Parker and Sons installed my A/C heat pump unit 9 years ago and services it twice a year through my maintenance agreement. Ken P[redacted] has always been the technician I call because he goes above and beyond by answering questions, offering suggestions to make my system run more efficiently, and even changing the filters when he is here. Ken is friendly, courteous, and even takes his shoes off before entering the house! I would highly recommend Parker and Sons and Ken Porter for your air conditioning needs.

I have again used Parker and Sons. As usual, Henry, the plumber was very good. He figured out how to scope my drain in the bathroom without anyone having to go on the roof. He also had suggestions as to the next toilet that I get. I should be a high pressure flush. Parker and sons always give good advice for future needs.

Great experience with Parker & Sons today! AC Tech Mark E. was timely, efficient, knowledgable and polite. The problem we were having with our AC was resolved and we feel very confident in the work Mark completed. We appreciate a job well done, and the great customer service we received along with it!

I have a noisy central AC unit and was considering purchasing a replacement. Justin B. is the installation technician that came to my home to discuss that possible purchase. Justin inspected my current equipment and explained my options. The option he strongly suggested was that I wait. Imagine that. A company and it's employees that suggest you do what's best for you and not what's more profitable for the company. Justin's exact words were " I could take your money but that wouldn't be right. We have to have a moral compass." Parker and Sons, I wish every company was as conscientious. Thank You!!

Dear Parker and Sons:
My Mother's Day weekend surprise? A broken sink faucet.
Ben Matteson, knowing he was "on call," spent a previous quality day off with his wife and and then called his own mother, with a promise to take her out the following weekend, and answered my call for assistance on Sunday - Mother's Day. The man is a gentleman!
He was clean, neat, and meticulous. After our agreement that I needed a new faucet, he went to the supply store, photoed half a dozen models -- which he sent me by email -- and I was able to make my own choice. While prepping the area where the faucet goes through a hole in the countertop, he noticed that the silicon "grout-bead" was missing in some areas around my double sink. He patiently removed all the old silicon bead, cleaned the area, and applied new, wishing me a Happy Mother's Day.
My husband and I have been customers of Parker and Sons for more than 25 years. We've had them remove an old rooftop AC/and evporator system, install the new AC system at ground level, replace that AC when it eventually wore out, and maintain the systems throughout.
I would not hesitate to recommend licensed plumber Ben M[redacted], and I would not hesitate to recommend Parker and Sons. Both are thorough and their work is quality.

I have never had a AC system installed before.Work was completed by two workers but it seemed to me a very long time to complete; about 12 hours. Workers did a good job.

One(1) year ago in on July 1st, I had a new tenant moving in to our rental condo at [redacted] E. Brown Rd., Unit 37. She couldn't get the air conditioning to work. Parker & Sons tried to repair it but after over $900.00 charged it wouldn't work. The service manager/supervisor was very helpful and tried to get it fixed the next day which was a Saturday. They still couldn't make it work. My complaint comes toward the sales department who sold us what appears to be junk. In June of this year she had no air conditioning once again. They fixed this under warranty. Last Saturday, the 10th it went out again. This time it is not under warranty. I am more concerned about future breakdowns than the $260 part which was replaced. When we bought this unit we were told that it was a carrier. I have since found out it is a off brand of carrier. I want some assurances that this is not a piece of junk and that they will stand behind this.

The salesman conveniently forgot to deduct the $900.00 service bill from the price until I reminded him. He checked with management and said they will honor this due to their good heart. The unit was installed nearly a week later than promised. I am lucky the tenant didn't walk out on her lease. I could go on but I think you get the message. I recently had my AC unit go out on me (while it was 112 degrees outside!) and Parker and Sons rescued me. It wasn't a simple fix and some of my duct work had to be replaced but they worked efficiently and diligently to get it repaired. In the meantime, the tech loaned me a portable AC unit so I didn't roast in my home. [redacted] was the tech and he was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate the great service, especially because it was so uncomfortably hot and I was cranky.

I have had the privilege of having a plumber from Parker and sons twice, about 2 weeks apart. Their phone is answered on the first ring and is answered by very pleasant people. Both times Henry Terry showed up within a couple of hours. Henry was great and very efficient. In this day and age where customer service is outsourced by the majority of companies because customer service is no longer important or a priority, it's great to have Parker and Sons who still very much care about professionalism and customer service.

Parker & Sons handled two jobs for me in the past week. A commode wax ring repair and a water softener system installation. Their technicians were on-time, worked quickly, and produced high quality work at fair prices. I'm completely satisfied.

I've used Parker for all my HVA & plumbing work since I moved to AZ almost 9 years ago and I've never regretted my choice. Every tech they have ever sent here has been clean, cleans up after they are done and are as nice a person as one could want. [redacted] was here yesterday for my annual heating system check and way just great to have doing the work. Thorough, professional and a nice guy to boot.

there may be some lower priced outfit out there but you get what you pay for in the end and I am always satisfied with Parker.

FANTASTIC!!! Until we found Parker and Sons we had nothing but problems. [redacted] is the best, In fact, he found some damages that we were unaware of. [redacted] has great integrity and a true asset to Parker and Sons.

Parker and sons did a great job and spent the time to explain everything the Tech. was doing. Prompt service and attention to detail will keep me going back for all my A/C and plumbing needs.

on dec 23 the hot water heater started leaking. Parker & son arrived the same day, removed the old heater and at my request, delay install of the new heater for 3 days, so I could clean, dry, rebuild the area around the heater. They provided business contacts for dry wall repair and mold testing. I highly recommend Parker & Sons for all plumbing needs.

Our water heater burst at around 8 Am today. I called Parker and Sons at 9 AM and there was a great guy named Thomas here by 9:45 AM. He reviewed the situation and was back in 90 minutes with a new heater. He was finished with the installation by early afternoon,\.

Great service. We have used your Parker and Sons for several years ( two new a/c heating units last year ).

We use the service contracts and have been contacted without fail when we are due for service. Great company to deal with -- highly recommend them.

Parker and Sons have always been prompt and friendly and have done good work, whether it has been to do semi annual check-ups or to repair anything. They have always been very helpful and professional.

Our garbage disposal clogged up on a Saturday we were hosting a dinner party. Parker & Sons sent a technician within 90 minutes of my call for help. Repair was made within a half hour. The serviceman was very professional. Thanks to Parker & Sons for saving our day.

We called Parker & Sons because our sewer lines in the kitchen and laundry room. Their response was quick and the serviceman, Roger, was very qualified and a nice guy. He quickly figured out the problem and cure. He worked on a leak problem under our kitchen sink. Then he cleared the sewer line. We were very pleased with his work, knowledge and pleasing personality.

Contacted Parker and Sons re: solar hot water not working in pm. Parker came late pm the same day and let us know problem was not solar, but electric. Their rep contacted an electrician, who came the next am and fixed the problem. In the meantime, Parker rep suggested we have our system flushed, as it looked like it had not been done (we just purchased property). We agreed to have this done. Rep returned to flush system, and had to return twice to completely finish the job. Was very helpful and did not charge us until job was finished to our satisfaction. Cost was less than price he quoted, as one of the parts did not need replacement as was originally thought. We will call Parker and Sons again if we need plumbing, heating, or cooling repair.
