Personnel Concepts records indicate that the order in question was placed over the phone on 06/08/by an employee of the company who advised he was an authorized purchaser. This order shipped on 06/08/under UPS tracking number 1Z0306XY***and was delivered on 06/15/ Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within for full credit minus the shipping and handling and advises the company to contact the Customer Care Department to arrange the return. Personnel Concepts has no record of any communication regarding this order until receipt of this complaint. The previous order dated 04/07/was placed when Personnel Concepts received a mail order card with check #from the company for the purchase of the renewal of the one year Texas compliance service subscription service. An agent from Personnel Concepts contacted the company to confirm the information on the order card and spoke with a different representative of the company, who also identified herself as an authorized purchaser for the company. This representative authorized to additionally order the OSHA compliance poster with a subscription service, the FLSA compliance poster with a subscription service, the EEO compliance poster with a subscription service and the Affordable Care Act compliance kit. The representative requested to be invoiced for the additional items. Personnel Concepts also has no record of any communication regarding this order, despite numerous attempts from the Accounts Receivable team to contact the company to resolve the open balance.As stated in the initial portion of this response, upon receipt of this complaint Personnel Concepts issued full credit for the balance on the account, and Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zero.Response Summary: Personnel Concepts has permanently removed this account from all future contact, and from all collection activity.
