I ordered a custom design with the company on Dec 14th 2018. They have deducted the $85.87 from my account the same day and got a thank you email from them. I emailed them on Dec 18th to inquire about the shipping and date of delivery which I was told "All products are custom and may take 6-8 weeks to complete. We will keep you posted". I tried reaching out again late January and nothing, tried again in February, nothing. I have called and left VM. I even FaceBook messaged them and got a response to email ***@redlinesteel.com and I have sent the email, and another one with no reply. Tried FB messenger again and now they have stopped reading and answering that too.
Now I am at the point where I would rather have a full refund and go to another business. This is going on 12 weeks and I have read many reviews in the last few weeks where they are having the same issues, wanting money refunded for the product that was never completed.

Desired Outcome

As they are not able to fulfill my order I would like my $85.87 put back on to my card ASAP.

Purchased 2 signs on December 7th and another on December 27th. Have not received any information on them. I have emailed the company on February 4, February 8, March 1, and March 4 with no response. I have called several times but there is a recording that states no one is in the office. I have tried to contact them via chat on their website, but it also states no one is there. My orders are #XXXXXX for $102.40 and #XXXXXX for $60.37.

Desired Outcome

I either want my products delivered within the next 2 weeks or a total refund.

We are doing our absolute best to get everything processed as quickly as we can and shipped out. It is impossible to tell where exactly your order is during the production process.

The company does not address the issue concerning the lack of communication for 3 1/2 months even though I tried several times to contact them. This seems like a canned response from the company with no apology for their lack of customer service. With that being said, I received my products a week after I filed this concern. Again, no apologies from the company with my order.

placed an order on 12/7/18... to date, nothing, no product, no info other than in production. I've emailed on more than once occasion without answer

Please note our current manufacturing lead times are averaging 4-6 weeks on all Orders. this is from the order I had placed... needless to say the item is grossly overdue.

3 months and nothing... based upon the scores of other dissatisfied customers I have no confidence that the order placed will be completed.

Desired Outcome

delivery of the completed item within 5 business days or complete refund. i had been told that custom orders can not be refunded. however, waiting 3 months should nullify this caveat.

the day the item arrived, albeit after 3 months, is the same day I filed the complaint.
the item is fine... the company also included a free item as well......
I hope this company has learned from it's long and troubling past...

placed order 01-Dec-18, finally received on 16-Feb-19, order was not correct. Company sure took the credit card money quick! Have contacted company via email numerous times w/ no response. Order # is XXXXXX. I ordered a dragon fly piece and received a butterfly instead. The confirmation stated a dragonfly was shipped. everything I ordered was Christmas presents. Had to spend another $40 to send out additional packages to the recipients.

I want the dragon fly piece that I ordered and credit for the additional shipping charges I had to pay for ($40)

Have not received product that was order almost 3 months ago and they will not respond to emails.

1st Email was sent on 2/7/2019 asking for an update.
2nd Email was sent on 2/19/2019.
Still have not received a reply.
Reached out to them on facebook and they responded to me telling me to email the same email I have been.

I ordered two products four months ago and have yet to receive them.
I had placed an order last November for a few holiday gifts for my family. I received a message that there was an issue with their equipment in their plant and that I would not receive the order by Christmas. I was okay with this because I understand the manufacturing business has its turbulations. Ever since late January, I have been trying to get a hold of them to see the status of my order, but have heard nothing back. I paid with a debit card and the money was taken right after I ordered online. My order number is XXXXXX.

Desired Outcome

This issue needs to be resolved. I have seen adds all over social media for this company and it angers me because I have yet to get my order from last year. To me, that is false advertising and terrible customer service

The business shipped my order; though it was 4 months late I received the order.

I purchased the 2 signs 12/15/18, I received an email of confirmation. I didn't hear anything so I tried calling the company January 25, 2019, I received a reply Jan 30 from G stating that it could be 6-8 weeks and they were behind on their orders because of big demand. I waited, I emailed her again yesterday and got a standard response today stating that if I email it puts my request at the end of the queue of requests. I still haven't gotten my signs, I paid for them and its been 11 weeks.

I would like the signs if complete delivered. If not already made then I want my money back

I received this package but there was only one sign in the package. I emailed a response but no reply. Now what??
I have attached 3 photos of the package I received. I am the person that opened it. The package was not damaged when received it. The missing sign is a blue and red home Alabama sign.

