I was very impressed with Jacob, the A/C technician from Precision Air. He evaluated the a/c unit that I need repaired and was able to recommend a fix, not "super"sell me a new a/c. He was pleasant and professional.

Aaron & Zac installed roof vents and insulation for us, very professional work. We were pleased with the results.

I called for service on the morning of 5/12[redacted]. Precision air and heating sent Garrett to my home the same day and he found & fixed my problem. He was very thorough and explained everything. I am extremely happy with this technician. I am glad to be a PMA member with this company.

Aaron was very helpful and found a solution to a leaking air condition that other companies had just been band aiding for years.

Just recently had my air conditioner go out it was 92° in my home called Precision Air they came out with it in a timely manner Manny was a technician that came out to my home he quickly assess the situation and found the problem within minutes he had my air conditioner up and cooling and help me go to the paperwork process for my home warranty thank you once again Manny and Precision Air y'all have went past my expectations

I had my yearly inspection done by Precision Air. They replaced my air conditioner a couple of years ago and am always happy with their service. Recently replaced my water heater with them too. Have always used them for air conditioning issues, but this time I had a backed-up sink. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I have been a customer of Precision for a few years now and have nothing but positive experiences with the technicians and the service performed.

My last experiece was this past Monday for the repair of a broken water control valve under the bathroom sink. Daniel did, as expected, a fine job in the repair and the evaluation of potential problems with other older madel shut off valves.

Wow! What an awesome job Precision Air did for me and my family! From the fast response time sending out the first tech (James) and the great job he did evaluating our problem, to the fast visit from Claude to handle the sale, then the quick set up and installation by Guy and Eric when we decided to replace the unit that failed, they took great care of us. We heard from the office every time before the guys came out, so it was easy to schedule our time around their work. Each time someone came to our home they were professional and efficient. They made me and my kids feel at ease immediately, and we could tell right away we had picked the right company. We did get other quotes and looked at other systems, but no one beat their price or integrity. My husband is an engineer, and he can tell when equipment is installed correctly by pros, and Guy and Eric did a great job. I would recommend Precision Air for any HVAC or plumbing job, and I will be calling them again without hesitation if we loose another A/C unit. Thanks Erik for running a great company that truly does have integrity!

Today Louis came to house to get my AC back up and running. He was extremely professional and educated me on what was wrong along the way. It was nice to have someone servicing your AC like he was servicing his own.

Now where to start..... Precision air and heating is a very trustworthy and reparable company their employees are very kind treated us with integrity as well as respect we had the pleasure of meeting Manny today he came out and assess our air-conditioning system as they do yearly for the past three years We didn't know that our unit was consuming a lot of energy due to our electric bill come to find out we will need a new air-conditioning system also met with Chad today went over all my options and I am pleased to say the precision air and heating is scheduled to install a new system on my home thank you very much to Manny as well as Chad and the hard work and the wonderful job they did explaining everything I am glad I made "THE PRECISION DECISION"
