Personnel Concepts also requested this account be removed from all collection efforts. Personnel Concepts records indicate the order in question was placed over the phone by the complainant on 03/08/16, and was delivered under UPS tracking number 1Z0306XY [redacted] 3 ON 03/15/16. Item - I had to send emails to state cancellation only to tell me the items had been sent (this a business day later) after sending emails, I had to be the one to call Personal Concepts to resolve the issue - Full credit was NOT given at the time of the callI was told that I would need to "not accept" the delivery, and once the delivery was received by PC, they refund the said chargedYou can use a reference code but I would like to see a time stamp on itWas it before PC was contacted by Revdex.com or at the time of my call with PC?
Item - No it does show a government seal, as I never stated thatIt was printed (marketed) as such that one would perceive it to be associated/affiliated to governmentAs for the verifying with an attorney as being accurate in their review, is the attorney under retainer by PC? Usually attorneys find ways that can help their clients to best suit their end goal of following within legal guidelines but still not completely transparentAs stated in Item the nondisclosure wasn't sent until after the fact in the invoiceAlthough there may not be printed verbiage with an affiliation with the government there is still enough to have the layperson not recognize itThis would include myself

In regards to item - The "We Pay the Fine" Reimbursement Guarantee Is printed in a box at the bottom of the right side of the mailer that the customer mailed in to place the original orderThe invoice is sent when the order is shippedPersonnel Concepts contacts the company when a mail order card is received to confirm the information on the mail order card as well as discuss the company demographics, in this case the complainant advised the company and provide additional products to help the company meet their compliance needsPersonnel Concepts policy requires the sales representative thoroughly review all products that are included in the order, as well as provide the correct dollar amount of the orderPersonnel Concepts has requested the Quality Assurance Team perform a thorough review of the sales call for this order and to notify the appropriate management staff of any issues found so the issues can be addressed immediately

Upon receipt of this complaint Personnel Concepts launched an investigation into this account. This investigation found that Personnel Concepts did receive a written complaint from this company that was escalated to the management staff. Personnel Concepts records show the management
contacted MrHill, who had signed the letter, and offered a sincere apology for the negative customer experience with this order. The Customer Service Manager sent a letter to MrHill stating the Personnel Concepts records indicate that a credit was issued on 01/25/in the amount of $to close the open balance for the order, and assured that the account balance is zero. The Manager also issued a full refund in the amount of $for the original payment received with the mail order cardThis account has been permanently removed from all future mailing, email, fax and phone lists.
