I purchased a TV for my grandma on 12/30/from Wal-mart, I get home set the tv up and it's not workingSo I take the tv back to the store in Valley Stream to exchange for a different one, stand on the return line for a hour to be told by an associate by the name of Peter that the tv should not have been stood to me because the actual cost of the tv is $more so if I want this tv I need to pay more moneyI asked for my money back and he told me he's not exchanging or giving me back my money and called me a loud mouth ***How professional is that? I used to work at this Walmart back in the automotive section and have always brought my cars in for tire work because of the pricesI have brought quite a few cars here and the service is getting worse and worseI went there on May 8th requesting a flat repair about 5pmI took note of how there were cars in the shopAll the bats were empty and the workers were sitting down relaxingI went inside asking for a tire repair which takes about min to doThe employees that were doing nothing behind the counter told me they couldn't do it because they are going to close at 7pm which was in hoursI asked again if they could check to see if they could get me in because I needed the cars tire repairedAnother employee instantly said no in a rude mannerI'm sick of going to this Walmart waiting hours for my car to get done, watching walmarts employees have rude attitudes towards customers, and sick of how lazy these employees are never wanting to do any workI will not be returning to this Walmart ever and will be sure to inform friends and family of the lack of customer service at this storeI definitely think management needs to do something about thisI am positive Walmart is losing income and service having lazy and rude employees

I would like to express my concern regarding the updated policies displayed by Walmart on their corporate site - http://corporate.walmart.com/policies They have apparently completely done away with their corporate price match policy so the consumer has now way of knowing what their policy is other than checking your local store How can Walmart not have a policy that all consumers can rely on?? Further, their new refund policy appears to give the store manager the final say on all refunds whether the customer has a receipt or not and appears to be inconsistent with other policies such as their time frame policy It is my opinion Walmart has gone from bad to totally unacceptable with respect to their polices and customer service

I recently purchased a Samsung JSky Pro phone on August 15, I never received an email showing my purchase I called two days later on Aug 17, and found out it was cancelled because I changed my email address from the last time I purchased a product from Walmart online in I was told I typed in an incorrect/misspelled email address which is my faultI was told to go reorder I then reordered with the correct email address and received an email showing my purchaseI then received another email address showing my purchase was cancelled I called again and they informed me that even know the email is valid it is still different than the email I used in 2017, disregarding the purchase on Aug I was told that if your email address is changed that they have to verify it is valid before allowing a purchaseWhy wouldn't they just send a verification email then? The Customer service rep told me she would notify the verification department and get it fixed She then told me to order again no earlier than minutes and no more than 24hrs I did just that and once again my purchase was later cancelled I called back again and spoke with a rep plus the Supervisor The supervisor said once an email address is changed it takes up to days to verify I asked her why the rep told me to reorder again using the email address she was going to have the verification team fix The supervisor told me that it was necessary to reorder again even though it would have been cancelled so the verification team could complete their work How does this make sense? If they told me this I wouldn't have bothered going thru the process againI then told the supervisor that I was going to file a complaint and she hung up on me Very poor customer service and verification procedures I then just went to a local walmart store and purchased a prepaid LG Stylo phone When I got home I found the stylus was missing I then had to go back and return the item This is not the first time for missing parts I have purchased many Mainstay products and more than a few have had missing items making me return the product I go to Walmart for everything but at this point in my life I am contemplating never returning I am not rich by any means but can afford spending a little more money if I went to Target instead It would be worth paying more instead of dealing with all the hassles

I used their savings catcher product all year long to save up money to shop for Christmas The time came to redeem my reward dollars and there were system issues I could not redeem my rewards I sent an email, waited for days, and received NO response I called customer service and waited on hold for min only to be told that they could not help, but I could call be later when a supervisor was there and maybe they could help me I called back later and waited another min on hold only to be told that they could not help me redeem my rewards either because it was a system issue and there was nothing they could do I would have to wait up to days for the system issue to resolve itself This is not customer service I will not be able to redeem my reward dollars to use them for Christmas shopping It shouldn't take days to fix an issue that is on your end You shouldn't advertise a reward and then have no way to resolve an issue

I bought a phone at the Walmart in Sikeston, MO in I purchased a two year plan on the phone In 2/2018, the phone was crackedI contacted them and they told me they didn't have that phone available They told me I had to pay $for shipping and handling to ship the cracked phone back to them I sent them the money and they received the phone I asked if I could go to the store and get a new phone and they told me no They told me they had to send it from their facility They told me they would send me a refund and I would receive it in days I haven't received a refund yet I called them days later and they told me they sent it out They told me they would send it out again and it would take days I asked for a manager and they told me they couldn't do anything else I spoke with them last week and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because they sent the check

Walmart does not back their oudated junk batteries
I bought a Maxx 75N battery on 2/14/within a week it blew up acid everywhere under my hood and all overthe battery I took it back to Walmart where I had to wait an hour for them to test the obvious exploded battery I was given the same model in exchangeThe second battery has been nothing but problems after my truck warms up the battery needle drops to eleven volts,the alternator has been replaced with a bigger Amperage then OEM as this truck has all the options and this battery is not the correct battery it has left me having to jump it atleast times and completely died on 11/28/Where I am stuck again waiting for over an hour talked with managers to no resoloution

Last night around o'clock pm PST I was shopping at a Walmart store, located at: Outlet Collection Way, Auburn, WA I had to use the restroom and upon trying to wash my hands I was scalded by the water from the sinkA friend of mine who was there was using another sink in the same restroom and had the same experienceThen we went to find an associate to tell them that we had both been burned trying to wash our hands in the rear bathroomWhen we found the store associate, Rachael, she infromed us that other employees and customers had the same complaintWell we asked her if we could speak to a manager she promptly found an assistant manager for us to speak toThis assistant manager then had us speak to a store managerThe store manager informed us that they knew it was a problem and that a contractor had been to the store to access the problem and said that the water would be hot for at least another hoursWe then inquired as to why there were not any signs posted to caution customers that they would get burned if they used the sinks or why they did not close off the restroom entirely and they said they didn't have a reason
So we left the store, having been burned to go home and ice our handsThis was a most unpleasent experience, one that could have been preventedAll I can think is that it could have been a child or someone who could not communticate that there was a problem and the issue may have been way more severeAnd the fact that everyone just brushed it off as a non-issue is of even more concernThe childrens sink in the restroom was just as hot as all the other sinks in restroomThis could have very easily been a much more serious incident
We were not offered any first aid after the incident, no report was taken, and we were not given any infomation about whom we should contact to have the issue resolvedAs a frequent customer at this particular store and many others, I am very concerned and angry about how the entire situation was handledAs I said before, we were very lucky that we acted quickly and were not more severly injured and that there were no children involved
