We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous service we received from Precision Air & Heating. The tech, Jonathan B., came out within 2 hours of requesting maintenance on a Saturday. He was thorough, found the problem, showed me the issues and talked to us about our options. Jonathan had Mike come give us an estimate on a new system which we decided was the best way to go. We have installation scheduled in 2 days.

Manny with Precision Air and Heating came out today for a maintenance check. What we didn't realize is that this has never been done and some work was needed. Manny was professional and gave us detailed information and worked with us financially to be able to get us back up to where we needed to be. So far so good and should we should continue to see a difference in our unit.

Manny arrived on time and was courteous, efficient, and professional. He did a full review of the HVAC system, explained everything, and was very helpful.

Sam did a great job from start to finish toda He was very friendly and nice.

Now where to start..... Precision air and heating is a very trustworthy and reparable company their employees are very kind treated us with integrity as well as respect we had the pleasure of meeting Manny today he came out and assess our air-conditioning system as they do yearly for the past three years We didn't know that our unit was consuming a lot of energy due to our electric bill come to find out we will need a new air-conditioning system also met with Chad today went over all my options and I am pleased to say the precision air and heating is scheduled to install a new system on my home thank you very much to Manny as well as Chad and the hard work and the wonderful job they did explaining everything I am glad I made "THE PRECISION DECISION"

called precision air and heating on labor day and they came within an hour. Jacob the tech came ready to help and pretty much explained showed and fixed the problem. The other company could not figure out what the problem was in two trips and wanted to charge me extra do a in depth inspection.

The two service technicians, Marco and Tony, were on time, clean, and wore booties whenever they walked on my carpet. They were very efficient, CLEAN, and never strayed from completing their assigned task.

We went with this company to actually get a good quality AC tune up. We were not let down. We had a technician named Armando who was polite and great at his job. He shampooed, conditioned, and body washed our AC's--haha!! (Just a joke he told us!) We ended up talking to a salesman he worked with named Mike. Mike gave us a fair, and reasonable quote for two new ACs. We could not be happier with the service. So many other places have talked to us, and we felt each of them were rip offs. This is the first place we have trusted, and actually made the big purchase!

Manny was my technician for my a/c service today. He was prompt and courtieous. He answered all my questions I had and guided me in the right direction for parts that required changing. When he was done he went over everything that he had done and and answered any other questions I had. I would like to have Manny come out next time.

Just had Percision out to my home to do routine maintenance unfortunately the weather did not let that happen manny came out to my home ready to perform the maintenance unfortunately wasn't able to thank you Manny for understanding as well as thanks to precision air for all that they do

We had an opportunity to have Precision Air and Heating replace our unit over the Memorial Day weekend. It was a very good experience with helpful individuals who explain the process thoroughly. [redacted]. was the estimator who walked through what was a concern and he gave us a few options. Two days later [redacted] and [redacted] came on a Saturday afternoon to install the units. It was done with precise, professional, and accurate measurements. Later that week [redacted] came to repair the drywall area to the attic. Another professional job well done. An experience that could have been very overwhelming and stressful was completed in a timely manner and the follow-up has been very well worth it.

I would just like to say Percision there is a great company been using Percision for almost 10 years now they regularly come and do maintenance on my system today I had Manny out today to do my schedule maintenance did a wonderful job on explaining the Honeywell UV air purification system from my home also threw in an event coil cleaning as well as the deck clean thank you Manny for the phenomenal job and for scheduling my deck cleaning for me also kudos to Percision Manny is definitely an asset to your company

I've been a customer a long time, and STILL I've been professionally and pleasantly received on the phone to set up an appointment as well as an advance call letting me know when your tech's arriving then to the tech being courteous, professional and able to handle our challenges.
