My wife and I just moved into a new house which has a 2 unit system. I requested Precision to come out and make sure the units were in good working order. My technician was on time and friendly , professional and courteous. After a thorough inspection of both the AC and heating units, he provided a detailed review of the status of all systems and provided multiple suggestions based on price and how in depth I wanted to service to units. I have used Precision multiple times and will continue to use their services.

I've been a customer a long time, and STILL I've been professionally and pleasantly received on the phone to set up an appointment as well as an advance call letting me know when your tech's arriving then to the tech being courteous, professional and able to handle our challenges. This time Garrett took great care of us and was able to make repairs efficiently same day. We really appreciated that. Erik, well done!

Once again I am pleased with the performance of Precision Air and Heating technicians. Nick serviced my HVAC system, he installed a start kit and we also discussed my aging water heater.

I would just like to say Percision there is a great company been using Percision for almost 10 years now they regularly come and do maintenance on my system today I had Manny out today to do my schedule maintenance did a wonderful job on explaining the Honeywell UV air purification system from my home also threw in an event coil cleaning as well as the deck clean thank you Manny for the phenomenal job and for scheduling my deck cleaning for me also kudos to Percision Manny is definitely an asset to your company

I also have had a very bad experience with Precision Air. I was out of town when my a/c unit stopped working, so I had to call someone to come look at it. Normally I will fix these sort of things myself, but I could not wait all week and have my wife live in a house with no a/c until I got back into town. The other reviews seemed pretty positive, so I hoped this company would provide good service. Very disappointed. The "tech" than came out, [redacted], told my wife that our a/c unit was basically shot and that we would need to invest in a new one. I talked to the tech on the phone, and had him just replace the compressor run capacitor, because he said the old one was bad and it would help keep the unit running until I got back home in a few days, but that the compressor was bad and won't last much longer. Completely wrong. When I got home, I checked the unit myself and the compressor was perfectly fine. Turns out the "tech" didn't even check the compressor, or didn't know how to properly check a compressor, I'm not sure which. So in they end, they charged me $200 to change one capacitor (which everybody knows is only a $20-$30 part), and which probably didn't even need to be changed in the first place, because it still wasn't running when I got home. I fixed the a/c unit myself in about 30 minutes, with only $17.50 in parts from the local hardware store. It's now purring like a kitten again. My unit is shot, and I need to spend $5000 on a new one? Not even close. I thought these "techs" were suppose to have some kind of certification or training, but apparently they still don't know the first thing about a/c units and are just trying to make a sale. Very sad.

February 2016 we forgot that Precision Air and Heating does an annual check of our heat pump and A/C unit they installed last year. They called to remind us of our warranty rights and scheduled an appointment at our convenience. Armando was professional, checked everything carefully, and then cleaned up after he checked our attic A/C. Armando left our home as neat as he had found it and we like that. We appreciate the good service and the fine technician Precision sent us. See you next year.

Called Precision to do an annual inspection on a system they had installed in 2013. Tech arrived promptly at the time specified. Garrett was very friendly and took the time to review the inspection results and answer questions. Overall I am very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Precision.

I just had Garrett come out and service my unit. He was super very detailed and explained everything to me in plain english. I really appreciated the time he took review my A/C and give me all of my available options. He was super friendly and courteous.

Since my A/C has been having trouble for the last few years I knew it might be time to replace it. He offered to have one of the field supervisors stop by to give me a few quotes on new units. The supervisor, Claude, was also really friendly and didn't push like most sales people.

I would recommend this company for anyone looking for an honest assessment of their heating and cooling situation.

I requested my condensation drain line be unplugged. Called Monday, received next day service. Quoted a technician arrival time between 0700 and 1400. Technician arrived @ 0915. Technician Jacob was professional and respectful. He explained the process and showed me the results. Invoice #317532.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the service Manny gave us at our annual service appointment. He gave us proactive advice which helped us learn what was best for our unit. We felt Manny advocated for us to get us the most reasonable, fair offer for our needed services. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We were having problems after having insulation put in. Our air condition wasn't cooling our house so we called and had Manny come out. We explained to Manny what was going on. He said he would take a look and he found the problem and fixed it. He explained what he did and let us know if we had any problems to let him know. All in all it was good experience.

We have been with Precision Air for many years and have had exceptional service. Most recently we had a service call performed by Aaron He arrived on time and did a very professional job.

My AC went out while on vacation. When I got back I called Precision at 10 am and they had Manny at my house working on my unit by 3 pm. He worked quickly and explained all options well. It was back up and running within an hour of him arriving. Thanks for the great service!

I have been using Precision Air and Heating for more than 10 years. The service I've received has been exceptional. Their recommendations keep my machines running in top performance mode and adds years of life to them. Beyond all that their people are professional, experienced and very nice. They make a person to person connection during a service call by saying something that tells me they understand me on a human level, not only a professional one. For example; I make pottery and when a service person sees me working he will make a comment about it or about art or something that connects on the human level I mentioned above.
