the open balance on the account in the amount of $229.64 and has removed this account from all collection activity.  The company does not need to return the merchandise.  As the complainant requested, upon receipt of this complaint the internal codes were immediately set to permanently remove this account from all future mail, faxes, emails and calls; please note that mail suppression takes six to eight weeks and fax suppression takes thirty days due to campaigns already in process.  Personnel Concepts records show that on 04/05/16 a representative contacted the company and spoke with the shown on the account as the authorized purchaser.  The manager authorized the purchase of a North Carolina Subscription Service that includes North Carolina Labor Law Poster, the OSHA Safety Poster, the FLSA Compliance Poster, and provides the company any updates/revisions that occur for one full year.  The purchaser requested to be invoiced for the items. This order shipped on 04/05/16 and was delivered on 04/12/16. Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within 30 for full credit minus the shipping and handling and advises the company to contact the Customer Care Department to arrange the return.   Personnel Concepts records show there no call received from the company.  The Accounts Receivable Department made several attempts, but were unable to gain contact.   As stated in the initial portion of this response, this order has been credited and Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zero.  The company will not need to return the products.Response Summary:   Personnel Concepts has issued credit for the order in question, and has removed the account from all collection activity.  This account has permanently been removed from all contact.

01/26/18; Personnel Concepts representatives attempted to contact the company and speak with the authorized purchaser for the company to confirm the information on the order card, as well as discuss the company demographics to determine what the compliance needs for the company are, which is standard operating procedure.  The records indicate the representatives were unable to gain contact, so the order was released on 02/23/18.   In an effort to successfully resolve this complaint to the satisfaction of both parties, Personnel Concepts has issued full credit for this order.  The company does not need to return the products, a full refund has been approved for the payment received.  Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zero.Personnel Concepts has set the internal codes to permanently remove this company from all future calls, emails, faxes and mailers; please allow six to eight weeks for mail suppression and thirty days for fax suppression due to campaigns already in process.Personnel Concepts hopes that these actions will resolve the concerns raised by the complainant. Summary: Full credit has been issued and refund has been approved for the order in question.  This company has been removed from all future contact.

On 04/19/16 a Personnel Concepts representative contacted the business and spoke with the owner. The owner provided the company demographics, such as the company has three employees, does not offer health coverage, has no Spanish only speaking employees, no minors are employed. The representative discussed additional compliance needs of the company, the owner advised she would like to research this and requested the representative call back. Personnel Concepts records indicate Personnel Concepts received a mail order card for the purchase of the Ohio and Federal Labor Law Poster. A representative from Personnel Concepts contacted the company and spoke with the Office Manager who advised she was the authorized purchaser for the company. The Office Manager agreed to add a subscription service to the poster that would ensure the company received a new poster each time there was a change to the information, and also purchased an Interview and Hiring Kit and the Affordable Care Act Poster. The Office Manager requested the invoice be emailed to the owner and provided same email address as the complainant noted in this complaint. Personnel Concepts records indicate that on 02/29/16 the Office Manager called in and spoke with a Customer Service Representative and questioned the additional merchandise received. The Office Manager transferred the call to the complainant who advised that the additional pricing was not discussed. The Customer Service Representative issued full credit for the additional products and issued the invoice in the amount of $25.90 for the mail order card that was sent in by the company. Personnel Concepts has requested the Quality Assurance Team review all call recordings regarding this order, both the sales call and the inbound call to the Customer Service Department and immediately notify the Sales Manager and Customer Service Manager of any issues found during this review.

I still do not agree that my office manager authorized the purchase, and still to this day have never received an email from Personal Concepts although they are insinuating that they emailed me an invoice.
