Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/03/22) */
Review of this account showed that on 01/13/the company purchased a Arizona Federal and State Labor Law Poster and a OSHA Safety Poster with a subscription service that provides the company a new poster each time there is a change to the
guidelines, there is no charge for the updated posters the company received as these are part of the service the company paid forThis account has had a zero balance since 06/2015, so mail the company is receiving is mailers advising the company that it's time to renew the postersPersonnel Concepts records indicate that on 02/16/an agent did speak with the company and was requested to limit the calls and mail that the company, the agent did set the codes to suppress the accountA review of Personnel Concepts database shows that there has not been any attempt to call the company since this request was made
Upon receipt of this complaint Personnel Concepts set the codes to fully remove this company from all calls, emails, faxes and mailers; please note that mail will take up to six to eight weeks and calls will take up to thirty days to fully stop due to campaigns already in processIn regards to the request to return the merchandise, the posters are expired as of February so is no need for the company to return any products

Personnel Concepts has set the internal codes to permanently remove this company from all future calls, emails, faxes and mailers; please note that fax suppression takes thirty days, and mail suppression takes six to eight weeks due to campaigns already in process
Response Summary: This account has been removed from all collection activity; Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zeroPersonnel Concepts has set the internal codes to permanently remove this company from all contact

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept the outcome of the response, which was to credit the account, remove us from all collections activity, and confirm the D&B was not sent any negative infomationI need to verify that these activities have or have not taken place which I will doI don't accept all of the facts in the response becuase they are not all accurate, and it is not worth investing the time to rebut them
My final comment is if the company stands behind the satisfaction gaurantee as the so boldly stated, why did it take the Revdex.com to help me resolve the issueThe Revdex.com was able to get the attention of the company and get it resolved in less than hours, however there are 100s of silimilar complaints on the combined sites of the Revdex.com, Yelp, Google Reviews and the list goes on and on

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I appreciate the quick response and the swift actionI would just say that the amount of calls to our business were grossly misstatedWe received at least calls per week for weeksThe day I wrote my complaint we received phone calls in minutes asking to speak with meI had already told your company to only email me, and the person assured me that she made that note in our file (about week before this complaintWe are not a non-profit business, I am not sure where that came into the picture
Ironically, we received the refund check for the order I placed in the beginning of September todayWe also received a bill for a subscription, stating one year compliance for PA would be $When I spoke to the employee that told me she could give me a year of compliance (after minutes on the phone)she offered it to me for over $
I am pleased with your responseI would just say that your employee/employees that you researched the matter with were not truthfulI would never take more time with this to make up a storyThank you for agreeing to not call our businessI would lastly ask to be off of the mailing list
Thank you
