The date of delivery was not shown until the order was placed. I have called and email this company repeatedly to find out the status of the product
NO one answers the phone or responds to emails. The order was place far enough in advance to arrive by Christmas.

I would like to have the order fulfill and shipped in time for Christmas

I too have ordered from this company and have not received my products. I ordered on November 15th before the Christmas deadline but after reading many of the comments I am realizing that I will not be receiving my items before Christmas. I have tried to contact the company but only receive canned responses. I wish someone there would just contact me and let me know where my order is at or if I need to find something else. Very frustrating hopefully the quality will make up for it.

I placed my order on November 17th and it stated on the website that I would have my order by Christmas if I ordered by November 24th. I received my order confirmation but that is it. When I check on my order it just states that it hasn't shipped. I have tried calling many times and emailing and cannot get a response from anyone on where my order is. Here it is December 19th and the status of my order still says "Not Shipped". This is a Christmas present. What kind of business are they if they don't provide customer service? There is no way to reach them at all. I know I have a few more days left until Christmas but if my order is still saying "Not Shipped", I am not feeling too confident.

I placed an order on Nov 13 for a Christmas Gift and the website noted if the order was placed by Nov 23, it would be delivered for Christmas. I have emailed 3 times now with no response. I have received no email that it has shipped or any information on a delay. I need to know if this will arrive for Christmas or I need to cancel and find another gift. I was charged when the order was placed. I think it is unacceptable that you cannot reach someone by phone and/or email and that there is literally no prompt customer service avenues. After reading reviews, I am very concerned that this will arrive on time or at all, for that matter. I come from a military family and my son currently serves in the US Marine Corps. I will always try to support any business that is operated by a veteran and I feel proud to do so. That is my job as an American citizen. This company is letting me down, as it has many of its' customers. This is so sad to know that a veteran makes absolutely beautiful products, as we can see in the reviews, but will loose customers due to lack of service. Hoping to hear from someone soon on the status of my order.

This is a company that doesn't understand how to operate in the digital world - no response to emails (send them an email and see what you get), no order updates, won't accept phone calls (call their 800 # and select order status and see for yourself), etc. While they advertise heavily on social media sites, if you are use to ordering online, get ready for a shock...this is the opposite of Amazon. I heard nothing for 6 weeks until I received a shipment notice, and have 6 days left for a "guaranteed" Christmas delivery for my other orders, but haven't heard anything...and can't get a response from the company. I shouldn't have ordered more, until I experienced the first order and saw quality of the product.

Ordered on Nov. 23 have called and emailed have not gotten a response.
Ordered (order #XXXXXX) from this company on Nov. 23, 2017 have tried calling and emailing to check on the status of my order. As of Dec. 19 I have not received an response. They were quick to take the money out of my account for what I purchased. This was to be a Christmas gift but I guess it won't be this time.

Just would like to get my item shipped to me. If they can't do that then refund my money.

Billed twice for the same items.
On 12/11/17 I placed an order from Red Steele from an ad on Facebook. When the order was placed I did not get a confirmation so I went to their website and placed the order again. this time I got a confirmation and the ad on Facebook led you to believe you would get your order before Christmas. I checked my bank account and learned I had been charged twice for the order. I immediately tried calling them, kept getting High Call Volume message and instructed to send email. I have done this 4 times and have yet to get a response and have no idea when my order(s) would be delivered.

Desired Outcome

I want to be refunded for order#XXXXXX and send my items from Order# XXXXXX and get an estimated time of delivery.

Emails were looked into and do see that customer was taken care of internally. Second order that was mistakenly placed was cancelled and refunded. Customer was explained lead times as well pertaining to first initial order.

They gave me a refund on the one order but cou9ld not provide an expected delivery date on the remaining order. Per their advertisement on Facebook, the order was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Still no word on when I can expect the product.

Order XXXXXX was cancelled. Order XXXXXX, December 8th, falls under the 4-6 week lead time. Tracking information will be sent to email on account when order is processed for shipping.

Ordered $300.58 of products on 10/15/17. Have not received product and company not returning emails with update.
I placed a $300.58 order on 10/15/17, for Christmas gift for family and friends. I received a message at that time that it would take 4-6 weeks to received the order. I have tried on 5 occasions to contact the company - 3 by email and 2 on their website chat sessions and have not gotten a response back. I have contacted my bank and they are looking into to this matter as fraud since the phone number that is connected to the charge on my account was answered by an individual that said they had no connection to the company and they have been getting numerous calls regarding complaints similar to mine.

Trying to determine if this is an actual company or scam. Would love to get the product if they are actually who they state they are, Ex-military trying to make it on their own.

