Response: Personnel Concepts records indicate Personnel Concepts received a mail order card from the company for the purchase of the Michigan & Federal Labor Law Poster, on 08/11/a representative from Personnel Concepts contacted the company and spoke with complainant who
identified himself as the HR Manager and authorized purchaser for the company. The records indicate the complainant confirmed the information on the order card and advised there are actually two posting locations. The complainant approved upgrading the order to two Employer Notification Subscription Services, which includes the labor law poster, the OSHA Safety Poster, the HIPAA Poster and a subscription service that provides the company two new posters each time there is an update or revision to the current posting. The complainant also ordered the Affordable Care Act Poster and the NLRA Poster and requested to be invoiced for the order total of $533.88. This order shipped on 08/12/via UPS under tracking number 1Z0306XY***and was delivered on 08/19/16. Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within for full credit minus the shipping and handling and advises the company to contact the Customer Care Department to arrange the return. Personnel Concepts has no record of receiving any notification from the complainant that he was in anyway dissatisfied. Personnel Concepts sincerely regrets the complainant had a negative experience. This complaint was immediately escalated to the Customer Service Supervisor. The review of the activity on the account shows that the order in question was placed on 06/29/17, in the amount of $236.99.
Then on 08/28/17, the complainant contacted the Customer Care Department and advised the company wanted to return all of the products with the exception of the VA Space Saver One Poster. The representative that spoke to the complainant went over the regulations and offered the customer a $discount off the products, the complainant agreed to keep the merchandise and the representative immediately issued the credit as promised. Then on 09/26/Personnel Concepts received check number in the amount of $that cleared the open balance.Upon receipt of this complaint the Customer Service Supervisor approved issuing full credit for this order and approved full refund for the $in payments received from the company.Personnel Concepts has set the internal codes to permanently remove this company from all future calls, emails, faxes and mailers; please allow six to eight weeks for mail suppression and thirty days for fax suppression due to campaigns already in process.Personnel Concepts hopes that these actions will resolve the concerns raised by the complainant.
