Today we had our AC serviced for the summer. The experience with Precision was great as always. Armando did a great job checking all phases of the operation..

First night AC went out, tech [redacted] was on a list of calls and inbetween attempted to trouble shoot by phone. The office called back and checked in on house temp and redirected [redacted] to our home quickly, when they heard it was increasing quickly.
Once he arrived unit could not be fixed and we began a waiting period to get the right parts- I appreciate them taking the time to get the correct parts and not install some random universal piece into our unit- however the communication in timing and setting proper time expectations was not the best. Unit broke on Saturday evening and was told they would return Monday to get it back up- an issue with having correct part moved service to Tuesday evening. 3 nights out of our home home with a kid and two dogs was difficult and now that it is the 4th night (Tuesday) and approaching bed time it is still 89 degrees, so it will take a while longer to enjoy our home and be able to sleep in a comfortable temperature.
The technician [redacted] did a wonderful job and was quick and efficient with his work. He was friendly and gave excellent advice and feedback, he gave us proper advice to get the job done correctly.
The price and warranty was reasonable with the market.
The office staff did not communicate well with me until I intiated follow up calls to them on clarifying the part being ordered Monday for fix on Monday- since this was untimely the delay of one day, caused our family extra hardship. This communication issue was a disappointment.
The company did overall fix the unit and with [redacted] service we ended satisfied and on our way to getting cool again.

Had my annual check up and was very pleased with the service. Nick R. inspected the system and let me know what it needed and performed the required maintenance. He suggested some other items that would help lower my A/C bill and also answered questions that I had regarding insulation and plumbing services. Overall, I was very satisfied with my service from Precision.

I am a satisfied customer and will recommend this company to my friends as I got this Company's name from my neighbor. This satisfaction comes as a result of the work that their Technician (Aaron [redacted]) performed.

Their business process and follow up is out of a "how to conduct business manual" with everyone knowing their job and performing same!

I needed a new garbage disposal, and Daniel did a wonderful job with the installation! He was friendly, did a great job, and didn't leave any mess (which is unusual for things like this). This is my company for A/C and plumbing from now on!!

I have been a customer of Precision Air since 1997 and have renewed our maintenance contracts every four years since that time. I contacted Precision Air and they sent Jacob out immediately. The problem was resolved and Jacob could not have been more professional. I have been a long time customer because of the excellent service Precision Air and Heating has provided. Thanks again for another job well done. We just scheduled a Duct Cleaning and have no doubt they well do a superior job.

I have a service agreement with Precision and it has worked well. They contact me proactively to make sure I have my free yearly review/check, and there hasn't been a lot of hard sell or up sell tactics for repairs I may not need. Today I had Nick work on my AC and Cameron work on my plumbing. Both did a good job with my current issues and gave me suggestions about repairs I might need later without being pushy.

I want to say that my experience with Precision air & heat was outstanding. The really Great part was I had a air conditioning problem on the weekend and they got me a Tech to fix it within 5 hours. The service was professional and the Tech Matt T[redacted]

Jacob was very helpful in determining what needed to be done with our 2 current air conditioner. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things- [redacted]

We've used Precision Air and Heating off and on since early 2000's when they were Precision Quality Services. More recently, we called to get a quote for a compressor on a unit that was 15 years old. The unit was also leaking oil and coils were dirty, so it was recommended that the unit be replaced. Since we have a two-story and two units, we requested a quote to replace both at the same time. Mike spent time inspecting our units and furnace and was very patient answering my questions and explaining how everything works and how the replacement process would transpire. The following Monday morning the installation crew of Jose, Mario, Guy and Eric arrived to do the work. Jose explained how the job would be divided between the crew and warned about their having to come in and out frequently during the process. My miniature schnauzer made sure to "announce" them each time they opened the front door, but thankfully, she eventually settled in. The crew laid down protective covering over the entire work area and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. They were all friendly and polite and worked diligently to get the job done. I would recommend Precision for all your AC needs. They are knowledgable and professional.

The guys from Precision just left--Guy, Eric, James and Josh. Overall, I was very impressed with Precision from the salesperson, the scheduling girl and the on-site crew. They were both knowledgeable and professional. Guy took all the time necessary to teach me how to use my new thermostat.

Bought my home in July last year and knew I would need a new a/c heat pump so I started shopping in January this year. After asking all my friends with a million different suggested companies I got on [redacted] and started looking and reading reviews. Precision was first to call at 7 am. Then Mike came to eval. the home. Professional, expert, caught problems with old unit and made great suggestions. Eric and Guy installed and they too were very professional, respected my home, wore shoe covers in the house ( as it was one of the rainiest days in AZ). Completed and cleaned up in a timely manner. My unit is as quiet as a mouse. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Fast and efficient service.

I got a call from my wife at work saying the a/c unit was smoking,she said she had turned it off,I call Precision Air and explained what was going,they quickly sat up an appointment in a few hours to get the unit looked at.Tech.James came out quickly assess the problem,explain it to my wife and the unit was back on and operating normally.
