I ordered an item for Christmas delivery on 11/21 and while the money was immediately taken from my account, I received no confirmation email or order number. I have since emailed this company 5 times requesting that someone confirm receipt of my order and provide me with an order number, but I have not received a response. When I call the number provided, it says due to high call volume they are not accepting calls and to check my order status with my order number - which I never received. Needless to say I am nearly certain that I will not have a Christmas gift for my in-laws and I have had a very unpleasant and frustrating experience with this business. I am not even sure how to go about requesting a refund.
Communication would be good. The company stated guaranteed Delivery before Christmas if ordered by 11-24-17. I have emailed several times. Called and the recording said not accepting calls. I hope I get my order before Christmas. Fingers are crossed. COMMUNICATION would be good.

I placed an order on 11/22/17. I've emailed the company three (3) times requesting status of shipment with only automated responses. I called the company and an automated recording comes on stating the are too busy to take calls. Very poor customer service.
I'm wanting some communication from the company as to status of my order and ultimately receipt of the product I ordered.

have sent multiple emails, made multiple calls, tried all I know to do to connect with redline steel......NOTHING!!
I placed a $175+ order on October 17,2017. While thinking that would be more than enough time to recieve for Christmas with the 4-6 weeks as stated in the order confirmation e-mail. I have made many calls to the business. I have sent many e-mails to the company. Wanting to touch base and get an idea of when the product would be completed. No response whatsoever! With no contact from this company, how would I get my money back??? Very very frustrated at this point! Was so excited to receive and give the 'Tree of Life' piece as gifts for Christmas. They would mean so much to my family. Now the week before Christmas, I am looking for more gifts for my family. I am so very disappointed with the way this company is conducting its business and customer service.
if this business cannot keep up with taking customer calls and respond to e-mails being sent to them then I truly hate to say it but they should close the doors. Customer care is a huge part of returning business.

I did receive my entire order. I am happy to say they are beautiful! I'm only disappointed with not receiving response to my email. The product is amazing.

Of course, this is a Christmas gift. I understand that this is a new company and, perhaps, they are growing so fast that they can't keep up. The company's literature guaranteed Christmas delivery is placed by November 24th. My order was place on November 16th. After reading that so many others are experiencing the same thing, I am concerned. I've been trying to contact the company for two weeks now and have had no luck. Leaving me to think that they have zero customer service. Please advise.
Please let me know the status of the order; and shipping information, once it is sent out. If it is not going to be here before Christmas, as "guaranteed"...I would like to receive a refund. Thank you.

The item was received and it is beautiful. I am very happy with it. I believe that this company has become so successful, so quickly, that it was impossible for them to keep up with customer inquiries/requests.
I am withdrawing my complaint about REDLINE STEEL; and I wish them all the best with their business in 2018.

I placed an order on 11/28. When I received my confirmation, the company's website noted that the lead time for all orders was 4-6 weeks from the order date. I'm still waiting. I have tried emailing the company and calling the company. It appears that I along with many others will not be receiving our purchases for Christmas. I am very disappointed.
I purchased a "Tree of Life" from Redline Steel in August. Unlike many others, it actually came on time. However, it was damaged -- bent and missing black powder coating in many spots. I emailed them repeatedly asking how to get replacement, with no response. I tried calling but their phones were not working in August. Poorest customer service ever.

We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication concerning customer order. This was not intentional as we do receive thousands of emails daily and are doing what we can to answer each email. However, some emails are overlooked due to the volume.
Our current production time is 4-6 weeks with some orders taking up to 8 weeks to be shipped as this time frame is for production time only.
Customer has been emailed and explained our time frame at this time. We will continue to handle this internally.
I placed two orders which are Christmas gifts from this company, one on November 17 and the other November 22. Both were placed before the deadline to receive prior to Christmas. Here we are December 16 and my orders still show unfulfilled. I attempted to call, they are not taking calls, I emailed numerous times before getting a response, which in short told me my order was still on track for Christmas. I hope this is the case, although I am not quite sure HOW this can be received with only one week until Christmas Day! All I would like is a response with a status update and of course my orders BY CHRISTMAS as they are gifts and since this company had no problems taking my $$ right away I do not have money to purchase replacement gifts AND THESE ARE FOR MY CHILDREN- how do you explain to your children that you don't have a gift for them? Look I just want my items as and when promised - THANKFULLY I DIDNT HAVE TO MAIL THEM!

