Our disputes team did review the photos that the seller submitted for their claimAs previously mentioned, the disputed areas were not visible on the seller's listing, meaning that there is no record of condition prior to shipmentThe team does not feel that the buyer purposely damaged the item; the scratches may have been slight oversights.
Due to this, we consider the case resolved.

I'm a seller on posh I sold a handbag that works *** this buyer that was constantly bothering me finally got me to accept her offer then at the end tried to cancel when that failed she took pictures of the purse saying its damaged when I have the pics on the site and gave her even more then she expected it was a *** handbag for her low ball offer I told her in public there was not going to include a bag or box from *** she agreed well poshmark refuses to give me the proof I need they just explained bag was not described pics were summited by buyerThere be unfair this woman seemed desturbed based on the convo she had with me on poshLook into it please this buyer was a scammer and a weirdo thank you

I ordered a smart ring from the site, when I received the ring it would not connect to my phone and I assumed it needed to be charged ( have already own a ring from the same company and it needed a significant amount of time to charge for the first use)I responded to the company that the ring was not damaged and appear to be what the listing said it would be, the following day when I went to pair with my phone it would not stay connectedI went to the customer service section of the website that advised me to email the customer service team about the issuesI did just that and received a confirmation email that they received it, I heard back from a rep the next business day (I reached out on a Saturday), and was asked to send in a video to show the issues with the ring because I wanted to return it and get my money backThe team waited another hours before responding when I was told they could not do anything about it because I sent them an email and did not go through the site

I had some listings for sale On the Poshmark websiteSomeone purchased items from me and poshmark sent me a confirmation page telling me to pack my items and print a shipping label, and shipI waited hours to ship the items because under the guidelines it states that the buyer has hours to cancel if the purchase was made by mistake or they change there mindI went and dropped off my package at the local post officeA couple hours later I received an email from Poshmark "Thanking me for shipping my items, also states clearly, In order to provide the best customer service, Poshmark expects our sellers to ship their sales within days"Also in the email I received a tracking number so I could make sure my package went to the correct placehours later I got an email from poshmark saying DO NOT SHIP and that Poshmark has canceled the order because the person has failed to prove there shipping address/Identity and they immediately withdrew the funds from my accountAlso

Do not buy from this siteIf you receive the wrong item or not as described they will not refund your moneyOrdered an item that was listed as one size, when I received it, it was not only the incorrect size, it was HUGE! Item could not be wornContacted customer service, they "denied" return request saying seller listed correct size
