I am a current student Repeatedly I have been under attack from students and the facualty, including the director, have sided with the cyber bullies and threatened me with expulsion, excluded me from school pages I have had facualty actually tell me that I should just quit the program However, quitting doesn't exempt you from having to still pay Hind sight is 20/20, and had I known then what I know now, I would NEVEREVER have enrolled My 1st semester was great, but it has become a nightmare ever since I actually fear retaliation for even posting this, they already have all my money

Our High School Department tried to contact *** *** University. We found out that *** *** University is reviewing all online schools and suggesting to all students applying to their school, to take their GED. This is something that *** *** University is going on its own and it has nothing to do with Penn Foster as an individual. Due to that reason, *** is not eligible for a refund.
As a courtesy, I have mailed a letter confirming our accreditation to ***-***. If she can provide us with the contact information for *** *** University we can contact them to clear up any confusion they may have with our High School Program

I welcome the opportunity to address ***’s concerns*** enrolled in Human Resource Management Associates Degree on May 10, by submitting a down payment and a signed enrollment agreement
***’s enrollment agreement states that students who are more than ten days late with a payment there will be a $late fee. If that payment is not paid within fifteen days of our notice, the total program price will become due along with any related collection or attorney fees. The last payment we received from *** was on May 23, 2013; therefore, she was placed in an outside agency
According to our records, *** called on June 6, inquiring about cancelling the account but decided to only cancel the automatic payments and remain enrolled.
I apologize for the miscommunication between the outside agency and *** and the agency. The agency doesn’t retain any educational information; therefore, they do not have confirmation on completion of the program. All the outside agency can see is that the account was sent for full payment since the account was not cancelled as per the signed enrollment agreement. I believe it was just miscommunication as the account was not cancelled and the full amount was sent over to the agency.
As a courtesy, I lowered ***’s cancellation terms fifty percent, reducing her liability to $259.50. *** can make payments to the outside agency until paid in full. Once full payment of $is received, she will be removed from the outside agency and her credit report will be amended within thirty days.

She was awarded two transferred classes which were *** *** and *** and Business English. These were the only two classes that were eligible for transfer credits into the Medical Coding and Billing Career Diploma Program. We also did a grade transfer for *** *** on her previous program Pharmacy Technician Career Diploma. *** ***’s evaluations were completed on December 3, and she was awarded with a discount of $for the transferred grades from her Pharmacy Technician Career Diploma Program.

We had windows and doors replaced We contracted World Class Windows to perform the job They did a fantastic job The windows they put in transformed the way our house looked and felt They were very clean and attentive to every detail They vacuumed up hauled all the debris away and even cleaned the glass so we did not have to We were very impressed I would recommend them to anyone Great Job!!

As previously stated, *** ***’s signed enrollment agreement states students wishing to cancel after five days from their enrollment date and complete ten percent of their exams would owe ten percent of their tuition balance including the registration, admissions and shipping and handling fees. *** *** was advised of this on September 8, 2014.
*** ***’s signed enrollment agreement also states she signed up for the automatic payment plan, authorizing Penn Foster to automatically pull her monthly payment which she set up at $ Since we received a payment of $85.00, it was a deciding factor in cancelling the account without any further financial obligations.
As a courtesy, I will issue *** *** a refund check for $85.00. Since the payment was made on September 19, we need to allow time for the payment to clear. Once the payment clears, a check for $will be ordered and mailed to *** ***. I hope this will help ease *** ***’s financial hardship and also hope that she will return to Penn Foster in the near future.