I purchased an item on November 6, 2017. My payment cleared same day. Received an email confirming my order, payment and said allow 4-6 weeks for delivery and to check back for order status. When I call their business telephone no one answers, cannot leave a voicemail.
I ordered this item as a Christmas gift and by the company's timeline, it should be delivered in time.
This company has zero customer service. There is no option to attempt to resolve a problem with the company when they refuse to respond to emails or answer their telephone.
I'm requesting that the company delivery my order within the timeline provided in writing. I also believe the company should respond timely to customers in the form the company lists as options: emails, phone calls, social media, fax.

I received an email from company on 12/29/17 stating they were sorry the order was not received by 12/24 and offered a 50% off my next order. I haven't received my first order why would I order from them again?
The status of my order has not changed since 11/7, eight weeks!
They need to ship the product I paid for.

My order was finally received 9 weeks after the order was placed.
I ordered on Nov 7 for Christmas gift giving and have yet to receive them. I have emailed numerous time and have not received a response. I am to say the least getting upset and concerned about my order. Christmas is only a few very short days ahead. I paid out $110.00 for the love with paw prints for the people who run our local doggie day care.
Others that have commented how nice they are once they do receive the items. I am still holding out hope they will arrive in time.
I submitted an order for 127.00 on October 8...and it was billed through my Amex card. Have not received any notification of late delivery or delivery of merchandised. I have left an email asking for a response from a representative of Redline Steel to contact me regarding my order....no response. I have called and received the same messages the other customers stated in other reviews. these were Christmas gifts and without knowing their intentions I will have to start the process with my credit card company disputing these charges.

Our typical production time frame is 4-6 weeks. We offered a guaranteed Christmas delivery for orders placed by November 24th. All orders placed after November 24th can not be guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. At least it's an explanation I was not aware of the deadline and it was only one day after the deadline . It would be nice if they could fill the order.

I placed an order on 11/5 and still have not gotten an email if item has been shipped. The website still shows my order as unfulfilled. I have tried submitting an request online, only to get an automated response. I have also sent emails to [email protected] and still no response. With only a week to go before Christmas I have no way of knowing if they will be received in time. The order was placed well before their deadline of 11/24.

I ordered 3 items on Nov 6, 2017 all Christmas items, I have not heard on status of items, not returning my emails and you are not able to ever speak with anyone by phone. "They are not taking calls at this time". I ordered my items 6-7 weeks prior to Christmas. I am very frustrated. order number XXXXXX.
First I would like a status update, second I would like my product delivered in time for christmas as they are gifts. I spent a lot of money on these items and am excited about their work but very disappointed at this point.

I did finally receive my product on Jan. 5. I am very pleased with my items. Redline Steel did a fabulous job. They did finally respond by email as well just recently.

I placed an order Oct. 16th and have not received my order, which was promised in 4-6 weeks. Multiple attempts to contact this business through their customer support email received only canned responses with no information. Their phone number "is not accepting calls". Very poor customer service - if my order is going to be late, AT LEAST let me know!
I ordered two flags on October 27th 2017. As of December 13th 2017 no products have been shipped and no communication. I have sent 7 emails none have been answered. When you call you get a message that says we are to busy to take calls with no why to leave a message. On their web site they promise 4 to 6 week delivery. I am into week 8. if the products are delayed I would be OK, it is the lack of communication. They say on their web site products ordered before November 25 will be delivered by Christmas I don't see that happening. I would not recommend this company.

I checked my order status online it says order placed 10/15/17 and updated on 10 /15/17 so it appears they haven't even seen the order since the day it was placed.

11/20 my order was placed and my bank account was debited but I never received a confirmation email and have never received the product.
I have called and emailed Redline Steel about my problem more times than I care to count and have NEVER received ANY response.

After contacting the Revdex.com and filing a complaint, as well as messaging the company on Facebook, leaving a message on their website and calling them, they shipped both products to the same address in Pa. one was to go to Pa and the second to Ohio. I essentially had to pay shipping on one product twice to get the product where it was supposed to go. With that being said, the products are wonderful! This company needs to get some customer service!

I don't feel like I have any other choice. The company did refund me shipping for one item since it shipped to the wrong address. You can close this matter as I don't feel like there is anything more to be done