I ordered 2 monogram pieces Dec 11 2018 for both our sons as Christmas present, I knew they may not arrive by Christmas the email said 2-4 weeks.
Ordered 2 pieces Dec 11 2018 at $109.65 order #XXXXX receive thank you email for ordering the same day they also took my money out that same day. I emailed them Jan 28 2019 to see where my pieces where they sent me back an automated email saying it was still unfulfilled and awaiting shipment and these items take an additional 8-10 weeks(if not sooner) And thanked me for my patience now its Feb 21 2019 still nothing I emailed again asking when my pieces would be shipped out there was no response, I emailed again on March 2 asking for their response still nothing. My patience has ran out. I see I am not the only one with this issue all I can say is I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered, because I wouldn't have. Poor customer service and like all the other complaint BUYER BEWARE.

Even though I received my order 3 Months after I ordered and the items we in good shape I will never order from them again. Poor customer service empty promises and excuses.

Redline Steel might have had a few hiccups during the holidays but the items I ordered finally came and they were spectacular. The craftsmanship of these items were outstanding and more beautiful then I even expected. I will continue to do business with this company because I know what I will be getting is quality work.

I have ordered twice from this company. Both times they have exceeded my expectations! Great communication. If you ask a question they promptly answer. Shipping is fast and the products are amazing! I love the items that I have received! The quality is outstanding! Plus it's not hard to find a coupon which makes me feel like I am getting an even better deal!!

I ordered the Hope sign (in blue). I'm very happy with my purchase. It was easy to order and the description matched the item I received. It shipped fast as well. I think it was a very good price and the quality is excellent. I will be making another purchase soon.

Ordered name plates for my son his wife and their daughters. I was so pleased when they arrived and they are beautiful. Yes - they were late - not a problem - they were still a hit. Will definitely keep looking for more ideas from Redline. This was my second order from them and they made a huge hit on Christmas. Thank you...

placed an order in Nov 25 2018 and after several emails order finally received on Feb 12 2019
order received, but contained incorrect items.
After waiting from November 25,2018 until order finally received on Feb 12, 2019, only to find order was incorrect . I ordered four items.
Of the four items ordered, I received one item that was correct (a fleur-de lis welcome sign in bronze) . Item # RLS-HH-01-blk "Heart Home", item # RL-HXXX-XX-XX-BLK "Family - black" , and special order item # RL-CXXXXX-BLK "Monogram-Fancy"
were not receive at all. Instead I got two signs
that look like "elk antlers" with the letter "J", or "T" on them.
I have sent two emails to the company since receiving this incorrect order and as of today,
(March 4, 2019) I have not received any response at all.
As a retired military individual myself, I was trying to support a business run by and owned by vetrans, but now I am second guessing
my thoughts and actions.
This order was placed via "credit card" and the card was charged within one week of the order, but I had to wait three months to get the wrong order.
NOT A VERY GOOD WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS !!!!

Request that the company provide a refund to my credit card in the amount of $68.87 , the total of my order.

Order never received. Multiple email and phone call attempts, minimal/canned response. Zero progress towards resolution or completion of order!!!!!!!

With that being said, to locate your specific order with 1000's of orders that are currently in production as well is nearly impossible.

Absolutely NOT acceptable. This was NOT a special order and is now almost 5 months out since initial order and payment in full. This is absolutely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE business practice. There has been zero attempt from Redline Steel/Décor or whatever it is now called. I need product or refund ASAP. Thank you for your help in this ridiculous matter! -***.

Great products, quality was flawless. Definitely will order more products.

I have waited 12 weeks for an order promised in 4-6 weeks. Since placing the order, not one word has been sent by the company explaining the delay. Further I have attempting contact with the company through email, facebook, chat, and phone. No response in any fashion. I highly recommend AGAINST this company!

Redline Steel Products are quite possibly the finest new products I have ordered in a long time. That is especially true of the Military Flag and Distressed Battle Flag. The flags look great in the house and I have received a number of compliments on them. As a 22 year USAF Vet it makes the flags even more important.

Excellent quality products, timely shipping and good value for the price. If my budget allowed, I would purchase one of every design.
