Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Poshmark though believing the Buyers reasons for returning and accepted the photos, are now penalizing me because I cannot submit additional photos, the reason I cannot submit additional photos is because the buyer returned an empty packageThe return came two days ago and I was sent and empty box on a priority mail envelope, I conveyed this to Poshmark and they refuse my discourseI didn't have the forethought of taking photos of minute details because previously it was a gift that I never used and decided to sellNow I am suffering the loss of the item and the commission all because Poshmark refuses to protect its sellers and allows us to get scammedWhat it boils down to was that the buyer paid for a product, I supplied the product, the buyer lied in order to receive a refund, the buyer lied and kept the product and then when it was time to return the product scammed meand Poshmark refuses to be sympathetic to my plight and help meI feel like I was robbed, posh mark handled this matter with bias and egregiously sided with the buyer who has done nothing but lieI would like the money I was supposed to make on the sale please.Sincerely,*** ***

I purchased seven items on poshmark for a total of $***Although I accepted them as "delivered" I discovered upon closer inspection that they were all counterfeit itemsI have contacted poshmark at least ten times to discuss an amicable resolution for this, but they have not responded to me at allPoshmark has suspended the sellers closet just after I bought the items, so I am certain they are aware that her items were fakeSeveral other buyers purchased from her and their items were verified as counterfeit and a refund issuedI also filed a claim with *** as part of the funds used were from ***They have not responded to *** eitherThe site has a strict counterfeit policy, yet they do not seem very interested in enforcing it

I was sent the wrong product and the seller blocked me

Twice, I have had far less than stellar experiences as a seller on PoshmarkWhen an item I sold was lost in transit by *** for nearly a month, they offered no help when it came to communicating with the buyerWhen the item eventually arrived after I took it upon myself to file a claim with ***, the buyer used the product, decided they didn’t like it and filed a claim with PoshmarkI immediately rebutted the complaint, stating that the product was sent in new, sealed condition and if they approved the return, the item would be useless to me and I would be out the funds that it was sold forPoshmark approved the return and I must say that I was falsly leftneith a bit of hope when the email stated that Poshmark would make the transaction right if the item arrived in a different condition than how it was sent from the sellerWhen the item arrived damaged, used, packaging destroyed and missing parts, I immediately filed a claim with photos for proofIt took nearly two weeks to hear back from Poshmark, all after about emails I had sent to check the status of my claimI was then told that Poshmark would offer no help to me as the seller to make me wholePoshmark will no longer make 20% off of my salesDon’t bother selling on this site, it’s not worth the headache from scams

I have reached out to posh Mark at least times via email which is their only contact method to have my email address changed so that I can collect the balance I have made by selling my products on their website and they are not contacting me back so that I can Collect my moneyThey have no telephone number that I can call to speak to a live agent and I am due over $I need to change my email address in their system which I cannot do because I don’t have access to my old email address and they need me to give them a code from my old email address to change My address to the new oneThey also need my old email address to even add a phone number to my account to get a verification code to release my fundsSo I need them to either call me at *** ** *** ** ** ***m to resolve the issue or update my account with that new email address

I received Purse and the hardware color was messed upThis was not disclosed by the seller and not disclosed in the pictures from the sellerPosh did not support me returning this bag to the seller for a refundThis is truly bad business practice to allow

I bought several things from Poshmark over the course of a few months however stopped once I found out that their "poshmark guarantee" saying they will stand behind a purchase is a lie - I contacted them immediately upon receiving an item I had purchased that was inconsistent with how it was described in the adThe item was described as "like new" when it was in fact very worn, had strings coming out of it and was unwearable.Poshmark said there was nothing wrong with the description and would not offer a return or refundDo not believe this company's lies about providing a guarantee for your purchases - when it comes time to take them up on this assurance you will find out that the guarantee was a lie and they will not honor it

TERRIBLE! I bought pairs of jeans, I combed the listings to make sure I was buying something that fit the description at a fair price Of the three pairs of jeans two people lied significantly about the jeans and posted creative pictures to hide their lie One pair was worn by someone so much that the thighs had HUGE holes in the crotch area where thighs had rubbed through The second was a pair of men's jeans She clearly stated they were 32" inseam, they arrived, TAG says 30" There's no return policy, you have to file a complaintWhen I filed a complaint with pictures, the seller told Poshmark I was scammer and the picture was not of the tag from the men's jeans she sold me I will NEVER use the website again, and I will forever let everyone I know about my experience Stick with a site that backs the buyer, there are alot of horrible people out there, and most of them sell on Poshmark

I purchased a pair of *** jeans, advertised as a size 28, from the Poshmark website on *** 6, ***Upon receiving said jeans I discovered that the tag attached indeed reads 28, but the actual fit is extremely smaller than what is listed, appropriately two sizes smallerI have contacted Poshmark, sending photos of other *** jeans I own, all a size I have sent photos comparing the missized jeans to the properly sized jeans, showing a great difference in sizeI have requested that I return the jeans that are mislabeled, for a refund of the purchase pricePoshmark has denied such requestsThey would rather have sellers misrepresent the items they are selling, than make good on their product guaranteePoshmark claims that should a purchased item not match the description, a refund would be issuedThese jeans were advertised as a size 28, and that was a gross misrepresentation of their actual size

Today my account was hackedThe hackers changed my account information and password and then proceeded to initiate a fund transfer out of my account into their bank accountThere is no option for me to cancel this transferDespite marking that I did not change my password or email address when prompted by an automated email from Poshmark there has not been another email from Poshmark allowing me to recover my accountThey have also NOT reached out to me in any way today beyond that initial automated emailAfter posting on their social media accounts I only then saw that this is a widespread issue as many other members have taken to social media to voice their concerns as this is their only recourse due to the lack of communication from PoshmarkDespite a reply from their social media reps, I still have no email from their support team, no phone number to call for support, recourse for securing my account, and no recourse for recovering the money that was stolen from my accountW

Too many sellers put items on the site then NEVER respond to offers or buy now Not reliable....very questionable in my opinion....use at own risk!!!!!

I bought an item that was not as describedI filed a case, provided the pictures asked and Poshmark rejected my claimThey allowed to the seller to bully me on the same case form which was on their guidelinesI did everything they asked and got no whereI was willing to send everything back at my cost but they rejected based on guidelines that are not stated on there websiteThe seller was one of their top sellers so they treated me unfair and allowed the seller to get away with this

When everything is working, it’s great! However, when things aren’t going correctly, it’s horribleThey have no phone customer service, only emailI’ve been emailing them for days about a problem and they keep replying and saying they’ll get back to me within hours but it’s been days since the first email and I haven’t heard anything

I bought a designer bag for $, they guaranteed its authenticity and was sent to meHowever the bag had a lot more wear than described or actually than the seller’s pictures showed (I had asked the seller to disclose a couple more pics that showed the wear but did not disclose everything) Also, there was a lack of puffiness, not mentioned eitherI did not Accept the item , asked for a return and a refund sending them pictures proving my pointThey came back twice asking whether I would accept some Posh credit and keep the bagI gently refused , they increased the amount giving me supposedly a choice, I refused again sending more detailed pictures and explaining my caseThey came back days later with the decision (even though they gave me a choice) that I just had to keep the credit and the bag, because....the seller described the item accurately (!) advising me to ask more questions from sellers in the future !!!
Honestly I felt scammed , ridiculous return policy, this is an example of doing all the right things , disclosing all proof and still being treated poorlyNeVeR buying from that site again!
