I placed my order in October and still have received it. I've send numerous requests for status via email, Facebook messenger and tried to call. You just get an automated message back that they're not accepting phone calls due to a high call volume and to check the FAQ page to get answers. It's extremely disheartening to see such poor customer service from a new small business. The items on order are for Christmas, I'd just like some real response with a ship date.

I received my order finally and its damaged. I ordered the fleur de lis with my surname and its bent on the left side, we can't use it. I have tried to call, emailed pictures and went on their website to fill out a form with pictures also. I am at a loss here on what to do. I have paid for it but cannot use it. It took quite a while to get it the first time, is there a point in returning it? I would really like to communicate with someone from the company. May I return it and get my money back? Its a shame because I really liked it and wanted to use it. I would like to give them a question mark instead of the star system.

I sure wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering from Redline Steel Co. I too ordered a gift for Christmas thinking there was plenty of time to receive it but as of yet have not received it nor have I been able to find out just how long its going to take. You cannot reach this business by phone and the scripted emails answer no specific question about the status of my order. I love that this company is veteran owned and operated but maybe more veterans need to be employed here to keep up with the workload.

I have read all reviews about great product but customer service is terrible! They have not responded to emails and can't get through on phone. Just want to know when the heck my order is coming . Ordered Nov 22 for Christmas gift and no response.

Order XXXXXX was placed on 11/06/17 for Christmas gift. Have not received product nor can I contact anyone. Have tried contacting through website and phone calls with no response. Company had no problem charging me for product within days of ordering but can't seem to complete order. Very disappointed with company since I could have placed this order with other companies.

Desired Outcome

I either want the product or I want a refund so I can find another Christmas gift. If product can't be received before Christmas then I want a refund or I will dispute charges with credit card. It was stated that orders placed before 11/24/17 had a guarantee date before Christmas. I placed my order long before then.

Our typical production time frame is 4-6 weeks. We offered guaranteed delivery before or by Christmas if orders were placed before November 24th. Order shows that it was shipped and delivered with in both time frames. Tracking has been provided below for reference.

Finally received product but customer service is lacking. Should be able to reach someone or get a response instead of having to file a complaint to get an answer.

No response after sending three emails to inquire about delivery date
I purchased a 50th anniversary gift for my parents on November 14th. Since placing the order, I've sent three emails to check on the status of the order with no response. Having spent years in retail management, I understand that November and December are some of the busiest months of the year; however, I also know that without stellar customer service, a business will not survive.
I was not asking that anything be changed about my order, but I did expect a response to my inquiry, even if it was that the order would be delayed because of the demand. Had I received even acknowledgement that my emails had been received, I would not complain. The products the company offers are gorgeous, but the lack of customer service makes it a less than desirable company to support. My husband is a veteran, so it was important for me to support a veteran run company. Unfortunately, due to the lack of correspondence, I doubt I will place another order with Redline Steel.

Desired Outcome

A simple email updating me on the status of the order is the only resolution I seek.

While I will accept this response because my order happened to ship on the same day they received notification of the Revdex.com complaint, I never received the email that *** posted as a response - and any "read" receipt was not from my email account. In fact, the only information I ever received was notification of shipment. I understand that this is a new business, and I understand that items are hand forged; however, if customers only receive information about sales and specials even after contacting you about questions concerning specific orders, any trust or confidence in the company will be compromised. Being a small business owner myself, I WANT to support small businesses, but I also want to know that my questions or concerns will be addressed. I am pleased with the product, but not pleased with customer service . I've attached all of the correspondence I've received since placing my order, none of which include any personal communication. There is no time or date stamp on the communication Sean included - and I did not receive that information.

2 items ordered October 16th. XXXXXX is the order number.they don't answer their phone, email, or internet messages from their own website.
Order XXXXXX. Redline Steel has not delivered this order to either *** or ***. These are Christmas presents ordered on October 16th. They removed our cash from PayPal on October 16, 2017. They don't answer their phones or email, or messages created from their own website. Can't get anyone to respond. They are still heavily advertising and I'm seeing MANY COMPLAINTS.

Want my 2 pieces overnighted so I can send them to the families!

They send a "canned" response putting you off. From that point on you can't get ahold of them by phone, email, their own website contact system. I ordered October 16, yes it finally arrived too late to send on to my daughter for Christmas.

Have not received product, nor have I received replies from emails regarding the issue.
Placed order on 9-25-17. Order number: XXXXXX. The amount of $36 was debited from my account on 9-28-17. It said to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery, however it has now been 11 weeks. I have emailed them on two separate occasions and have received no response. When calling, they say due to high call volume, they are not taking calls.

Desired Outcome

I would like the product I ordered, or I would like my money back. Either is fine.

This customer issued a chargeback on their order and was refunded immediately through their card account. When charge back was received in mail on October 3rd, order was deleted. This is why the order has not been fulfilled.

My order was never cancelled. I NEVER received a refund! I've been through my entire bank account, along with contacting my bank, and there is absolutely NO REFUND! I would love to see the notice that I supposedly sent to them, as it never happened! They must be confusing me with someone else! Again, order number:XXXXXX. Order placed on 9-25-2017 in the amount of $36.

We looked through our files of the charge backs and through our systems. There was a mix up as there was another customer with identical name and order. We sincerely apologize. We have emailed personally explaining this. We will be restoring the order and shipping item immediately.

I too have an order placed in October. I received an email stating it ship however when I checked the tracking number it never left the factory. I have sent numerous emails with no reply. I am very disappointed in this company and plan on contacting my credit card to file fraud report.