I did finally receive the product on January 2, 2018. This was much too late for Christmas gift giving. They have offered 50% refund in product purchase. Not sure if I want to go through all the frustration for $150 of product.

I ordered in October. Plenty of time for Christmas. Have received nothing. They don't answer emails and you can't call them. I want what I ordered.

Completely unable to contact Customer service and received products of VERY poor quality! I want a refund, but they don't answer phones nor email!
My Order number is XXXXXX, ordered 10/16, delivered 12/07/17. I ordered three duplicate circle initial/last name signs for my nephews for Christmas. Two months to deliver, and then horrible quality. Two of the signs have five inch long bends at the hole for hanging on the wall. On all three of the circles that have the initial "B" and last name *** which is cut out of a circle of metal, have edges that were not filed properly and then painted anyway (I think it's powder coated?), so the edges are sloppy! I am now out $156 for the three metal circles and cannot send this junk to my nephews for their Christmas gift, so must buy other gifts and ship them at this VERY LATE DATE!

I would be happy to have these replaced if the quality is better, but I suspect they will be soon out of business with inferior quality and the numerous complaints about them already. I want my money refunded. My Order number is XXXXXX, ordered 10/16, delivered 12/07/17. They are heavy and if they want them back, they are going to have to send me a paid shipping label.

NOTE THIS IS MY SECOND ATTEMPT TO SEND THIS RESPONSE - I'M NOT SURE IT WENT THROUGH LAST TIME AS I HAD TRIED TO SEND PHOTOS. IF YOU NEED PHOTOS, PLEASE ADVISE HOW BEST TO SEND THEM. I do NOT accept the response from RedLine stating "We will be emailing customer to resolve this internally as we do not have emails highlighting this matter in any way." They are not telling the truth regarding my efforts to contact them. Their company phone voice recording says they are getting so many calls they can no longer answer the phone!!! I tried contacting them in every possible way available including Facebook links, email, which comes back as undeliverable, and by phone which is not answered. They have contacted me by email yesterday (what a surprise, and thank you for your help getting their attention), and I will be sending them photos they've requested of the three horrible pieces of junk they sent me. These custom gift items are black, so photos are somewhat difficult but the painting is flawed with light spots, metal is rippled in some areas, the edges of the letters are not filed well and rough but just painted over, there are deep flaws in the actual metal in several places, also these flaws are just painted over. These poor quality of these custom products make them look very cheap. I want my money back since I couldn't give these as gifts as intended and had to buy new gifts to replace them.

The credit I was told was coming apparently missed my January statement and did not show up, so I called VISA to check if it had yet been received, and $156 from RedLine was in fact credited to my account. Thank you very much, and I will advise the Revdex.com. However, I'm not sure how the Revdex.com rates companies, but by copy of this email, I would like them to know I do not recommend your company, nor would I give it anywhere near an "A" rating, so I hope they take note of that since the quality of the products I received were awful. The difficulty I've had in communicating with your company since you don't even have a customer service phone number or email with which I could contact your company, hence I had to contact the Revdex.com, is simply not acceptable for any business selling products in the marketplace.

A refund was issued through our system on 01.25.18. We have emailed customer to see if she received it on a certain credit card. We have pulled order information to also review with management to see what has happened with refund if not received by customer.

I placed an order on 11/14/17 and was promised I would receive before Christmas and still have not received. The order total was $318.40
I placed an order online, paid $318.40 It was for 2 trees of life, 2 infinite signs, an antler monogram. I placed the order on 11/14/17 and was told it would arrive before 12/24/17. I have not received this order. I have emailed and received a generic email stating that orders placed before 11/24/17 would be received before Christmas. I have called and get recording saying "due to high call volume no more are being accepted".

This order was placed on 11/14/17 as Christmas presents. Was informed it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. In time for Christmas. Received on 1/4 after Christmas and the order was wrong!!! Not what I had ordered. Will not return my calls or e-mails. Terrible company, and awful customer service/satisfaction.

After not receiving my order I've emailed with no response and can't get anyone on their phone. These are Christmas presents and I don't know what to.
I got a confirmation that my order number XXXXXX was received in the amount of $126.40 on November 13th. I paid by credit card. After several weeks of no shipping I reached out to their email. Got no response. I've done this several times and no response. Today I tried calling and couldn't get through to anyone. These are Christmas presents and I have no idea if I will get them. I'm a senior citizen and feel it's a poor way to run a business. Please help me.

