump. He did not rush through the job and took the necessary time to explain everything to me.

We have been using Parker and Sons for approximately 8 years now for our air conditioning and plumbing needs. We have always been very pleased with their service. Their technicians even wear shoe covers before coming into the house. We purchased our current air conditioning unit from them and now have them come out twice a year to service the unit. We have never experienced any problems with Parker and Sons.

We have used Parker and Sons for many years to care for our air conditioning and heating needs. The men that come out on a regularly scheduled basis are professional, neat in appearance and very careful with our belongings in the home and yard as well as always looking neat and clean.
With having this care of the AC/Heating units, it has prevented large expense from repairs.

I would like to share and experience with Parker and Sons. Last Saturday Night, on the 12 of July about 8:30 PM I noticed the house was getting warm. I check the outside unit and found it was not working. I called Parker and Suns phone number and was surprised that some one answered the phone. She was delightful, took my information and said I would receive a call in a few minutes. The technician called me and said it would be after midnight before he could get to my unit, 5 others were ahead of me. I thanked him and turned off the unit until he arrived. At 11:45 PM he called and was on the way. [redacted] arrived and started work on the unit. He found a bad starting capacitor and replaced it and the unit start working. He knew what he was doing. It is hard to find good people that have the experience to repair anything. I would like to thank everyone on the Parker and Sons Team. No one knows what Customer Service means, your company does! Keep up the good work and I will send you more business. People I have talked to asked if someone really came out at midnight, I told Parker and Sons do! The Family Plan is well worth the price. Have been with Parker and Sons for over ten years. I have been very pleased with their work and their no pressure honesty in suggesting upkeep of our a/c unit. Their techs are always polite and helpful.

Parker and Sons have been wonderful. We had an air conditioner issue on Labor Day and they were quick in sending out a technician to fix the problem. They have been servicing our heating, cooling and hot water tanks for the last 13 years and I am very happy with their service and professionalism.

Excellent service..prompt and up front about the cost....[redacted] was courteous...explained everything....and did a great job..told us what will have to be done in the future but did not push..we appreciate being informed and using the information to make a decision....would highly rate the service.

I called Parker and Sons and they had someone out there the same day. The tech was very polite. He solved our problem quickly and kept me very informed.

Craig B[redacted] and Paul from Parker and Sons came to my home for the first time Monday, July 20, 2015 in response to my call for service on one toilet and two outside water faucets that needed repairs. They were both very professional and took care of the repairs needed in a professional and efficient manner. I was very happy with the results and will definite call back for future needs.

Mike G. was very professional and very nice to our 6 month old puppies. He didn't act negative when they were bothering him and after I put them outside he said "its too hot our there for the little guys. let them back in". A pleasant experience for all. And my sink is now running freely.

Called Parker and Sons to schedule a plumber for the next day. Had an outside leak and had to shut the main water to the house. When I called I was told someone would be out that night, because I had no water. I was called back by a very respectful gentleman named Kyle M[redacted]. He assured me as soon as he grabbed a piece of pizza, he would be on his way. Within an hour he was here. Looked at the problem and fixed it. Very pleasant , neat, and respectful. It was 9 o'clock before he left. I called around 6 pm, he was here around 7:30pm. Had a smile on his face, even though he had to work late. Thank You Kyle very much. You are a real asset to Parker and Sons.

Professional service, very thorough and explained everything that needed changing/upgrades. Also did a checkup and uncovered other issues not related to AC but plumbing and was able to schedule a plumbing service same day!
