As the complainant requested, Personnel Concepts has requested the Accounts Receivable team issue credit for the balance on this account. As the complainant also requested, Personnel Concepts set the internal codes to permanently remove this account from all future mail, faxes, emails and

Personnel Concepts has no record of the merchandise being received back.Personnel Concepts records indicate the order in question was placed over the phone by the assistant manager for the company on 8/29/16. Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within for full credit minus the shipping and handling and advises the company to contact the Customer Care Department to arrange the return. Personnel Concept records show the complainant called in on 09/12/and advised that the person that placed the order was not authorized and set up to return the products. As stated in the initial portion of this response, upon receipt of this complaint Personnel Concepts issued full credit for the balance on the account, and Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zero. Initial Response: In an effort t to successfully resolve this complaint, Personnel Concepts entered full credit for unpaid balance on in the amount of $223.67; the company does not need to return any of the merchandise in question. Personnel Concepts confirms this account has a
zero balance, and has removed this company from all collection activity. Personnel Concepts records show that an order card was received from the company on 04/20/with check number for the purchase of the Georgia and Federal Labor Law Poster, on 04/21/a representative from Personnel Concepts contacted the company and spoke with the complainant who advised she was the owner and authorized purchaser for the company, the records indicate that the complainant authorized the representative to add the OSHA Safety Poster and the FLSA Poster with a subscription service that provides the company updated posters each time there is a revision or change to the posters for one full year. The complainant also authorized the Interview and Hiring Kit and the Affordable Care Act Poster be added to the order. The complainant requested to be invoiced for the additional items, and requested the invoice be sent to the same email address provided by the complainant to the Revdex.com. Personnel Concepts has requested the Quality Assurance team review all call recordings regarding this order and to immediately escalate the findings to the Manager for handling with the representatives involved. This order shipped via UPS on 04/21/under tracking number 1Z0306XY***and was delivered on 04/28/16. Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company that if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within thirty days, and requests the company to contact the Customer Care Department. Personnel Concepts records show there was no communication received from the company until 09/08/when the complainant contacted the Customer Service Department via email to advise the order was unauthorized and that she was unsure why she was sent the merchandise, the representative advised the complainant of the details of the order showing she had authorized the additional products and advised of the return policy, and requested the complainant contact the Customer Service Department at ###-###-#### if there were any additional questionsPersonnel Concepts has no record of any further communication until receipt of this complaint. As previously noted; Personnel Concepts has entered full credit for the open balance of this order and the company does not need to return the merchandise. Personnel Concepts has set the internal codes to permanently remove this company from all calls, emails, faxes and mailers; please allow thirty days for fax suppression and six to eight weeks for mail suppression due to campaigns already in process.
