Technician manny was very professional and knowledgeable. He was quick and friendly. Precision air stands behind their work. They have always helped anytime my unit has needed service or repair.

Manny with Precision Air and Heating came out today for a maintenance check. What we didn't realize is that this has never been done and some work was needed. Manny was professional and gave us detailed information and worked with us financially to be able to get us back up to where we needed to be. So far so good and should we should continue to see a difference in our unit.

Louis came out and fixed our AC unit in record time. He was very nice and told us what happened.

He was thorough, found the problem, showed me the issues and talked to us about our options. Jonathan had Mike come give us an estimate on a new system which we decided was the best way to go. We have installation scheduled in 2 days.

Just had Percision out to my home to do routine maintenance unfortunately the weather did not let that happen manny came out to my home ready to perform the maintenance unfortunately wasn't able to thank you Manny for understanding as well as thanks to precision air for all that they do

called precision air and heating on labor day and they came within an hour. Jacob the tech came ready to help and pretty much explained showed and fixed the problem. The other company could not figure out what the problem was in two trips and wanted to charge me extra do a in depth inspection.

Manny from Precision Air came out to service our A C units. His mannerism and professionalism is impressive to say the least. Manny made sure we understood exactly what needed to be done and how much. I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family.

Manny was my technician for my a/c service today. He was prompt and courtieous. He answered all my questions I had and guided me in the right direction for parts that required changing. When he was done he went over everything that he had done and and answered any other questions I had. I would like to have Manny come out next time.

We have used Precision Air and Heating for many years. Our technician, Paul, is always fair and upfront with us regarding the functioning of our units. When repairs are necessary, the work is done quickly and we are confident in the work completed.

We went with this company to actually get a good quality AC tune up. We were not let down. We had a technician named Armando who was polite and great at his job. He shampooed, conditioned, and body washed our AC's--haha!! (Just a joke he told us!) We ended up talking to a salesman he worked with named Mike. Mike gave us a fair, and reasonable quote for two new ACs. We could not be happier with the service. So many other places have talked to us, and we felt each of them were rip offs. This is the first place we have trusted, and actually made the big purchase!

The two service technicians, Marco and Tony, were on time, clean, and wore booties whenever they walked on my carpet. They were very efficient, CLEAN, and never strayed from completing their assigned task.
They worked constantly and professionally throughout their time in my home.

I had a home warranty and my AC stopped on me this summer. The warranty company couldn't even schedule me in for 2 business days. I called Precision Air and Heating and the wonderful admins there answered the phone at 6am, they scheduled me for that very day and Garret was here to fix my ac that This company is incredibly skilled, professional, and affordable. I signed up for their 4 year service plan which is a fraction of the cost for my warranty. Cancelled the warranty and will rely on the fantastic service of Precision Air and Heating for all of my AC, Heat, and plumbing needs. I feel so at ease knowing 100% that someone will be out to help me whenever I need it. I don't have the best luck but finding Precision Air and Heating was the best thing that has happened to me. Had a new air and heating system installed by Precision In December 2015. Started having some issues with a thermostat. Called for service and they came out next day. Aaron A was our tech. Arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Made sure I understood how to program and troubleshoot. Very Patient. Have had a very positive experience with all the service people and customer service.

We had an opportunity to have Precision Air and Heating replace our unit over the Memorial Day weekend. It was a very good experience with helpful individuals who explain the process thoroughly. [redacted]. was the estimator who walked through what was a concern and he gave us a few options. Two days later [redacted] and [redacted] came on a Saturday afternoon to install the units. It was done with precise, professional, and accurate measurements. Later that week [redacted] came to repair the drywall area to the attic. Another professional job well done. An experience that could have been very overwhelming and stressful was completed in a timely manner and the follow-up has been very well worth it.
