Personnel Concepts does not “cold call” any company, all contact is with existing customers.Personnel Concepts records indicate the business relationship with this company was initiated on 04/07/17 when an order was received via the web-site from the company to purchase the All-On-One New York Labor Law Poster.  On 04/10/17 a representative from Personnel Concepts did contact the business and spoke with the complainant, who advised she is the Office Manager and authorized purchaser.  The representative discussed additional products available to assist the company with ensuring they are 100% in compliance.  The documentation indicates the complainant authorized adding the subscription service, which provides the company with a new poster each time there is a revision or a change.  The service also includes the OSHA Safety Poster, the FLSA Compliance Poster, the HIPAA Poster.  The complainant also authorized the Immigration Reform and Control Act Poster and the National Labor Relations Act Poster.  The complainant requested the invoice be mailed to the shipping address.  This order shipped on 04/11/17 via UPS under tracking number [redacted] and was delivered on 04/20/17 and was signed for under the same last name provided by the complainant.  Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on each invoice that states if you are not completely satisfied with our products you may return them within 30 days and requests the company contact the Customer Care Department at ###-###-####.  Personnel Concepts received payment for the additional items on 05/10/17.   Then on 08/08/17 the complainant called into the Customer Care Department to request refund for the subscription service, the representative that spoke with the complainant explained the 30 day policy and that she was unable to approve the refund.  The complainant advised she wanted the subscription updates to stop and the call was ended.  As previously stated full credit has been issued for this order under credit memo 61258081, and the refund has been approved.  Personnel Concepts sincerely hopes this will satisfy this complaint for both parties. Summary: Full credit and refund has been approved for the order in question.  This company has been permanently removed from all contact.

Then on 10/31/17, the complainant contacted the Customer Care Department and advised he did not authorize this order, the representative speaking with the complainant provided the details of the order, including the employee for the company that spoke with the sales representative.  Upon receipt of this complaint the Customer Service Supervisor approved issuing full credit for this order.  Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zero, and the company does not need to return the merchandise. I am rejecting this response because: I do not want this company's services. I want the company to stop contacting me, stop sending me bills or posters. This company practices deceptive marketing and scare tactics. If they continue to contact me, I will be forced to contact the secretary of state to report them.Again, tell this company to not contact me in any shape or form.[redacted] L. [redacted]PS. I don't believe that this situation is outside of the PC policy, as their Revdex.com page is filled with stories just like mine. I will accept this response however, it shouldn't take a complaint to get you to stop calling. A simple "No Thank You" - or after about 20 times - a "NO. Please Stop Calling" should do the trick. This is ridiculous and seeing all of the complaints (on a daily basis) I hope something is done. The way this company does business is not okay!

account as the authorized purchaser for the company. The agent was advised that the person requested was no longer employed and the agent was put through to the new authorized purchaser. The Accounting Manager came on the phone and confirmed she was the authorized purchaser for the company and an order was placed for the companies compliance needs.
The records also confirm that the complainant called into the Customer Care Department at 8:48 am to request to cancel this order, the complainant was advised that the order was not yet available in the system and the agent requested to speak with the person that placed the order, the Accounting Manager came on the phone and confirmed that she had placed the order and did want the order cancelled. The agent requested the Manager call back in ten to fifteen minutes to allow the order time to be available in the system. The complainant called back at 11:03am; unfortunately the order had already processed in the system. The agent requested the company refuse the package. The complainant questioned if the company would need to pay to ship back the order and the agent advised only if the order was accepted. The complainant advised she would file this complaint and the call was ended.
The agent escalated this to the Supervisor who was able to contact the warehouse and stop the order from shipping. The agent called back to the company and spoke with the complainant and advised that the order was caught and had been cancelled. Personnel Concepts confirms this account has a zero balance.
