I purchased a handbag from a seller on the website at 12:30pm on Friday, August 31stThat same evening, the same bag (same pictures, same bag) was posted on a competitive websiteI reached out to both sellers to determine who was being fraudulentThe seller on the competitive site provided proof that they had the handbag in their possessionThe seller that I purchased the handbag from did not provide any resolutionThe pictures are the exact same background (bag with a bike in the background on a wool rug)I reached out to Poshmark customer service to cancel the transaction as it had clearly been fraudulentPoshmark insisted there was nothing they can do and that the seller had to cancel the transactionWell, the seller is unresponsiveI then contacted Poshmark again and they claim the item has shipped but has been pending USPS scan since purchasePer Poshmark policies, they do not allow the sale of fraudulent/fake items, and this is clearly a case of fraudPoshmark refuses

On March 9th Poshmark had contacted me letting me know my account was TEMPORARILY deactivated due to not shipping items I had soldI was then told that I needed to reread the guidelines and agree and promise to ship within 1-days after receiving a saleI did accordingly and within hours my account was reinstatedThroughout the hours after getting my account reinstated, I had not made any sales, but I purchased one item lawfully and paid in full for the amount askedWithin hours after being told my account has been reinstated, I was then notified AGAIN that my account was deactivated, however, this time it was PERMANENTThere was no explanation as to why, nor would there be any reason for it to be deactivated again permanently as I HAD MADE NO SALES!!!! I have been contacting poshmark numerous times via email with no response, there is NO telephone number to contact anyone about this which is ABSURD and I even reached out on social media to try to get them to acknowled

In December 2018, I sold some Maskcara Beauty products through PoshmarkI have used Poshmark on mulitple occasions both selling and buying itemsI posted pictures of the products and the items sold for $to another purchaserI shipped the items immediatelyOnce the purchaser received the items she claimed that the items were damaged and she did not want to keep themI agreed to take the product back to avoid a long drawn out process even though I knew the products were exactly as the pictures I postedSomehow the return label generated with my old address, the purchaser took days to even mail the products and then of course the items were returned back to her because they had an invalid addressI reached out to Poshmark three different times to have this resolved and nothing has been doneAt this point, I feel like my earnings should be released and the purchaser should be held responsible for keeping the product this longPoshmark has not been helpful at resolving this i

I requested a direct deposit from poshmark on *** 6th, ***I have not received the money yetI was told that by a computerized message that after *** 13th, *** if I do not receive the direct deposit then to contact themI have emailed them and called them but no replyThis is an amount of $*** which belongs to me after I sold on poshmarkThey had taken there 20% share, but why are they not responding to my emailsCan someone help me get my money plizThanku ***

My recommendation is to buy and sell elsewhereThe multitude of negative comments exist for a reason and should not be ignoredIn addition to the large percentage that is taken when you sell, they actually fail to supportTheir system will indicate that packages have been delivered, even if you have not received themI have tried to make Poshmark aware of this; you can't inspect a package if it hasn't been received! Buyers must accept a package three days after it's received but sellers have SEVEN days to shipThe concept business must be reworkedMany sellers are also selling fraudulent items and Poshmark will not ban them once this has been revealedThis means that they can continue to sell to others who are not made awareWhen in fault, they offer minimal Poshmark credit

I opened my account with PM on 2/11/2017, I sold boots from 2/11/2017-2/13/and everything was going goodI had packages ready which were shipped on 2/14/on the same day ALL my orders were cancelled PM did not notify me, I had buyers commenting on my profile asking me why their order was cancelled, when I went to look at my sales in the appALL orders were cancelled - without explanationI have been emailing PM since 2/14/trying to figure out what happened to my orders and left a VM, but of course I didn't get a straight responseThose packages were shipped before PM took it upon themselves to CANCEL my orders I have packages that were delivered and received no Payment! Yet the Buyer did receive their refund Melanie from PM emailed be back on 2/21/on one of the orders that was cancelled and said: "Thank you for your emailWe can see that our system has picked up unusual activity linked to your current accountIt is currently under investigation and will remain suspended until our investigation is completedThank you for your understanding." I emailed back to clarify what they mean by unusual activityI do NOT understand! They don't make NO sense whatsoever! their responses are vagueI asked for an ETA on when this "investigation" was going to be done with, I have NOT received an email back from themThis company is a headache, all they do is cause STRESS! I don't know what kind of business these people are running but they're just hurting people, especially sellers

Poshmark restricted my account because they believe I sell replica itemsHowever all my buyers gave me star reviews and positive feedbackThey held my earnings of $** for one of my orders where they buyer did not complainThe buyer still has the item but will not give me the money that I earnedBecause Poshmark gets to be the judge, jury and executioner what they say is antithetic or not is the endHow can I get proof for resale items especially when the buyer has the item stillI can't take pictures of what I don't have anymore! I ordered an item, the seller promised to ship it, and never didI think this company engages in fraudulent business practices by trying to scam consumers and obtain their private informationThe sellers also try to trick customers by posting handbags without identifying the brand name and with a search you can find those same bags on *** for half the priceDo not deal with this company at all

Poshmark has a policy where if the seller has not shipped the item after week, then they refund you for the purchaseI purchased a dress for my wedding and after week it had NOT been shippedWhen I checked the tracking info, it stated the dress had not been shippedPoshmark manually updated the status to "shipped" when USPS had stated it had not been shippedI have the screen shots to prove all of thisWhen asked for a refund, Poshmark asked for me to wait until January 24th to see if it arrivesThe problem is that is NOT their policyTheir policy is if it hasn't shipped in a week you get a refundI have sent several emails and they are extremely unresponsiveIt is unfair because now I am out a dress for my wedding and the money I paid for itI don't feel comfortable buying another dress when there is no assurance that Poshmark will even refund meAbsolutely horrible customer service and would not recommend to ANYONE

I purchased an item from Poshmark.com that was misrepresented/fake (I had the item authenticated myself) and sent the item back for a full refund as I was promisedI received delivery confirmation that the item was sent back but never received my refundI made several attempts to contact customer service but there is no live in-person phone number to call and my emails have still gone unanswered to this day

Due to this, we consider the case resolved