Order XXXXXX. I ordered products on 10/21 with 4-6 week processing times. It is 2 days shy of 8 weeks now and no product. They will not return any of my emails nor answer their phones. This company is advertised as a veteran owned business but yet cares nothing about taking hard working Americans money and acting as though they owe their customers not nothing. Not even having the decency to answer the phone e or emails to talk to their customers about their orders. This company may be Veteran owned but it is definitely not operated like a Veteran should. Give me my products as promised or refund my money. 10 days from Christmas and I have no earthly ideal if I need to purchase other gifts or ????? In the dark and out $504 dollars. Pretty sure that's a felony.

They are trying to spin this off as though they were communicating with the customers. I received an email on the Friday EVENING before Christmas stating I wouldn't receive my order and they offered the 50 percent gift certificate towards OTHER merchandise of what I had spent. Well sure I'm going to take that. They kept my money for almost 10 weeks with little to no communication of my order. Then right before Christmas they send an email to all the people who's money they had and said they would not be receiving their products by the promised time. This is an extremely bad way to do business. They took my money and kept it for almost 10 weeks. I received my products just yesterday on the 28th. I ordered 6 pieces. Four look fine the other two look not good. Like they were done in a hurry so they could respond to this complaint that they products had been shipped. Funny how they don't respond to the complaints until after they have a shipping confirmation. Oh and I have not yet received an email or anything else confirming my 50 percent off of future products. This company does not understand what customer service is. You can't put a different spin on the true events just because you responded to your customer after 10 weeks of holding their money and then they filed a complaint. I have been in retail business my whole life. I own and operate a business and have for the last 10 years. If I treated my customers in this fashion I would be out of business. Such a shame....

Placed an order and unable to track the order, contact anyone at company, etc. Looking for information and unable to find anything helpful.
I placed an order for two custom made steel signs in late November (confirmation email reads 11/27/17). This also included a sale price, free shipping, and a free sign with purchase. I was debating on purchasing but finally did because of the great deal they were offering. When the order was placed, I was informed of 4-6 weeks delivery time. I recognize that it was close to Christmas for delivery, but within the time frame I was given I would have received them in time. Nonetheless, I went to the website to check for an option to track the package, contact customer service, or find some way of contacting someone at the company simply for an order update. If that was an option, and I was able to know whether or not the gift would be here in time for the holidays, my complaint would not be valid at this time. It is concerning that when you call the customer service line, the recording states "Unable to accept calls due to heavy call volume." Simply unacceptable when running a business. If the company were to communicate there was a delay, let people know at time of order that things are running behind, it would be a different story. It feels like a total scam when you are unable to voice concerns/get information that you are looking for in relation to an order already placed AND paid for.

Delivery and Communication Issues
I placed an order on 10/15/17 order#XXXXXX. 1. US Conus Flag red/blue 18" $64 and 1. Flag rectangle traditional R/W?B 18" $ 69 paid using PayPal $106.40 after using 20% discount code. Company lead time was stated as 4-6 weeks after 6 weeks I started sending emails and placing phone calls inquiring abou my order. Redline has not responded to my emails and are not recieving phone calls about orders. As of 12/15/17 we are into the 9th weeks sice order was placed. I understand manufacturing delays but the lack of response from Redline steel is concering.

I purchase 2 items for a total of $186.00. They were promised to be before Christmas. You can't get this company on the phone or through e-mail. They keep sending an automated message to me via Facebook. They didn't have a problem taking my money and I want it back. ORDER #XXXXXX I have never been so disappointed with a company as this.

I again ordered this for Christmas. I had nothing to offer the 6 sons for our celebration. I was offered a 50% off our next order. Why would we order from a company who can't deliver when promised. No code was sent for this, by the way!

I accept. This has all been resolved. We finally received the products this week and were given a code for free merchandise which I have already ordered. The products are wonderful. In the future don't promise things you can't deliver.
Not being able to gift you have selected, at the appropriate time is rude!!

I placed an order in good faith on Nov 4 2017 - and have only received a confirmation of that order. No shipping information - no response to my emails and no way to contact them via phone. At the time the site indicated 4-6 weeks so I assumed that would be plenty of time. I really wanted to purchase from this company due to the craftsmanship and it being a USA company also operated by a veteran. However, I (and it looks like many others) have not received the desired customer service. I would've preferred notification that my item would not be arriving in time for Christmas or the option to cancel the order. Very frustrating situation.

Wow, After reading everyone's comments, I'm in the same boat. I placed my order online on 11/23/17. I did not think in my wildest dreams that now at 12/18/17 I wouldn't have my order. No where on the website did I see any sort of shipping dates/time, etc. I'm very disappointed as this was going to be a Christmas gift. I checked online today and it still has not been filled. I too have tried calling, emailing and nothing. No response. I would think they could at least keep their customers up to date on the status of their orders.
