I knew I needed a new AC, but like everybody else money is tight. I explain everything to my tech Louis and he went up the ladder in 112 degrees with a smile on his face to see what he could do. A thousand to fix it. My unit is 21 years old and I expected it. Louis explained my options, so instead of trying to polish the problem I'm replacing it. Thank you for great service Louis!

I just had precision air out to my home I would have to say that they are by far one of the most professional companies that I have dealt with here in Arizona they are fast honest reliable and very knowledgeable the technician who came out to my house found the initial issue immediately spoke to me about different options that I had which would help the efficiency as well as extend the life to my sister Mannywas very honest very knowledgeable and treated me with so much integrity I honestly felt he was doing what was right thank you and precision for training your boys the way u do ......talk about excellent service from start to finish !!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: Entered into a contract with Precision Heating & Air conditioning on 8/22/14. In good faith half of the money was put down in check for$7,514.27.Precision representative "[redacted]" felt the demo would be around $500 to include tape and texturing and spray foam roof to be a max of $500 aswell. "[redacted]" was going to collect estimates for demoliton and roof patching this was verbaly agreed to on 8/22/14. 8/28/14 is the installation date. I had to call and ask for "[redacted]" the representative on 8/27/14 for the "estimate. [redacted] after recieving estimates would in turn call me and let me know. Having not heard back from him I called him on 8/27/14 "the day before the install", His words to me were we are already for tomorrow.. I asked how much did the estimate from your crew "[redacted]" come in at? It came back at $1,400. just about double of what he had earlier stated. Also, the roof to came in higher at $1,440. I asked to post pone the work due to the outrageous estimates. And nothing in writing. Please see a copy of the email that I sent to [redacted]:

I just wanted to follow up with you via email. The installation of the air-conditioning units is on until further notice. The estimates for demo and foaming in, is just incredible! I am disappointed that I had to call to inquire about the estimate from your demo team. The presumption to just move forward without complete costs is not only bold, but completely inaccurate.

I did state to [redacted] that I felt they were jerking me around on fees. I requested a refund, but was told no that I had to pay for "metal"work. Then it turned out that I had to pay 20% of the total cost of 14,206.00. Which is around $280. This is completely unfair as I had communicated with [redacted] that I needed complete costs. I never recieved a written estimate regarding the demo and roof patching. Either I pay nearly $3000 more incosts or I am penalized $280 failure to do so.Desired Settlement: Full in the amount of 7514.27 which is the dposit I put down with good faith.

Precision Air & Heating, Inc., respectfully responds to the above referenced complaint filed by [redacted].

The homeowner called Precision Air & Heating, Inc. and asked for a quote. Our worker went to her house, gave the quote and received a check for one-half the price ($7514.27) for the contract. The contract was approved and signed on August 22nd. The homeowner set up an installation date arid we proceeded with the contract. On August 27, 2014 the homeowner emailed a notice for a full refund of her deposit for cancellation of her unit installation.. Subsequent emails from the homeowner also cite various federal statutes related to cancellation and the email dated August 28th at 4:28pm clearly states a cancellation of contract.

The homeowner's complaint involves non-related, contractor (s) quote(s) for demo work and roof patching. This has no involvement with the proposal agreed upon and sighed on 08/22/2014. Precision Air & Heating, Inc. did not contract for this additional work; the homeowner did.

Lastly, the homeowner indicated by her initials on our proposal that she understood there would be a 20% non-refundable amount for all scheduled work. This amount is a representation of necessary custom materials ordered in relation this specific contract and additional expenses incurred for her installation.

AC died around noon on a Friday. Called 4 businesses and none could come out that day except Precision Air and Heating. Scheduled an appointment for between 5 and 9. Aaron A was at the house toward the early part of the 4 hour window (around 5ish pm). He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of being on property (worn out capacitor) and had it fixed within 20 minutes of arriving on property (even with me pestering him with questions the whole time while he was working). I actually felt it took longer for him to write up the work order then to get the AC running. I was somewhat surprised on the cost of a capacitor (close to 3x what I would have guessed) but I guess that is the price for living in the Phoenix area during the summer.

Precision Air and Heating serviced our HVAC system on Dec. 17, 2015. Armando was the technician and he was extremely comprehensive in explaining the problems and how to resolve them. He was friendly and courteous and and provided great customer service. I was very pleased with our service.

Paul from Precision Air & Heating came out to tune our our AC unit. He was very helpful and went over all of my options. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I was very pleased with the visit and I would definitely call Precision Air & Heating again.

Sam was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Took all the time I needed to answer all my questions. Made some good suggestions for upgrades I need to make in the near future. We were impressed by his professionalism and the excellent service he provided. If all the service techs are as competent as Sam, that would be great. It's middle of August in Arizona and you wake up in a pool of sweat because your A/C has stopped working. PANIC, who will help us and fast. I called Precision Air and Heating at 6:30am and they had Aaron A. working on our unit by 8:00am. By 9:00am we were enjoying our working A/C. Thank you Aaron A. and Precision Air for helping us so quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a an air- conditioner annual check-up on 10/06/2015. The technician, Manny, was very personable, capable, and he discussed the procedure for cleaning the coils in detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Manny.

Precision Air and heating came out to do a routine checkup on the ac unit where I live and GARRETT did an awesome job! He even helped change the air filter which was very kind of him. He was very knowledgeable and even pointed out a few things with the water heater that will save money energy wise. I highly recommend Garrett and Precision Air!

Excellent service. Our AC unit went out on Saturday Evening after 6:30 within an hour our Technician KC was up in the attic.

Nick is very profesional and an expert on his trade. Heis an asset to Precision Air & Heating. It is always nice to get a service with him.

Eddie from Precision Air serviced my unit today, 1/29/16. He was here for 2 hours and explained everything that he was doing and was very professional. I was happy with past service from Precision, but Eddie was the best. I will continue to have them service my air conditioner.

The service man, Manny, was very diligent in working and keeping me informed as to what taking place. I really appreciate this courtesy. He was very energetic and eager to explain .The service he was providing.

We had our 2 new air/heating system put in by Precision Air. One of the boards went out and they were able to come out and diagnosis the problem one day, order the part and install it the next day--at no charge!! Jonathan B replaced the part quickly and was able to answer all our questions. We were extremely satisfied with Jonathan and Precision Air and Heating!!

As always we are happy with the service from Precision Air and Heating. We called 2 days ago and they called back right away to schedule an appointment. Our technician [redacted] arrived right on time and was helpful and courteous during the entire visit. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder as he worked. I've always liked Precision Air because of their honesty and being straightforward. Letting you watch what they do means they have nothing to hide! Happy customer here!
