Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2016/02/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

I am rejecting this response because:
My complaints go back years, and unless they recorded your representatives (which would be helpful in keeping them in line), they will not hear for themselves the illegal, immoral, and downright rude tactics, not to mention the threats they use and have used countless times over the years with usI have requested for the harrassing calls to stop at least a half a dozen times over just the last couple of years and was ignoredSo, that policy they stated in this their response is obviously being ignoredI also realized (after filing this complaint) that they put payments through, one because they refused to send the product I ordered and told me their signature line, that I would be violating the law if I did not buy more from them, even after being reassured by their representative that she would get the order out and promised NO CALLS (she even had the nerve to try and upsell me)Not even full days later, my receptionist got the rudest call of allAfter she told them (again) to stop calling and that I had already dealt with this, they stated they would call every day until they got a hold of meAfter a month of not receiving the poster and payment had not cleared, I ordered it again by debit card and they charged that and another charge for a different amount that I did not approve, again illegalThen they cashed the initial payment that was ignored along with my orderSo, now they have accepted payments (all different amounts, 3rd unapproved), and we have received poster out of all of thisI want the extra money back and don't want to talk to them because they will try to threaten me, sell me more like they have done in every single phone call I have ever had with them, even when complaining about that very thingI will not buy another thing from them and they WILL NOT call our business againI want them regulated so they can't pull these horrific scams on anyone elseUnlike their response here states, this is not one occurrence, this is countless occurrences over the years with us, not to mention their hundreds of complaints that are amazingly similar to mine on lineUs businesses and consumers need to be protected against predators like them and after what I have read, I have to wonder why it is still going on