I placed my order on October 30th thinking that I would have plenty of time to get my order by Christmas. I placed an order for 4 pieces which are all Christmas presents. I have tried to contact the company about the status as after almost 2 months it still says that the order in unfulfilled. I can't get through by phone and keep getting the same canned response by e-mail. The e-mail response says that they guarantee delivery for Christmas if you placed your order by November 24th which is a month after I place mine and I still haven't gotten any notice of ready to ship or shipped. I have to reship these to my family so they will needless to say not be getting them in time for Christmas. I only hope that when I do finally get them it will be worth the wait.

I, like many others ordered 3 items to give as Christmas gifts. After I placed the order and paid and ONLY after I did, I received a message that shipping would take 4 to 6 WEEKS! It should have stated this before I placed the order! I emailed about my disappointment and did receive a reply a few days later that they would be shipping orders to arrive before Christmas but with no details as to when. I have since emailed to ask the status of my order and tried to call several times - they are not accepting calls and now refuse to answer emails! They appear to have nice products but have very poor customer service. The order process should say clearly how long it will take to receive the items and they should have anticipated the Christmas rush and hired additional personnel to answer questions, etc. I think their business practices are questionable and I have been left with an unfavorable experience with this company. Wish I had checked Revdex.com before spending money with this company. Buyer beware!

I placed a order on October 20,2017 and patiently have waited for our order to be shipped out. It has now gotten past the shipping policy notice and I still have not received any kind of response or order status update after trying to contact them via the website and personally sending them 3 separate emails for a update. I really do hope I get my order soon as these are being used for recognition for a event we are hosting soon.

I made a purchase on Nov. 6 2017 they took my money have had no response from the company. I have emailed multiple times and called on the phone nothing. These were to be Christmas gifts and now what?

Order not received
I have not received my order for 2 monogram items I ordered on October 17 2017. I paid with PayPal and Redline steel has received payment of $136. I have tried contacting business by email, online customer service, and PayPal requesting a status update on my order #XXXXXX. No response except auto generated generic response 1 time. These are Christmas presents. I have no choice but to submit a complaint when they wont respond otherwise

With that said, after looking over the buyer's order, I can confirm that this order was shipped on 12.19 and delivered to the address on-file on 12.23. Copied below is the designated Tracking Info for this order. The buyer should've also received a Confirmation Email once the order shipped & additionally, once the package was delivered.

I have now ordered 4 things from Redline Steel. Two of them came quickly and the last two were ordered together and came weeks later but after ordering the final two, I had received an email telling me they would be at least 6 weeks getting them to me. So, no worries. They came at the time I was told they would be here.
I love the metal products...all of them! I will order again from this business soon.

I am upset that they can't answer the messages I have put on their site.
Want my order by Christmas.....and I ordered by 11/24/17 like the site said. My card has been charged. Not Happy!

12/7/17 I am also trying to get status of order #XXXXXX which was placed on October 17, for two items ordered for Christmas. My credit card was charged within a day, but yet no responses to my emails on the status of the order. It's unacceptable to charge a customers for the items, and ignore their request for status, especially knowing this time of year they are probably gifts for holiday.

Well, I guess I take some comfort in knowing that I am not the only one that is so disappointed in the lack of communication from this company. The products are so beautiful and I ordered a HUGE amount at the first part of November for different family members for Christmas. I even initially received an email from someone at the company thanking me for my business. But, unfortunately, since many of my gifts have to be mailed and I still have heard NOTHING about the status of my order, I will probably have to stop payment on my credit card if I don't hear something soon. Not only is this disappointing because I won't get the beautiful family trees that I ordered, but now I have to figure out, shop for, buy and ship all new gifts. So disappointed!!!

I placed an order on 11-16-17 and have not received my order, even though I have paid in full. They are not responding to emails or phone calls.
I placed an online order 11-13-17 and received a confirmation order #XXXXXX, $74.00 . I have tried to contact this company via email and telephone. I have had no communication with them concerning this order. Their phone message is "due to high volume calls" we can no longer receive your call. I have paid for the order in full, $74.00 and want my money back. This was a Christmas present that won't happen. These people are advertising delivery by Christmas on Facebook. Other reviews are now popping up about they are experiencing the same problem that I am having. I believe this is a scam artist and is just out there taking peoples money.

We surely appreciate your feedback, however, it does appear you may have been a tad misled leading to overall confusion. Our current lead-times are averaging 4-6 weeks from the customer's order date. This has always been our advertised lead-times. You can reference this information by visiting any product page on our website, our FAQ page also on the website, and the Order Confirmation Email that was sent to you upon ordering.

With that said, the ONLY Email that was sent to our Support Team was indeed responded to and viewed by the buyer. The buyer did not respond to our latest email, however, the only email received from the customer WAS responded to and the requested information was included in that email.

Additionally, the customer was made aware of our Christmas Deadline and all other beneficial information that was necessary to customer's inquiry.

Included in the email clearly stated that we would be happy to accommodate a refund/cancellation if that was the desired resolution given that the order did not arrive prior to Christmas. With that said, this order was indeed shipped on 12/16 and is currently in-transit, expected to arrive on 12/20.

The Customer was also sent a Shipping Confirmation Email once the order was shipped, and will also receive a 'Shipment Delivered' email once the package has been successfully delivered. Thanks!

They are Conducting fraudulent business
They are frauds promising delivery time and not even coming close to meeting them. Will not return calls, emails, or social media messages. Will not refund money. Nothing but silence

STAY AWAY!!!! Redline Steel are frauds plan and simple many others have the same complaint!
