Per the portion of the complaint regarding the order placed, on 06/06/16 Personnel Concepts received an order through the Web Site from the company requesting to order two of the Arizona State and Federal Labor Law Posters. A representative from Personnel Concepts contacted the company and spoke with the complainant. Personnel Concepts records indicate the complainant authorized the representative to add a subscription service for the posters, and to also purchase two OSHA Safety Posters, two Fair Labor Standard Act Posters, and two HIPAA Compliance Posters all with subscription services and requested to be invoiced for these items. Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company that if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within thirty days, and requests the company to contact the Customer Care Department. Personnel Concepts records show there was no communication was received from the company prior to this complaint being filed. In an effort to successfully resolve this complaint, Personnel Concepts has issued full credit for this order under credit memo XXXXXXX, and has requested a refund check be expedited as quickly as possible. While reviewing this order Personnel Concepts found that there was an issue with the warehouse that caused the poster not to ship. In an effort to successfully resolve this complaint, Personnel Concepts has issued credit for the poster ordered and refunded the credit card that was provided on the order card. Personnel Concepts has issued a replacement poster at no charge to the company and sincerely regrets this issue occurred and has notified the warehouse manager of this issue as well. A representative contacted the company on 02/1016 and spoke with the Owner and authorized purchaser for the company. The Owner advised the representative that the company has zero employees, so the representative advised that the company does not need to post the Federal and State Labor Law Poster, and offered the New York Family Owned Business Kit and the OSHA Retail Safety Poster with a one year subscription service that will provide the company with all updates and revisions to the poster for one full year. The manager requested to be invoiced for the additional items. This order shipped on 02/10/16 and was delivered on 02/18/16. Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within 30 for full credit minus the shipping and handling and advises the company to contact the Customer Care Department to arrange the return. The agent spoke with an employee with the company who identified herself as the Director and authorized purchaser for the company. The Director agreed to purchase the Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Program, the Workplace Identity Theft Prevention Program and the I-9 Self-Audit Kit. The Director requested the invoice be mailed to her attention. This order shipped via UPS under tracking number 1Z0306XYXXXXXXXXXX and was delivered on 02/18/16. Personnel Concepts records also show that on 03/02/16 the Director called in to the Customer Service Department, but during the conversation the Director requested the representative call her back. The representative did as requested, but after several attempts was unable to get an answer. Then on 03/04/16 the Director called back in and requested to return the merchandise, the agent advised of the return process which is clearly noted on each invoice, and advised of the 100% satisfaction guarantee, if a customer is not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within 30 for full credit minus the shipping and handling. The return of the products was set up. Then on 03/07/16 the complainant called in and advised the order was not authorized. The representative advised the complainant of the documentation and advised the return had already been arranged with the Director. In an effort to successfully resolve this complaint, Personnel Concepts has issued full credit for this order and confirms the account balance is zero. There is no refund as there was no payment made for this order.

They never said that they would be charging me the outrageous amount they did. I would recommend everyone to stay away form this company. Everything they said above is true, with the exception of the amount billed for the "package" I authorized a payment of ~$25 not $250. I am finished with these people. Even when they finally sent a UPS label to retrieve their package they sent it for 2lbs when their label on the way to me clearly listed the weight correctly as 6lbs!!

calls, Personnel Concepts received a mail order card for the purchase of the Texas and Federal Labor Law Poster with credit card information noted for payment. It is Personnel Concepts standard practice to contact the company and confirm the order and payment information prior to shipment. Personnel Concepts agents were attempting to reach the person whose name appeared on the order card as the person authorizing the purchase. Unfortunately, as the complainant advised, the agents were unable to reach this person; the agents were requested to call back at later times. On 02/23/16 an attempt was made to contact the purchaser, the company representative that answered the phone advised the agent that there was a Revdex.com complaint filed and requested to be removed from all contact. The agent released the and the codes were set to remove this company from all future contact; please note that mail suppression takes six to eight weeks and faxes take up to thirty days due to campaigns already in process.

placed on 10/31/17, in the amount of $194.85 when a representative contacted the company and spoke with the complainant.  The representative discussed the Workplace Civility Training Program, the Worker Misclassification Prevention Kit and the Independent Contractor Rights Poster, the complainant agreed to this purchase.  Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on each invoice, which advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may return them within thirty days, and requests the company contact the Customer Care Department at 1-800-333-3795 to arrange the return.  Personnel Concepts records show the complainant called in on 11/8/17 and advised the company wanted to return the products, the representative provided the complaint the return merchandise approval, the complainant advised the merchandise would be sent back.  In an effort to successfully resolve this complaint, Personnel Concepts has issued full credit for this order. The company does not need to return the products once they are received. Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zero.Personnel Concepts has set the internal codes to permanently remove this company from all future calls, emails, faxes and mailers; please allow six to eight weeks for mail suppression and thirty days for fax suppression due to campaigns already in process.Personnel Concepts hopes that these actions will resolve the concerns raised by the complainant. Summary: Full credit has been issued for the order in question.  This company has been removed from all future contact.
