I have been with Pitney Bowes since October The first year or so were great but after my initial trial period I was encouraged to sign a contract which I was told would guarantee me lower rates THAT WAS A MISTAKE! My rates stayed about the same but my fees increased dramatically I would suggest doing your research with alternatives before signing anything with Pitney Bowes Here are some of my other frustrations with them: long hold times, customer service reps often hard to understand, contract periods not clear, bills are confusing, payments not being applied on time

Complaint: [redacted] * am rejecting this response because: Clearly Pitney Bowes completely disregarded the body of my complaintThey did not even address my complaint regarding their misleading practices of calling me over a year before my contract was up to get me to sign a new contractThey must get this complaint often as their answer was very cannedI am not satisfied as this issue is not resolvedTheir response was merely a regurgitation of what happened leaving out the fact that they instructed *** to call us and tell us we were "nearing the end of our lease" over a year before we actually wereResolution is still requested to be ending the lease effective immediatelyNo further fees due Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Thank you for your assistance Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] ***, Complaint and Inquiry Consultant [redacted] RE: Revdex.com [redacted] G [redacted] Dear M [redacted] I am in receipt of Revdex.com We tried reaching out to Ms [redacted] today; however, we were informed she will not be back in the office until tomorrow We have issued a refund today in the amount of $for the unused postage Due to the inconvenience Ms [redacted] has experienced, we are giving her the choice of either an additional $to be refunded or issue a $gift certificate for [redacted] due to the inconvenience My sincere apologies for the inconvenience Pitney Bowes strives to provide the best possible customer service Respectfully yours, TanMForal Customer Advocate Office of the President

First off, do not start an account with this companyThey take your money and then charge you late feesNot worth calling to fight these fees unless you plan on waiting of upwards of an hourIf you are one of the lucky ones to get a hold of someone, you will then be transferred to someone else and another half hour goneTheir "high tech" website is laughableAfter about the 4th time of getting charged a late fee and not being able to wait to speak with someone, I played their game and submitted a claim through their websiteI then get an email that they will remove the chargeThat doesn't happen so I emailed them backHeard nothing back and now a month later another late fee assessedI now have late feesWe've been with this company since and will be cancellingNo customer service and your paying for unlawful fees and double charges, I'm fed up

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is a different answer than that given by your own customer service representative over the phone [redacted] said that you keep and store all packages that you deem "undeliverable"When asked if the package would still be there in years, she said yesSo which member of your customer service team is correct? Ms [redacted] or Mr [redacted] ? Your customer service department was clearly not aware of your policies or practices and seemed to be willing to say or do anything to get the customer off the phone, even lieWith such strict size limitations, why is it possible for a seller to enter the size on an [redacted] listing to get the shipping estimate, and not immediately get flagged for oversized? I know from reading other complaints online that I am not the only person to have been taken for a ride by this system, so clearly you and [redacted] are aware of this problem but neither of you has done anything to solve or prevent it Your response does not explain why it is impossible for the shipper or receiver to pick up the package in personYou tell me that this is ***'s problem, and that only they can solve it, while [redacted] told me that this is your problem as the shipper and because of that there is nothing they can doThis is just another example of two corporations pointing the finger at each other to avoid responsibility for either partyYou, as the shipping partner, should be able to work this out with [redacted] on my behalf, because it is impossible through the convoluted system the pair of you have devised, for the customer to successfully resolve this issue Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Please see the attached supporting documents April 14, Revdex.com, Inc.Attn: [redacted] [redacted] RE: Revdex.com [redacted] Dear Ms***, This is in response to [redacted] Revdex.com [redacted] filed by [redacted] I have researched Mr [redacted] account and have found no evidence of deception Initially, the client called to request a downgrade of lease [redacted] to reduce cost; this option would have been more costlyPitney Bowes in good faith provided the client with a restructure option which is less costlyWe explained the process and sent client the lease restructure to review and sign if they agreed to the terms; Pitney Bowes received the signed agreement on June 1, The contract terms state “You have taken advantage of reducing your existing Pitney Bowes equipment payment by 37% from 170.00/quarter to 107.39/quarter for the remaining months left on your existing Lease terms and have extended the lease by quarters.” The client has been paying quarterly and using the services for over years On 03/2/ [redacted] called to cancel their accountClient was advised she signed a restructureShe agreed that it was her signature and said she would be contacting her attorneyOn 04/02/I called and spoke with [redacted] ’s wife ***I explained to her the contract and that I could offer a reduced settlement; she became very angryShe said no one in business uses the term “quarter” (See attached lease [redacted] & lease Restructure)She said nobody has time to read contracts and that Pitney Bowes “tricked” her into signing her lease (See Lease Restructure Terms & Conditions) Client stated the only reason I should be calling was to tell her “good news” and that news was they will owe Pitney Bowes nothing [redacted] refused a reduced settlement and would not even allow me to give a dollar amountShe called me names and said that all I do at my job is call and make fun of people like herI tried to explain that I was only trying to get as much information about the account as I couldShe told me she was not going to give up until she gets her way then, she added she was going to call her attorney and hung up on me Please review the attached settlement offerIf [redacted] does not wish to exercise this option, kindly continue to pay the account as invoiced Respectfully, [redacted] Leasing Support Client Relations * [redacted] [redacted] ***
