On 02/24/19 a representative from Personnel Concepts contacted the company and spoke with the Pastor, as the complainant states. The records indicate the Pastor confirmed the information on the order card and advised the representative the Church has four employees, offers health insurance, does not employ minors, and has one posting location. The Pastor additionally authorized the order to include the OSHA Safety Poster, the Fair Labor Standard Act Poster and the HIPAA Poster with a subscription service that would provide the company an updated poster each time there was a change for one full year.
